Experimental work was carried out to investigate the rheological properties of bitumen in water emulsions containing solids of different shape and size. The bitumen volumetric concentration was varied up to 60%, solids free basis, and the solids volume fraction (total volume basis) was varied up to 0.2. Irregular-shaped silica sand (average diameter: 9 and 33 μm) and smooth spherical glass beads (average diameter: 27 and 44 μm) were used as the added solids. In the low shear stress range, shear thinning behavior was observed for bitumen in water emulsions. At high shear stress, the viscosity of the emulsions became fairly independent of the shear stress. The addition of solids to the bitumen emulsions increased the mixture viscosity. The addition of irregular-shaped silica sand gave a higher viscosity than a similar addition of the spherical glass beads. The viscosity of the emulsion/solids mixtures was influenced by the solids size as well; the smaller size particles gave a higher viscosity. The addition of solids to the bitumen emulsions also induced shear thickening (dilatancy) behavior at high solids volume fraction. 最可靠最大流是不确定图中可靠性最高的最大流,它是传统最大流问题在不确定图上的自然延伸.现有的最可靠最大流算法SDBA时间复杂性较高,无法满足实际中不同应用的需求,为此,文中提出一种具有普遍适用性的最可靠最大流解决方案.该方案包含面向不同需求的3种算法:基于负权群落消去的NWCE算法、基于时间约束优先单环消去的SPEA-t算法和基于概率阈值约束优先单环消去的SPEA-p算法.其中,NWCE算法借鉴最小费用最大流的"流平移"思想并基于文中提出的负权群落概念,在辅助剩余图中不断地消去可使可靠性增加而流量不变的负权群落,可证当消去所有负权群落时对应的最大流即为最可靠最大流.根据负权群落中由单环组成的群落占很高比例且相对于多环组成的群落更易查找和消去的性质,同时考虑到NWCE算法为了获得最优解,往往为了消去最后少数几个对概率提高贡献很小的负权群落却花费了很长时间的现象,提出SPEA-t和SPEA-p两种快速近似算法,前者是以规定时间内尽可能逼近最优解为目标,后者是以最少时间达到预设的概率阈值为目标,它们都采用了优先消去概率-时间效益较好的单环群落的策略,加快对最优解的逼近速度,减少或放弃时间开销较大的多环群落的消去,以满足那些对算法时间性能要求很高而结果以近似最优即可的应用需求.实验表明,相对于SDBA算法,NWCE算法结合概率剪枝策略在时间性能上有了数量级的提高,而SPEA-t算法和SPEA-p算法则具有更高的性能和更好的适用性. 相似文献

The effects of mixing temperature and mixing time on the reaction of 3‐octanoylthio‐1‐propyltriethoxysilane (NXT silane) during mixing with precipitated silica and natural rubber (NR) were investigated. Results showed that the reaction between NXT silane and precipitated silica can proceed at temperatures above 130°C. Because of the blocking group of NXT silane, the silane–NR coupling reactivity is low, so that the reaction of NXT silane with NR occurs only during the curing period. There is no reaction between NXT silane and NR during mixing, which showed that the mixing time of silica‐filled NR compound containing NXT silane must be longer than 10 min at 150°C to obtain the desired silane coupling efficiency. With increasing mill temperature, the coupling efficiency increases. A high mixing temperature promotes improvement of silane–silica coupling efficiency, although the tensile strength, 100% modulus, 300% modulus, and hardness of NR vulcanizates decrease. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Fully automatic annotation of tennis game using broadcast video is a task with a great potential but with enormous challenges. In this paper we describe our approach to this task, which integrates computer vision, machine listening, and machine learning. At the low level processing, we improve upon our previously proposed state-of-the-art tennis ball tracking algorithm and employ audio signal processing techniques to detect key events and construct features for classifying the events. At high level analysis, we model event classification as a sequence labelling problem, and investigate four machine learning techniques using simulated event sequences. Finally, we evaluate our proposed approach on three real world tennis games, and discuss the interplay between audio, vision and learning. To the best of our knowledge, our system is the only one that can annotate tennis game at such a detailed level. 相似文献

8-Hydroxyqunioline end-capped polystyrene was prepared through atom transfer free radical polymerization (ATRP) with 8-(5-chloromethyl) quinolyl acetate as initiator. The results indicated that this polymerization is a first order reaction with respect to monomer conversion. The molecular weight increased linearly with monomer consumption and very narrow distribution of molecular weight was obtained (polydispersity index less than 1.2). The FT-IR and NMR results show that the 8-hydroxyquinloine group was chemically bonded to the polymer end and there is nearly one 8-hydroxyquinoline group in per polymer chain. All those data show that polymerization of styrene at such conditions displayed living characters. The polymer with 8-hydroxyqquinoline end group reacted with triethylaluminum to form polymeric light-emitting complex and single layer LED was prepared by common spin-coating method. The peak wavelength of LED based on synthesized polymeric complex was around 570 nm. 相似文献

As an effective approach for multi-input multi-output regression estimation problems, a multi-dimensional support vector regression (SVR), named M-SVR, is generally capable of obtaining better predictions than applying a conventional support vector machine (SVM) independently for each output dimension. However, although there are many generalization error bounds for conventional SVMs, all of them cannot be directly applied to M-SVR. In this paper, a new leave-one-out (LOO) error estimate for M-SVR is derived firstly through a virtual LOO cross-validation procedure. This LOO error estimate can be straightway calculated once a training process ended with less computational complexity than traditional LOO method. Based on this LOO estimate, a new model selection methods for M-SVR based on multi-objective optimization strategy is further proposed in this paper. Experiments on toy noisy function regression and practical engineering data set, that is, dynamic load identification on cylinder vibration system, are both conducted, demonstrating comparable results of the proposed method in terms of generalization performance and computational cost. 相似文献
