第1部分中已介绍了可拓知识空间定义和相关操作，以及可拓知识空间关联函数计算方法。这一部分进一步建立可拓知识空间语义网、可拓知识网格和可拓知识网格服务，并给出实例和相关的分析讨论。     

塔里木盆地雅—轮地区断层封堵性研究

塔里木盆地雅—轮地区大部分圈闭及油气藏的形成与断裂作用密切相关,对断层封堵性的综合研究已成为该地区油气勘探的重要因素。应用地质定性分析、Allen剖面分析及断层涂抹量计算等方法,通过对研究区4个典型断层封堵油气藏的系统解剖研究,建立雅—轮地区断裂封堵性评价标准,对雅—轮地区断层的封堵性进行综合评价。雅—轮地区断层整体封堵效果良好,断层在圈闭形成和油气聚集过程中起着重要的控制作用,形成一系列沿断层带状分布的油气藏。亚南断裂的封堵效果东部要优于西部,下部要优于上部。轮台断裂在不同部位、不同深度均存在着不同的封堵性能,封堵非均质性明显,总体显示断裂东部地区(也根附近)的封堵性要好于西部雅南地区。      

一种用于三电平逆变器的SVPWM调制方法研究

本文从二极管箝位型三电平逆变器的基本结构出发，分析其输出状态，推导出六角形空间电压矢量图。然后从一种改进的，可以减小开关损耗，避免高的dv／dt三电平空间矢量PWM调制策略出发，建立了基于Matlab的详细仿真方案，验证了方案的可行性。文章给出了扇区判断的算法流程图，脉冲生成模块的内部结构图，其中的扇区判断的算法和脉冲生成方法对于用DSP实现三电平SVPWM具有重要的参考价值。     

三峡工程三期截流三维施工仿真研究

三峡工程三期截流提前到 2 0 0 2年 11月上旬进行 ,截流难度显著增大。为了使截流工程顺利进行 ,以先进的计算机可视化技术为基础 ,采用IMAGIS软件生成三维地形图 ,用Creator建模形成导流明渠、纵向围堰及三期围堰等三维实体模型 ,最后通过运用虚拟现实技术 ,开发出三峡工程三期截流施工实时动态演示、查询系统。该系统能根据需要实现漫游 ,可以随意定位到感兴趣的区域作细部观察 ,且具有良好的交互性。通过施工仿真研究 ,将三期截流施工过程生动地显示在屏幕上 ,用以指导施工组织管理 ,为三期截流的决策和控制提供了有效的工具     

Cure of malignant ascites and generation of protective immunity by monoclonal antibody-targeted activation of a glucuronide prodrug in rats

We examined the in vivo efficacy of targeting beta-glucuronidase (betaG) to activate a glucuronide prodrug (BHAMG) of p-hydroxyaniline mustard (pHAM) at hepatoma ascites in Sprague-Dawley rats. Injection i.p. of 500 microg RH1-betaG, a conjugate formed between recombinant betaG and monoclonal antibody RH1 with specificity for an antigen expressed on AS-30D rat hepatoma cells, into rats bearing AS-30D ascites resulted in the accumulation of 54 microg conjugate per 10(9) tumor cells after 2 hr. Ascites fluid and serum contained 0.53 and 0 microg/ml, respectively, RH1-betaG 2 hr after injection of the conjugate. Conjugate binding to AS-30D cells was heterogeneous and non-saturated, as determined by flow cytometry. BHAMG was less toxic than pHAM to SD rats based on measures of animal mortality, weight loss and hematological toxicity. Treatment of rats bearing established hepatoma ascites with 500 microg RH1-betaG followed 2 hr later with a single i.p. injection of 30 mg/kg BHAMG or 3 i.p. injections of 10 mg/kg BHAMG 2, 3 and 4 hr later resulted in the cure of 6/8 and 8/8 animals, respectively. Treatment with BHAMG or pHAM alone did not produce cures, whereas treatment with a control antibody-betaG conjugate and BHAMG produced significantly greater hematological toxicity compared to treatment with RH1-betaG and BHAMG. All cured rats were completely protected from rechallenge with 2 x 10(7) AS-30D cells, indicating that successful treatment of animals induced protective immunity.     

Epidermal growth factor induces terminal differentiation in human epidermoid carcinoma cells

In this study, spermatogenesis in the adult Djungarian hamster is described. Undifferentiated spermatogonia topographically arranged as Asingle (A(s)), Apaired (Apr), and Aaligned (Aal) spermatogonia were observed, as were six generations of differentiating spermatogonia (A1, A2, A3, intermediate, B1, and B2). The differentiating spermatogonia divided at regular intervals during the cycle of the seminiferous epithelium. Mitosis of these cells was observed at the transition from stage IX to stage X (mitosis of A1 into A2 spermatogonia), at the transition from stage XII to stage I, at the transition from stage II to stage III, at the transition from stage IV to stage V, at the end of stage VI, and at approximately the middle of stage VII. Cellular associations in the cycle of the seminiferous epithelium are described. The seminiferous epithelium was divided into 12 stages, based upon the developmental steps in spermiogenesis, and the frequency of these stages was determined. The duration of the cycle of the seminiferous epithelium, determined by [3H]thymidine incorporation, was shown to be 7.90 +/- 0.01 (mean +/- SEM) days.
