Morphologic study of electrochemically formed lead dioxide

Various electrochemical methods with different conditions were used to prepare lead dioxide (PbO₂). The observation revealed that the morphology of deposited PbO₂ could be controlled by simply changing deposition parameters. Under the condition of oxygen evolution, which dominates the electrode process, uniformly distributed high porous structured PbO₂ was formed. The results indicated that large current density or high potential polarization should be one of the most important and necessary factors for forming high surface area PbO₂ deposit. Only β-PbO₂ was identified by X-ray diffraction measurement for the deposit prepared by present methods and solution. One potential application of this method is to prepare nanoscaled PbO₂ parallel lines.     

内部连接的球形多孔羟基磷灰石支架的制备

采用高分子模板,通过注浆成型制备了球形孔结构的羟基磷灰石(hroxyapatite,HA)支架,研究了支架的微观结构、压缩强度和相容性.结果表明:改变工艺参数可以控制高分子模板中球体间胶黏面的大小,控制所制备的HA多孔体孔内连接的尺寸.制备的支架具有开口、均匀而内部连通的多孔结构,当孔径为200μm、孔隙率为65%时,压缩强度可达8MPa左右.体外生物模拟实验表明:多孔结构HA支架有很好的相容性.随多孔球体孔隙率和尺寸的增加,支架的细胞吸收率逐步增加.     

复合型调湿涂料的研制及实验研究

将硅藻土做成乳胶型涂料，并得到了不同湿度下这种涂料的吸放湿性能曲线，但是吸放湿能力不是很理想。为了提高涂料的吸放湿能力，在基料中加入无机成膜物质制成硅藻土复合涂料，结果表明，通过复合，最大吸湿能力从6．5％提高到11％，最大放湿能力从5％提高到10％，并且确定了无机成膜物质的比例。复合涂料符合建筑涂料的常规性能要求，在调节湿度的同时克服了传统空调能耗高的缺点，具有很好的应用前景。     

水基含铝耐高温防腐蚀涂料

以水溶性的磷酸盐为主要成膜物质,铬酸(盐、酐等)为调节剂,球形铝粉为颜料合成了水基含铝耐高温防腐蚀涂料,该涂料具有优异的耐热、耐湿、耐盐雾、耐高低温冲击等性能。     

Preparation of microporous chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) membrane in fabric and the characterization of their pore sizes and pore‐size distributions

Chlorinated poly(vinyl chloride) (CPVC)/poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) membranes were prepared by using the solvent system tetrahydrofuran (THF)/n‐butyl alcohol (n‐BA) to investigate the possibility of pore size and pore‐size distribution control. The coagulation of CPVC/PVP solution was induced by the exposure to water vapor at 25 (±0.5)°C. The average pore diameter, d_p, and the size distribution of pores on the surface of the membrane were quantified through the image analyzer from the images visualized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE‐SEM). Surface pore size and distribution of the prepared CPVC/PVP membrane were strongly affected by the relative humidity (RH) in the environment and the content of PVP used as an additive. Particularly, in the case of CPVC membrane without PVP, the mean pore size was 0.15–0.2 μm, depending on the RH. The pore distribution became broad with the increase of the RH. The membranes had open pores as confirmed by the hydraulic permeation experiment. In addition, the water flux and membrane resistance (R_m) were greatly affected by the composition of polymer solution and the RH. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Synthesis and electrical properties of poly[2-(2-(4-trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethenyl-1,4-phenylenevinylene] and PPV copolymers

Summary Poly[2-(2-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethenyl)-5-methoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (PFEMPV) and a series of PPV copolymers containing 1,4-phenylenevinylene (PV) units were synthesized through a water-soluble precursor route, and their electrical and third-order nonlinear optical properties were studied. The PFEMPV films could not be doped with I₂, but FeCl₃-doped films showed an electrical conductivity of 5.0x10^-4 S/cm. The conductivities of FeCl₃-doped copolymer films ranged from 2.0x10^-3 to 2.0 S/cm depending on their copolymer compositions. The third-order nonlinear optical susceptibility, ⁽³⁾(–;,,–), was also investigated by the degenerate four wave mixing technique at 602 nm. The ⁽³⁾ value of PFEMPV was 6.9x10^-11 esu. The photoluminescence spectrum of PFEMPV shows its emission maximum at 550 nm.
