TP130TT高抗挤套管研究与应用

为了提高盐层段固井质量 ,中原油田研究开发了 TP130 TT高抗挤套管 ,性能试验评价表明 ,其抗挤强度超过 16 0 MPa,并给出了其固井质量评价标准。在中原油 346口井中的应用表明 ,该套管有效地解决了盐层段套管损坏问题 ,延长了油气水井寿命 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。     

一种快速、准确的玻璃料方计算方法

采用微软公司Microsoft Excel的规划求解功能,可以快速准确地进行玻璃料方的计算,从而大大提高工作效率.本文以平板玻璃料方为例,对玻璃料方的电子计算机计算原理作介绍,并对利用Excel电子表格的规划求解功能进行玻璃料方计算的过程进行介绍.     

Colour Centres and Energy Transfer in BaF2-xClx:Eu2+ Phosphors

The optical absorption spectra of BaF2-xClx:Eu2 after ultraviolet (UV) light excitation were investigated.The differences between the absorption spectra after and before excitation (DAS) were observed.The DAS increase at both the high and the low energy side of F band in BaF2-xClx:Eu2 after 245 nm UV light excitation.The bleach effect of UV light and the absorption of electrons in the valence band may account for the former and the formation of Fa centres (association of F(Cl-) centres), whose absorption band matches the HeNe laser better, may explain the latter.In the write-in process, the transfer of electrons is via tunneling.In the readout process, the transfer of electrons captured in F(F-) and Fa centres is more likely via tunneling, and that of F(Cl-) centres is more likely via conduction band.     

黄土丘陵沟壑区王家沟流域水文特征分析

王家沟流域属暖温带大陆性季风气候,冬季严寒少雪,春季干燥多风,夏季酷热多雨,秋季温凉适中,雨热同季,当地常见暴雨历时大多在2h以下,这种短历时、大强度的暴雨最易引起水土流失。分析了流域治理前后径流泥沙的来源情况,为同类型小流域综合治理提供科学依据。     

In-Situ observation on microfracture behavior ahead of the crack tip in 63Sn37Pb solder alloy

in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) tensile tests on as-cast and aged 63Sn37Pb solder alloys were conducted, and the fracture behavior in nanometer scale ahead of the crack tip was inspected and discussed. Results show that the fracture was completed by connecting the discontinuous cracks or voids. Dislocation behavior was concentrated along the grain boundaries for as-cast samples, and displayed mainly as dislocation climb. The crack was intergranular dominated under the lower strain rate. While remarkable mutual dislocation emission was detected in the aged solder. Transgranular cracks were dominant in the fractured area, and they propagated by linking up with the nanometer scale cracks ahead of the crack tips under the effective promotion of the inverse dislocation emission. At the same time, the partial interphase or intergranular cracks in the thinned area were also found. Under this condition, a new critical stress intensity factor K _c ^′ to define the mutual dislocation emission was proposed.     

Enhancing echo cancellation via estimation of delay

The advent of packetized audio transmission, such as voice over IP (VoIP), has resulted in challenging requirements for echo cancellation technology. One key aspect of this technology is the need to characterize, quickly and accurately, the echo paths in the transmission media. Echo paths consist of a constant time delay with no echo signal and active regions in which the echo signal is present. When an adaptive filter echo cancellation algorithm is used, its performance can be greatly increased, and its complexity can be reduced if it is only applied to the active regions. This requires an algorithm to estimate the constant delay and locate the active regions. Traditionally, delay estimation has been based on direct application of cross-correlation. This method has poor performance because the input signals are highly correlated and has a high implementation cost because many cross-correlation lags have to be computed for longer time delays. The delay estimation addressed in this paper has two major advantages over the traditional methods. The first is that it has improved performance because the input signals are processed to have less correlation. The second is that the implementation cost is significantly reduced because fewer cross-correlation lags are computed, and an efficient method to estimate lags is created.     

An experimental study of an optical burst switching network based on wavelength-selective optical switches

In this article we report the system structure and test results of an experimental optical burst switching network with three edge router's and one core node. Wavelength-selective switches developed for this system and their characteristics are depicted. The implementation and performance of our new scheme for the just-in-time protocol are described. We also report experimental results of FTP and VOD services on this system. Some parameters, including traffic rate, average burst data length, and assembly time, are studied.     

富氧燃烧技术在梭式窑中的应用

研究了富氧燃烧技术对梭式窑烧成的影响.研究结果表明,随着氧浓度从21%-30%的逐渐增加,CO总浓度和NO总浓度都先明显下降,后缓慢上升;节能效果在初始段较为明显,而后效果不明显;而实际烟气量与氧浓度成反比,与过剩空气系数成正比.

Two-dimensional symmetric multimode interferences in silicon square waveguides

Symmetric interference in two-dimensional multimode silicon waveguides is experimentally investigated. For a 100/spl times/100 /spl mu/m/sup 2/ cross section, 2700-/spl mu/m-long waveguide fabricated on silicon-on-insulator substrate, an 8/spl times/8 matrix of replicated images with high contrast ratio is demonstrated for 1530-1570 nm wavelength range. Symmetric interference results in reduced device length, and the actual device length is consistent with the theoretical expectation. The device also exhibits stable imaging in terms of good loss uniformity, and low wavelength and polarization dependencies among the replicated images.
