This paper analyzed the effects of security risk factors fit for cloud computing paradigm on the acceptance of enterprise cloud service with intent to illuminate the factors for vitalizing the adoption of corporate cloud services in the future. The acceptance intention was set as a dependent variable. Independent variables were set in reference to the technology acceptance theory. Security risks were categorized into compliance risk, information leakage risk, troubleshooting risk and service discontinuation risk to design a model for analysis.  相似文献

A type of fast response time (RT) liquid crystal (LC) was developed to adopt in fringe‐field switching (FFS) mode for shutter glass 3D display device, the average gray to gray level (GTG) RT can reduce from 7.43 ms to 4.48 ms at a refreshing rate of 60 Hz, and the transmittance can increase by 15.4% compared with conventional LC based on the same cell gap. Meanwhile, the correlation among optical efficiency, correlative color temperature (CCT) of module and retardation of LC for FFS mode was studied. Transmittance is proportional to the retardation of LC; however, the CCT is inversely proportional to the retardation. The fast response LC can keep almost the original optical efficiency and CCT.  相似文献

Automated separation and classification of touching or overlapping chromosomes in a metaphase image is a critical step in computer-aided chromosome analysis. The advent of the multiplex fluorescence in situ hybridization (M-FISH) technology enables multi-spectral chromosome image with rich spectral information and DAPI image with abundant texture information. This paper presents a fusion classification scheme to improve the segmentation of overlapping and touching chromosomes. First, the texture and spectral information is fused to partition the chromosome cluster into a series of homologous regions. Then a graph-theoretical classification and pairing method is proposed to resolve any remaining ambiguity of the aforementioned separation process. Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms conventional multi-spectral classification methods in touching and overlapping chromosome separation.  相似文献

The objective of this paper is to introduce a continuous simulation-based screening procedure for ranking urban watershed management alternatives using multi-attribute decision making (MADM). The procedure integrates continuous urban runoff simulation results from the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) with the use of an alternative evaluation index (AEI) and MADM techniques, following the driver-pressure-state-impact-response (DPSIR) approach. The analytic hierarchy process estimates the weights of the criteria, and SWMM results are used to quantify the effects of the management alternatives on water quantity and quality metrics. In addition, the tendency of AEI to reflect resident preferences toward management objectives is incorporated to include stakeholder participation in the decision-making process. This systematic decision support process is demonstrated for a Korean urban watershed. According to the AEI, seven alternatives were divided into three groups: poor (0∼0.3), acceptable (0.3∼0.6), and good (0.6∼1). The use of multiple MADM techniques provided a consistency check. The demonstration illustrates the ability of the continuous simulation-based MADM approach to provide decision makers with a ranking of suitable urban watershed management alternatives which incorporate stakeholder feedback.  相似文献

This paper presents a map building method for an in-pipe robot to navigate inside urban gas pipelines autonomously, whose configuration is unknown or partially known. In the first, we explain the reason why the navigation in the pipeline is difficult and then, present a method for obtaining a robot’s posture by using a pipeline’s unique geometrical features. The robot can obtain its heading direction by detecting the standardized geometries of pipe elements. Based on the method, we propose a robot controller consisting of discrete and continuous controllers. The discrete controller is activated by pre-defined events and generates appropriate paths for exploration. The continuous controller receives the desired path and physically moves the robot to the desired path. The method is implemented in an in-pipe robot, called MRINSPECT-V and its effectiveness is validated.  相似文献

This paper presents a bio-inspired mechanism design for a quadruped walking robot. The approach is derived from the observation on the behaviors of quadruped locomotion, skeletal structure, and the study on the stability of walking based on morphological analysis. In the first, we define the design parameters such as the dimensions of the body and limbs, the center of mass position, and locomotion mechanisms based on surveys on the literatures from biologists. Then, by using the parameters, we propose an useful framework for determining the design parameters of a quadruped walking robot. For implementations, we manufacture a dog-type self-contained quadruped walking robot, named AiDIN-III (Artificial Digitigrade for Natural Environment version III) and the effectiveness of the proposed idea is validated via experimental works.  相似文献

