分子修饰法制备油溶性茶多酚及其抗氧化性能的研究

采用分子修饰法制备了豆油脂肪酸酐修饰的茶多酚,通过红外光谱对分子修饰的茶多酚进行了结构表征。将修饰后的茶多酚作为油脂的抗氧化剂,添加到豆油中,考察其溶解性及抗氧化性能。结果表明,有机基团修饰的茶多酚具有优良的分散性,可提高豆油的抗氧化性能。在相同浓度时,豆油脂肪酸酐修饰的茶多酚抗氧化活性优于茶多酚和BHT。     

二氢叶酸还原酶抑制剂的量子化学研究——吡啶并嘧啶类衍生物的定量构效关系

利用量子化学方法,将二氢叶酸还原酶抑制剂--吡啶并嘧啶类衍生物的电子结构进行了计算分析和线性的拟合.结果表明化合物的5位取代基的体积,最低空轨道的能级,分子偶极矩,能级差有着显著的相关性.回归分析得到了相关性好的相关模型（R=0.93）.     

Effect of puerarin on the P13K pathway for glucose transportation and insulin signal transduction in adipocytes

To explore the effect of puerarin on insulin receptor (IR), insulin receptor substrate-1 (IRS-1) and protein expression of protein kinase B(PKB) in the P13K pathway of the glucose consumption, transportation and insulin signal transduction in 3T3-L1 adipocytes with insulin resistance. The insulin resistance 3T3-L1 adipocytes model was established by free fatty acid induction. The model cells were managed with puerarin in different concentrations. Glucose consumption was detected with glucose oxidase method, glucose transportation rate was determined by 2-deoxy-3H glucose ingesting method, and the IR, IRS-1 and PKB expression were determined by Western blot. Glucose consumption and transportation were significantly decreased in the model adipocytes, but increased after treated with puerarin (P<0.01). Moreover, the level of tyrosine phosphorylation of IR subunit β was higher in the puerarin treated groups, and that of IRS-1 was higher in the group treated with low dose puerarin than that in the model group. The 3T3-L1 adipocytes of insulin resistance model could be induced by free fatty acid successfully, puerarin could promote the glucose utilization in them to alleviate the insulin resistance, which may be related with the action in advancing the tyrosine phosphorylation of IR and IRS-1.     

Electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fibers

The electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fibers was prepared by pretreating the carbon fibers in order to increase their conductivity,and consequently enhance the EMI shielding effectiveness of the composites.The relationship between the performance of depositing coat and pH value,temperature,reaction time and the way of agitation was studied.Results show that the depositing quality is stable under pH between 4.5 and 5.0,temperature between 75 ℃ and 85 ℃,reaction time for 10 min and air agitation.The uniform and compact nickel layer deposited on carbon fibers was proved by XRD and SEM,and the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers with nickel coating was tested.Results indicate that the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers with electroless nickel plating is decreased by an order of magnitude compared with that of carbon fibers.It means that nickel coating can greatly improve the electromagnetic interference shielding properties of carbon fibers.     

阴离子交换树脂分离提取发酵液中的乳酸

为提高乳酸产品收率和纯度,实验筛选得到国产315型阴离子交换树脂,用于分离提取发酵液中乳酸,并研究其对乳酸、乙酸、丙酮酸及柠檬酸的吸附等温线、吸附动力学和动态吸附及洗脱效果．吸附等温线结果表明,315型树脂对乳酸等有机酸的吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程,特征参数n>1,属于优惠吸附．吸附动力学研究表明,液膜扩散是吸附过程的主要控制步骤,符合Boyd 液膜扩散模型．动态吸附及洗脱实验结果表明,以15 BV／h、pH 188上柱吸附,再用1 BV／h的去离子水洗脱,可实现发酵液中乳酸的良好分离．     

