A novel one-pot synthesis route leading to the formation of a wormhole-like structure was developed for the successful fabrication of porous YSZ and Ni-YSZ systems. This method involved co-precipitation in the presence of the micelle-forming agents CTAB/Pluronic P123 and crystallising NaCl. The obtained skeletons were mechanically stable and presented almost 50% uniform, open porosity without using any additional pore-formers. The fabricated 0.3 M CTAB/NaCl Ni-YSZ showed better long-term electrical stability in hydrogen than a traditional Ni-YSZ cermet. It resulted from the suppression of Ni structural changes throughout the anode scaffold. Moreover, higher electrochemical activity of this novel anode is expected due to the smaller particle sizes of Ni/YSZ, high homogeneity, highly developed TPB, and better interfacial interaction between the Ni and YSZ. Therefore, the novel soft-hard templating method is recognised as a promising route for the fabrication of the YSZ or Ni-YSZ with a highly developed microstructure and improved stability.  相似文献

We carried out a design study of single electron devices based on submicron metallic islands and tunnel junctions. The results of a first capacitive design analysis using a three-dimensional numerical field computation of separated circuit cells are used as input for an optimization with respect to cross-talk between neighboring circuit cells. We discuss the reduction of parasitic effects by use of additional shielding electrodes on the top of the substrate or in the background. In view of the influenced charge associated with parasitic background charges we discuss the charge distribution on a three-dimensional scan of the substrate below the structures for the study of critical influence regions, where a certain threshold of influenced charge at neighbor electrodes is given. We show that the influence calculation of the parasitic background charge is of significant importance for the design and fabrication of single charge circuits.  相似文献

基于随机块低秩方法的地震数据规则重建

创新点说明:

提出了可用于规则数据插值重建的随机块投影低秩矩阵优化方法,扩展了之前低秩方法的使用范围,提供一种有效的三维地震勘探数据道加密技术。

研究目的:

解决块投影降秩方法无法用于规则地震道缺失的重建问题。

研究方法:

通过研究相邻数据块随机重叠的矩阵投影,使得降秩重构的数学理论与地震数据规则重建问题相匹配,从而把低秩优化算法的良好性能推广应用到了解决油气资源勘探的工程实际问题。

结果和结论:

通过对模拟数据和实际数据的测试比较分析,验证了所提方法具有较好的重构效果。未来可进一步推广到五维地震数据的重建,
