汽车用高强度大梁板的开发

介绍了具有高强度性能要求的汽车大粱板的成分设计思路及试制检验结果，提出了试制过程中存在的问题，试制钢种满足汽车生产厂新的技术要求，为该类钢在我厂批量生产进行了积极的探索。     

营口车探伤设备改造及探伤检验

该超声波探伤设备经更新探伤仪器、更换控制柜和电机、加长水箱及增加探头等技术改造，达到改单探头探伤为双探头探伤，实现无级调速，按GB／T5777-95标准的C5级验收，系统综合性能指标符合YB4082-2000标准规定的要求，为军工航空用小规格薄壁管提供可靠的超声波检测手段。     

三烷基胺萃淋树脂吸附铂(Ⅳ)的性能与热力学研究

研究了盐酸体系中三烷基胺萃淋树脂吸附铂(Ⅳ)的性能与热力学。结果表明:在pH=2.0时,分配比有最大值;树脂对铂(Ⅳ)的吸附容量为27.8mg.g-1树脂。其吸附等温式符合Q=12.6c0.19;增大溶液中氯离子浓度以及升高温度均对吸附不利。测得吸附焓、反应自由能和和熵变分别为-11.0,-13kJ.mol-1和6.7J.mol-1.K-1。吸附于树脂上的铂(Ⅳ)可以0.5mol.L-1的NaOH溶液予以洗脱。     

Corrosion of steel structures in sea-bed sediment

Seabed sediment (SBS) is a special soil that is covered by seawater. With the developments in marine oil exploitation and engineering, more and more steel structures have been buried in SBS. SBS corrosion has now become a serious problem in marine environment and an important issue in corrosion science. In this paper, approach in the field of SBS corrosion is reviewed. Electrochemical and microbial corrosion factors, corrosion mechanism, measurement of metal corrosion rate, corrosion evaluation and prediction of corrosion are also discussed here.     

Error estimates of local multiquadric‐based differential quadrature (LMQDQ) method through numerical experiments

In this article, we present an error estimate of the derivative approximation by the local multiquadric‐based differential quadrature (LMQDQ) method. Radial basis function is different from the polynomial approximation, in which Taylor series expansion is not applicable. So, the present analysis is performed through the numerical solution of Poisson equation. It is known that the approximation error of LMQDQ method depends on three factors, i.e. local density of knots h, free shape parameter c and number of supporting knots n_s). By numerical experiments, their contribution to the approximation error and correlation were studied and analysed in this paper. An error estimate ε ～ O((h/c)ⁿ) is thereafter proposed, in which n is a positive constant and determined by the number of supporting knots n_s. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

电力线数传通信设备的设计

电力线高速数据传输使电力线作为通信媒介成为现实,研究电力线通信是十分必要的。文章详细介绍OFDM的原理以及TI的数字信号处理芯片TMS320VC5402,描述基于OFDM技术,采用16位定点DSP———TMS320V5402作为控制单元的配电网电力线数传通信设备,最后给出其软硬件设计原理及实现过程,并给出此设计的具体参数。     

低温热水地板辐射供暖的室内温度竖向分布的测试与分析

实地测试低温热水地板辐射供暖及传统散热器供暖的室内温度竖向分布。通过分析室内温度和室温竖向分布曲线，阐明低温热水地板辐射供暖方式的室温分布均匀、合理，有较强的热舒适性，而且此种供暖方式还有节能、卫生、热稳定性好、便于热计量及运行费用低等特点。     

甲基对硫磷在小白菜上的降解动态及最终残留量

为了解甲基对硫磷在小白菜上的降解动态及最终残留量，指导该农药的使用，给安全食用小白菜提供科学依据，该试验在银川郊区银新乡农户的温室菜棚中进行。喷药后第零天，第一天，第二天，第三天，第五天，第七天，每天分别取样，用气相色谱法分析测定甲基对硫磷在小白菜上的残留量，得出甲基对硫磷残留量(Y)与时间(t)的关系。实验结果表明，甲基对硫磷在小白菜上半衰期为2．91天；喷药后第七天，在小白菜中未检出甲基对硫磷的残留。     

含3-三氟甲基的均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物的合成

以 3-三氟甲基 - 4-氨基 - 5 -巯基 - 1 ,2 ,4-三唑为原料 ,分别与 2 - ,3- ,4-吡啶甲酸及α-萘乙酸在 POCl3催化下反应 ,制得 4种新的 3-三氟甲基 - 6-取代均三唑并 [3,4- b]- 1 ,3,4-噻二唑( 3a～ 3d) ,并利用 EA,IR,1H NMR等确定了其结构
