兰家沟钼矿巷道围岩稳定性分析

针对金属矿山开采巷道围岩变形失稳破坏问题,以兰家沟钼矿巷道为例,对兰家沟钼矿深埋平巷中典型区段建立MIDAS三维模型,分析支护初期围岩应力、应变变化规律及支护结构的内力变化,并通过现场测试分析验证支护结构的合理性,对巷道围岩失稳与破坏机理、支护结构作用进行了深入研究。     

改进型催化氧化—SBR工艺处理有机磷废水

以草甘磷废水为研究对象,采用基于羟基自由基的改进型催化氧化—SBR工艺进行处理,取得良好效果.当催化氧化实验条件为:催化剂填充率为80％,氧化剂投加量为500 mg/L,pH为3,气水比为3,反应时间为90 min时,TP去除率达到90.7％;草甘磷废水经催化氧化处理后进入SBR反应器,停留时间为24h时TP去除率达到77.3％;该组合工艺对TP去除率可达97.9％.     

Detection of Glutamic Acid in Oilseed Rape Leaves Using Near Infrared Spectroscopy and the Least Squares-Support Vector Machine

Amino acids are quite important indices to indicate the growth status of oilseed rape under herbicide stress. Near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy combined with chemometrics was applied for fast determination of glutamic acid in oilseed rape leaves. The optimal spectral preprocessing method was obtained after comparing Savitzky-Golay smoothing, standard normal variate, multiplicative scatter correction, first and second derivatives, detrending and direct orthogonal signal correction. Linear and nonlinear calibration methods were developed, including partial least squares (PLS) and least squares-support vector machine (LS-SVM). The most effective wavelengths (EWs) were determined by the successive projections algorithm (SPA), and these wavelengths were used as the inputs of PLS and LS-SVM model. The best prediction results were achieved by SPA-LS-SVM (Raw) model with correlation coefficient r = 0.9943 and root mean squares error of prediction (RMSEP) = 0.0569 for prediction set. These results indicated that NIR spectroscopy combined with SPA-LS-SVM was feasible for the fast and effective detection of glutamic acid in oilseed rape leaves. The selected EWs could be used to develop spectral sensors, and the important and basic amino acid data were helpful to study the function mechanism of herbicide.     

钢球热斜轧轧辊精整段凸棱结构参数的优化设计

阐述连接颈在钢球热斜轧中的作用,分析轧辊凸棱和连接颈之间的关系。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对钢球热斜轧轧辊精整段凸棱进行结构参数的优化分析。结果表明,随着轧辊凸棱宽度尺寸的变化,最大变形量和应力与其成反比例关系。随着轧辊凸棱高度的增大,最大变形量也增大,而应力先减小后增大。轧辊凸棱切角对凸棱的变形量和应力影响较小。通过分析轧辊凸棱几何参数对强度和刚度等的影响规律,为钢球热斜轧轧辊的凸棱设计提供理论指导。     

Targeted Silencing of MART-1 Gene Expression by RNA Interference Enhances the Migration Ability of Uveal Melanoma Cells

Uveal melanoma (UM) is the most common primary intraocular malignancy and the leading potentially fatal primary intraocular disease in adults. Melanoma antigen recognized by T-cells (MART-1) has been studied extensively as a clinically important diagnostic marker for melanoma, however, its biological function remains unclear. In the present study, the UM cell line SP6.5, which showed a high level of MART-1 expression, was subjected to small interfering RNA-mediated silencing of MART-1. Silencing of MART-1 expression increased the migration ability of SP6.5 cells and down-regulated the expression of the metastasis suppressor NM23. Our results suggest that MART-1 is a candidate target for the development of therapeutic strategies for UM and in particular for the suppression of metastasis associated with this malignancy.     

绘制工艺流程图中块的创建方法

以温度控制计为例,论述了工艺流程图中反复使用的图形,在AutoCAD绘图中可以创建为块,并添加属性。针对各种类似的图形,将这些图形合理的制作为块,可以节省大量时间、加快绘图速度、提高绘图的准确性。     

Near-Infrared Spectroscopy for Classification of Oranges and Prediction of the Sugar Content

A nondestructive method for the classification of orange samples according to their growing conditions and geographic areas was developed using Vis/Near infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the NIR spectra of the samples were moderately clustered in the principle component space and pattern recognition wavelet transform (WT) combined artificial neural network (BP-ANN) provided satisfactory classification results. Additionally, a partial least square (PLS) method was constructed to predict the sugar content of certain oranges. It showed excellent predictions of the sugar content of oranges, with standard error of prediction (SEP) values of 0.290 and 0.301 for Shatangju and Huangyanbendizao, respectively.     

华中区域水电减弃增发应急交易机制的研究

针对华中区域水电特性,结合我国电力市场实情,分析了传统的解决弃水消纳问题办法的局限性,构建了兼顾经济效益的节能发电调度数学模型,设计了水电消纳应急交易模式,并作为制定相应机制的原则和依据.实例结果表明,该模式为构建坚强稳定的"低碳"电网奠定了基础,值得推广应用.     

层次分析法在资源综合利用电源规划中的应用

针对宁夏电网分层分区特点,提出了一套资源综合利用机组及电源点布局合理性的综合评价指标体系,应用电源规划软件PowerPlan获得了四个可比且较优的电源规划方案,采用层次分析法对该方案进行综合评价获得了较优方案,为结构优化提供了较全面完整的指标和新途径。     

常用微生物培养有机质对小球藻生长的影响

为探求小球藻快速生长所需营养条件,选用3种实验室常用的微生物培养有机质蛋白胨、酵母提取物、牛肉膏,在一定的光照强度和温度下,比较其对小球藻生长的影响。结果表明,蛋白胨对小球藻生长的促进作用最大,其次是牛肉膏,酵母提取物几乎不能促进小球藻生长;在蛋白胨质量浓度为1.00%时,小球藻的生物累积量达到最高;考虑到经济成本,蛋白胨的质量浓度以0.60%为宜。
