Ionic conductivity of the Ag2O-MoO3-V205 system has been studied over a wide range of frequency, temperature and composition. A narrower glass forming region has been found in comparison to the corresponding Ag2O-MoO3-P2O5 and Ag2O-B2O3-P2O5 systems. The highest conductivity at room temperature, rt, = 3.21 × 10–6–1 cm–1 (d.c.) with an activation energy,Eact, of 0.466 eV, was observed for the glass former's ratio of unity. Further, it reached a maximum value of 2.2 × 10–2¨-1 cm–1 withEact = 0.153 eV when the oxide-base glass was dissolved with Agl. D.c. conductivity, hopping rate and relaxation time in the present system have been found to be characterized by the same activation energy. 相似文献
The aim of this study was exploration of the genetic background of conjunctival melanoma (CM) and correlation with recurrent and metastatic disease. Twenty-eight CM from the Rotterdam Ocular Melanoma Study group were collected and DNA was isolated from the formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue. Targeted next-generation sequencing was performed using a panel covering GNAQ, GNA11, EIF1AX, BAP1, BRAF, NRAS, c-KIT, PTEN, SF3B1, and TERT genes. Recurrences and metastasis were present in eight (29%) and nine (32%) CM cases, respectively. TERT promoter mutations were most common (54%), but BRAF (46%), NRAS (21%), BAP1 (18%), PTEN (14%), c-KIT (7%), and SF3B1 (4%) mutations were also observed. No mutations in GNAQ, GNA11, and EIF1AX were found. None of the mutations was significantly associated with recurrent disease. Presence of a TERT promoter mutation was associated with metastatic disease (p-value = 0.008). Based on our molecular findings, CM comprises a separate entity within melanoma, although there are overlapping molecular features with uveal melanoma, such as the presence of BAP1 and SF3B1 mutations. This warrants careful interpretation of molecular data, in the light of clinical findings. About three quarter of CM contain drug-targetable mutations, and TERT promoter mutations are correlated to metastatic disease in CM. 相似文献
Changes in soil pH, exchangeable aluminium (Al), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K) and extractable manganese (Mn) were investigated after urea fertigation of a sandy loam soil in an apple orchard in New Zealand. Urea at three rates (0, 25, 50 kg N ha–1 yr–1 or 0, 16.9, 33.8 g N emitter–1 yr–1) was applied in 4 equal fertigations. Soil cores at 4 profile depths (0–10, 10–20, 20–40 and 40–60 cm) directly below and 20 cm from the emitter were sampled approximately 4 weeks after each fertigation and in the following winter. Results obtained showed that the largest changes in soil pH and cations occurred in soils directly below the emitter in the 50 kg N ha–1 yr–1 treatment where the soil pH decreased by 1.6 pH units at all soil depths. The lowest pH of 4.3 was observed at a depth of 27 cm. Exchangeable Al and extractable Mn levels increased to 11 meq kg–1 and 78µg g–1 respectively. Estimated losses of Ca, Mg and K from the upper soil profile depth (0–10 cm) represented 23, 63 and 27% of their respective total exchangeable levels. At lower profile depths (>20 cm), accumulation of displaced K was evident. Variable, and generally non-significant, chemical changes recorded in soils 20 cm from the emitter were attributed to restricted lateral water movement, and therefore urea movement, down the profile. The present study showed that one season of urea fertigation by trickle emitters, applied to a sandy loam, at half the rate conventionally applied to apple orchards (50 kg N ha–1 yr–1) resulted in pH and mineral element imbalances which were potentially and sufficiently severe to inhibit tree growth. 相似文献
Summary The miscibility behaviour of poly(methoxymethyl methacrylate) (PMOMA) and poly(methylthiomethyl methacrylate) (PMTMA) with poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was examined by differential scanning calorimetry. PMOMA/PVDF blend system was judged to be miscible on the bases of the presence of a single, composition-dependent glass transition for the blend and a pronounced melting point depression of the PVDF component. Furthermore, lower critical solution temperature (LCST) behaviour was observed for all PMOMA/PVDF blends. PMTMA/PVDF blends were found to be immiscible. Based on the melting point depression of PVDF in PMOMA/PVDF blends, the interaction parameter B was found to be -14.5 J/cm3. 相似文献
Summary Poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) is miscible with poly(3-chloropropyl methacrylate), poly(2-bromoethyl methacrylate) and poly(2-iodoethyl methacrylate) as shown by the optical clarity and the glass transition behaviour of the blends. The miscible blends degrade before phase separation could be induced by heating. The three Tg-composition curves can be fitted by the Gordon-Taylor equation. The implication of the Gordon-Taylor k parameters of the blends is discussed. 相似文献
In metal cutting processes, an effective monitoring system, which depends on a suitably developed scheme or set of algorithms can maintain machine tools in good condition and delay the occurrence of tool wear. In this paper, an approach is developed for fault detection and diagnosis based on an observer model of an uncertain linear system. A robust observer is designed, using the derived uncertain linear model, to yield the necessary and key information from the system. Subsequently, it is used as a state (tool wear) estimator, and fault detection is carried out by using the observed variables and cutting force. The developed approach is applied to milling machine center. Several linear models are identified based on different working conditions. A dominant model plus uncertain terms is derived from these model set and used as an observer. Threshold values are proposed for detecting the fault of the milling machine. Examples taken from experimental tests shown that the developed approach is effective for the fault detection. The approach can be used for fault detection of failures arising from sensor or actuator malfunction. 相似文献
This article presents a modeling and simulation method for transient thermal analyses of integrated circuits (ICs) using the original and voltage-in-current (VinC) latency insertion method (LIM). LIM-based algorithms are a set of fast transient simulation methods that solve electrical circuits in a leapfrog updating manner without relying on large matrix operations used in conventional Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis (SPICE)-based methods which can significantly slow down the solution process. The conversion from the thermal to electrical model is performed first by using the analogy between heat and electrical conduction. Since electrical inductance has no thermal equivalence, a modified VinC LIM formulation is presented which removes the requirement of the insertion of fictitious inductors. Numerical examples are presented, which show that the modified VinC LIM formulation outperforms the basic LIM formulation, in terms of both stability and accuracy in the transient thermal simulation of ICs. 相似文献
Blood oxygenation can be measured using magnetic resonance using the paramagnetic effect of deoxy-haemoglobin, which decreases the \(\textit{T}_{2}\) relaxation time of blood. This \(\textit{T}_{2}\) contrast has been well characterised at the \(\textit{B}_{{0}}\) fields used in MRI (1.5 T and above). However, few studies have characterised this effect at lower magnetic fields. Here, the feasibility of blood oximetry at low field based on \(\textit{T}_{2}\) changes that are within a physiological relevant range is explored. This study could be used for specifying requirements for construction of a monitoring device based on low field permanent magnet systems.
Methods
A continuous flow circuit was used to control parameters such as oxygen saturation and temperature in a sample of blood. It flowed through a variable field magnet, where CPMG experiments were performed to measure its \(\textit{T}_{2}\). In addition, the oxygen saturation was monitored by an optical sensor for comparison with the \(\textit{T}_{2}\) changes.
Results
These results show that at low \(\textit{B}_{{0}}\) fields, the change in blood \(\textit{T}_{2}\) due to oxygenation is small, but still detectable. The data measured at low fields are also in agreement with theoretical models for the oxy-deoxy \(\textit{T}_{2}\) effect.
Conclusion
\(\textit{T}_{2}\) changes in blood due to oxygenation were observed at fields as low as 0.1 T. These results suggest that low field NMR relaxometry devices around 0.3 T could be designed to detect changes in blood oxygenation.