There are many methods of healing wounds. Among these, light therapy is reported to be beneficial, as beams assist the human body in treating, sterilizing, and regenerating cells. Both Laser and LED irradiation with specific wavelengths induce proliferation of fibroblasts depending on the wound area or wavelength and are effective in wound healing. This study used 8-week-old 250–300 g Male Sprague–Dawley Rats (ILAR Code: NTacSam:SD). The experiment was carried out for the non-irradiation group and the Red–Green–Blue LEDs irradiation groups (n of each group = 5). The experiment animals were relieved for 24 h after wounds had been excised and then the Red–Green–Blue LEDs irradiation groups were given irradiation therapy over 9 days 1 h per day. Immunohistochemical staining was conducted for cytokeratin in order to precisely measure the defect size. Also, Masson’s trichrome staining was conducted for comparison of collagen between the Red–Green–Blue LEDs irradiation groups and the non-irradiation group. Animals treated with Blue LEDs irradiation (p < 0.05), Green LEDs irradiation (p < 0.05), and Red LEDs irradiation (N.S.) healed at a faster rate than non-irradiated group. The LEDs irradiated groups also had more collagen, according to Masson’s trichrome staining for collagen analysis. The Red–Green–Blue LEDs irradiation had a beneficial effect on wound healing and could probably replace low power laser treatment.  相似文献

Abstract— Recently, potential breakthrough technologies for low‐cost processing of TFT‐LCDs and new process developments for flexible‐display fabrication have been widely studied. A roll‐printing process using etch‐resist material as a replacement for photolithographic patterning was investigated. The characterization of the properties of patterns formed in roll printing, a method to fabricate cliché plates for fine patterns, and the design of a new formulation for resist printing ink is reported. The pattern position accuracy, which is one of the most important issues for the successful application of printing processes in display manufacturing was studied and how it can be improved by optimizing the blanket roll structure is explained. New design rules for the layout of the thin‐film‐transistor array was derived to improve the compatibility of roll printing. As a result, a prototype 15‐in.‐XGA TFT‐LCD panel was fabricated by using printing processes to replace all the photolithographic patterning steps conventionally used.  相似文献

Abstract— A full‐color 12.1‐in.WXGA active‐matrix organic‐light‐emitting‐diode (AMOLED) display was, for the first time, demonstrated using indium‐gallium‐zinc oxide (IGZO) thin‐film transistors (TFTs) as an active‐matrix backplane. It was found that the fabricated AMOLED display did not suffer from the well‐known pixel non‐uniformity in luminance, even though the simple structure consisting of two transistors and one capacitor was adopted as the unit pixel circuit, which was attributed to the amorphous nature of IGZO semiconductors. The n‐channel a‐IGZO TFTs exhibited a field‐effect mobility of 17 cm2/V‐sec, threshold voltage of 1.1 V, on/off ratio >109, and subthreshold gate swing of 0.28 V/dec. The AMOLED display with a‐IGZO TFT array is promising for large‐sized applications such as notebook PCs and HDTVs because the a‐IGZO semiconductor can be deposited on large glass substrates (larger than Gen 7) using the conventional sputtering system.  相似文献

Motivated by the complementary features of the IIR-type filter and the FIR-type filter, this paper proposes a robust IIR/FIR fusion filter and an INS/GPS integrated system designed with the fusion filter. In the fusion filter, an IIR-type filter (SPKF) and a FIR-type filter (MRHKF filter) are processed independently, and then the two filters are merged using the mixing probability calculated using the residuals and residual covariance information of the two filters. The merits of the SPKF and the MRHKF filter are integrated and the demerits of the filters are diminished through the filter fusion. Consequently, the proposed fusion filter shows robustness against model uncertainty, temporary disturbing noise, large initial estimation error, etc. The stability of the fusion filter is verified by showing the closeness of two filters in the mixing/redistribution process and the upper bound of the error covariance matrices. This fusion filter is applied to an INS/GPS integrated system. The performance of the INS/GPS integrated system designed using the fusion filter is verified through a simulation under various error environments and is experimentally confirmed.  相似文献