A new ring-shaped Cr-containing tungstophosphate based on [H2P2W12O48]12−

A new Cr-containing tungstophosphate [(Cr(H₂O)₂)₃(H₂P₂W₁₂O₄₈)₃]^27 − (1a) was prepared via simple, one-pot reaction method, which was isolated as hydrated potassium salt, K₄[H₂₃(Cr(H₂O)₂)₃(H₂P₂W₁₂O₄₈)₃]·34H₂O (1). Compound 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, UV-vis, elemental analyses, thermal analysis, electrochemistry and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. Polyoxoanion 1a is composed of three {P₂W₁₂} subunits linked by three {Cr(H₂O)₂} bridges alternately, forming a ring in a corner-sharing mode. Moreover, variable temperature magnetic susceptibility indicates that 1 shows antiferromagnetic behavior.     

吴茱萸致肝毒性部位在大鼠体内的多样性分析

利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱（UPLC-Q-TOF MS）技术对吴茱萸肝毒性部位给药后大鼠胆汁、尿液、粪便中的原型成分及其代谢产物进行分析,共检测到23个原型成分和10个代谢产物。采用正离子MSE扫描模式采集质量范围m/z 50~1 200的数据,通过与UNIFI软件数据库比对,以及各成分的保留时间、精确的一级和二级质谱信息,结合化合物的裂解规律和已有文献报道,共鉴定出29个化学成分,包括23个原型成分和6个代谢产物。进一步由代谢产物逆向追踪原型成分,推测出可能的代谢途径。这些成分在体内的主要代谢途径有葡萄糖醛酸结合、硫酸酯化、甲酰基化、羟基化、去甲基化等。基本明确了吴茱萸肝毒性部位在大鼠胆汁、尿液和粪便中的主要存在形式及代谢途径,为揭示吴茱萸肝毒性物质基础提供了参考依据。     

面向虚拟现实人机协作焊接系统的运动控制策略

以发挥人的优势为目标,设计虚拟现实人机协作焊接系统的运动控制策略并研究其针对焊接任务的可靠性.远程协作焊接过程可以将空间六自由度控制器的输入信号转换为目标焊枪的位姿变化、速度变化或加速度变化.面向焊接的任务性质,设计静态位姿型、动态位姿型、速度型、加速度型四种控制策略.在虚拟现实环境下开发用于检验运动控制策略可靠性的焊接跟随试验测试分析系统,研究遥控焊枪跟随物体沿直线轨迹、曲线轨迹、空间曲线轨迹运动时,四种运动策略的跟踪精度.结果表明,动态位姿型控制策略是应用于虚拟现实人机协作焊接系统中总体表现最稳定、适应性最强的运动控制策略.     

超声降解铬黑T及亚甲蓝的实验研究

尝试采用超声波技术对铬黑T及亚甲基蓝两种模拟染料废水进行降解实验。以脱色率为指标,分别考察pH值、超声功率强度、超声时间和温度等因素对两种模拟染料废水脱色作用的影响。结果表明:超声波技术对铬黑T及亚甲基蓝两种模拟染料废水具有一定的脱色能力,随着pH值的增大,脱色能力减弱。常温下,在pH=1.79附近、超声时间120min,超声功率0.7kw时,亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水的脱色率为27.60%,铬黑T模拟染料废水的脱色率为20.33%。进一步地采用超声波与水合二氧化锰联用技术,可以极大提高有机染料的降解效率,水合二氧化锰投加量为40mg/L时,亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水的脱色率达到92.48%。     

GC/MC法分析哈尔滨风干肠香辛料中的挥发性成分

为了获取关于香辛料在哈尔滨风干肠中的应用资料,利用静态顶空进样法从哈尔滨市售两种知名品牌的风干肠香辛料（FX）中收集到挥发性香气成分,连接GC／MC装置进行分析,分别测得FX1中有20种化合物,FX2中有22种化合物,这些化合物均以烯烃类、醇类、醚类、醛类、酮类、酸类、脂类及芳香类有机化学物质为主,而此类化学物质也均属于食品化学中所介绍的香辛料的主要成分的范畴,本实验利用峰面积归一化法通过G170LBA化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在每个样品中的相对百分比。
