FrequentItemsetMining (FIM) is one of the most important data mining tasks and is the foundation of many data mining tasks. In Big Data era, centralized FIM algorithms cannot meet the needs of FIM for big data in terms of time and space, so Distributed Frequent Itemset Mining (DFIM) algorithms have been designed to meet the above challenges. In this paper, LocalGlobal and RedistributionMining which are two main paradigms of DFIM algorithm are discussed; Two algorithms of these paradigms on MapReduce named LG and RM are proposed while MapReduce is a popular distributed computing model, and also the related work is discussed. The experimental results show that the RM algorithm has better performance in terms of computation and scalability of sites, and can be used as the basis for designing the DFIM algorithm based on MapReduce. 以调度的总流水时间为优化目标, 提出一种混合差分进化算法。 首先, 建立无等待流水车间调度的问题模型,并用快速方法评估总流水时间指标。 其次,采用LPV规则,实现离散问题的连续编码; 用差分进化算法对总流水时间指标执行优化;引入插入邻域和基于pairwise的局部搜索算法, 分别对差分进化算法产生的新个体和差分进化算法的最优解执行邻域搜索, 达到优化目标全局和局部的最优。 最后,通过计算标准算例, 并与其他算法比较, 验证该混合差分进化算法的有效性。 相似文献

In inertial navigation system(INS) and global positioning system(GPS) integrated system, GPS antennas are usually not located at the same location as the inertial measurement unit(IMU) of the INS, so the lever arm effect exists, which makes the observation equation highly nonlinear. The INS/GPS integration with constant lever arm effect is studied. The position relation of IMU and GPS’s antenna is represented in the earth centered earth fixed frame, while the velocity relation of these two systems is represented in local horizontal frame. Due to the small integration time interval of INS, i.e. 0.1 s in this work, the nonlinearity in the INS error equation is trivial, so the linear INS error model is constructed and addressed by Kalman filter’s prediction step. On the other hand, the high nonlinearity in the observation equation due to lever arm effect is addressed by unscented Kalman filter’s update step to attain higher accuracy and better applicability. 针对高校科研能力评估过程中存在的多因素、高非线性特点,经典评估模型主观性较强,导致模型评估准确性不高的问题,提出基于协同智能水滴算法IWD和粗糙集块神经网络RBNN的高校科研能力评估模型。首先,引入智能水滴算法,并针对传统智能水滴算法固定旁域搜索范围不利于提升算法搜索效率的问题,提出一种局部空间自动缩放算法LSAS,该算法根据当前种群最优个体,自动调整下一步搜索空间大小,对进化过程进行指导,提高算法的进化效率;其次,基于粗糙集理论对高校科研能力数据进行特征预处理,简化数据计算量;最后,对块神经网络和粗糙集参数进行编码,并对高校科研能力模型进行评估。仿真结果表明,此评估模型具有较高的准确性和较快的计算效率。 相似文献

Sustainable management of groundwater-dependent vegetation (GDV) requires the accurate identification of GDVs, characterisation of their water use dynamics and an understanding of associated errors. This paper presents sensitivity and uncertainty analyses of one GDV mapping method which uses temperature differences between time-series of modelled and observed land surface temperature (LST) to detect groundwater use by vegetation in a subtropical woodland. Uncertainty in modelled LST was quantified using the Jacobian method with error variances obtained from literature. Groundwater use was inferred where modelled and observed LST were significantly different using a Student's t-test. Modelled LST was most sensitive to low-range wind speeds (<1.5 m s−1), low-range vegetation height (<=0.5 m), and low-range leaf area index (<=0.5 m2 m−2), limiting the detectability of groundwater use by vegetation under such conditions. The model-data approach was well-suited to detection of GDV because model-data errors were lowest for climatic conditions conducive to groundwater use. 相似文献

The optimal control of inventory in supply chains plays a key role in the competiveness of a corporation. The inventory cost can account for half of company’s logistics cost. The classical inventory models, e.g., newsvendor and EOQ models, assume either a single or infinite planning periods. However, these models may not be applied to perishable products which usually have a certain shelf life. To optimize the total logistic cost for perishable products, this paper presents a multi-period newsvendor model, and the problem is formulated as a multi-stage stochastic programming model with integer recourse decisions. 懒惰式决策树分类是一种非常有效的分类方法。它从概念上为每一个测试实例建立一棵“最优”的决策树。但是,大多数的研究是基于小的数据集合之上。在大的数据集合上,它的分类速度慢、内存消耗大、易被噪声误导等缺点,影响了其分类性能。通过分析懒惰式决策树和普通决策树的分类原则,提出了一种新的决策树分类模型,Semi—LDtree。它生成的决策树的节点,如普通决策树一样,包含单变量分裂,但是叶子节点相当于一个懒惰式决策树分类器。这种分类模型保留了普通决策树良好的可解释性,实验结果表明它提高了分类速度和分类精确度,在某些分类任务上它的分类性能经常性地胜过两者,特别是在大的数据集合上。 相似文献

Extended Kalman filter based speeds estimation of series-connected five-phase two-motor drive system
The multi-phase machines enables independent control of a few number of machines that are connected in series in a particular manner, and the supply is fed from a single voltage source inverter (VSI). The idea was first implemented for a five-phase series-connected two-motor drive system, but is now applicable to any number of phases. The number of series-connected machines is a function of the phase number of VSI. Variable speed induction motor drives without mechanical speed sensors at the motor shaft have the attractions of low cost and high reliability. To replace the sensor, information of the rotor speed is extracted from measured stator currents and voltages at motor terminals. Open-loop estimators or closed-loop observers are used for this purpose. They differ with respect to accuracy, robustness, and sensitivity against model parameter variations. This paper analyses operation of an EKF-based sensorless control of vector controlled series-connected two-motor five-phase drive system with current control in the stationary reference frame. Results, obtained with fixed voltage and fixed frequency supply fed and hysteresis current control, is presented for various operating conditions on the basis of simulation. The purpose of this paper is to report first time, the simulation results on a sensorless control of a five-phase two-motor series-connected drive system using EKF estimator. 相似文献
