Neodymium doped bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3, BFO) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by a facile sol–gel route. The influence of annealing temperature, time, Bi content and solvent on the crystal structure of BFO was studied. Results indicated that the optimum processing condition of BFO products was 550–600 °C/1.5 h with excess 3–6% Bi and ethylene glycol as solvent. On the other hand, Nd3+ ion was introduced into the BFO system and the effect of Nd3+ concentration on the structure, magnetic and dielectric properties of BFO were investigated. It was found that the magnetization of BFO was enhanced significantly with Nd3+ substitution, being attributed to the suppression of the spiral cycloidal magnetic structure led by the crystal structure transition. Furthermore, with increasing Nd3+ content, the dielectric constant was found to decrease while the dielectric loss was enhanced, which was mainly due to the hoping conduction mechanism with the reduction of oxygen vacancies.  相似文献

In this paper, we proposed a high birefringence photonic bandgap fiber (PBGF) with elliptical air holes in cladding and circular air hole in core. The forbidden gaps of the honeycomb structure are calculated when the circular air holes are deformed to the elliptical shape. Impedance spectroscopy (IS) has been used to study the influence on the low frequency part of the impedance diagrams of the microstructure of a fast ionic conductor, Li3xLa2/3−xTiO3 with x = 0.10 (named hereafter LLTO). This oxide has been synthesised by sol–gel method. After synthesis, the powder of LLTO displays a large distribution of grain size and agglomerates. The grain size distribution and the porosity of the ceramic have been changed by heat-treatment from 600 °C to 1200 °C in air. The impedance spectra of these ceramics, recorded at different temperatures from room temperature (RT) to 400 °C, show a low-frequency depressed arc, which is characteristic of the grain boundary response of the ceramic. Its shape depends strongly on the heat-treatment of the ceramic, and therefore, on its microstructure. It is a simple arc when the pellet is well sintered but becomes very complex for non-sintered ceramics with high resistive grain boundary and pores. The observed “fish” shape indicates the presence of current “detours effect” in the material. This effect means that current detours around blocking grain boundary and/or pores occur to lower the impedance. Consequently, the brick layer model (BLM), which assumes an ideal microstructure, and then no current “detours effect”, can not be used to analyse these impedance data.  相似文献

Three types of electrically conducting polymers (ECPs), i.e. polyaniline (PANI), polypyrrole (PPy) and poly-(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) have been tested as supercapacitor electrode materials in the form of composites with multiwalled carbon nanotubes (CNTs). The energy storage in such a type of composite combines an electrostatic attraction as well as quick faradaic processes called pseudo-capacitance. It has been shown that carbon nanotubes play the role of a perfect backbone for a homogenous distribution of ECP in the composite. It is well known that pure conducting polymers are mechanically weak, hence, the carbon nanotubes preserve the ECP active material from mechanical changes (shrinkage and breaking) during long cycling. Apart of excellent conducting and mechanical properties, the presence of nanotubes improves also the charge transfer that enables a high charge/discharge rate. For an optimal use of ECPs in electrochemical capacitors, a special electrode composition with ca. 20 wt.% of CNTs and a careful selection of the potential range is necessary. The capacitance values ranging from 100 to 330 F g−1 could be reached for different asymmetric configurations with a capacitor voltage from 0.6 to 1.8 V. It is also noteworthy that such a type of ECP/CNTs composite does not need any binding substance that is an important practical advantage.  相似文献

This paper presents an efficient face segmentation algorithm based on binary partition tree. Skin-like regions are first obtained by integrating the results of pixel classification and watershed segmentation. Facial features are extracted by the techniques of valley detection and entropic thresholding, and are used to refine the skin-like regions. In order to segment the facial regions from the skin-like regions, a novel region merging algorithm is proposed by considering the impact of the common border ratio between adjacent regions, and the binary partition tree is used to represent the whole region merging process. Then the facial likeness of each node in the binary partition tree is evaluated using a set of fuzzy membership functions devised for a number of facial primitives of geometrical, elliptical and facial features. Finally, an efficient algorithm of node selecting in the binary partition tree is proposed for the final face segmentation, which can exactly segment the faces without any underlying assumption. The performance of the proposed face segmentation algorithm is demonstrated by experimental results carried out on a variety of images in different scenarios.  相似文献

The analysis method of optimal tracking performance is proposed for multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) linear time‐invariant (LTI) systems under disturbance rejection. An H2 criterion of the error signal between the output of the plant and the reference signal is used as a measure for the tracking performance. Spectral factorization is applied to obtain the optimal solution of the system tracking error. The explicit expressions are derived for this minimal tracking error with respect to random reference signals under disturbance rejection. It is shown that the nonminimum phase zeros, the zero direction, the unstable poles, the pole direction of a given plant, statistical characteristics of the reference input signal, and disturbance signal have a negative effect on a feedback system's ability to reduce the system error with disturbance rejection. The results show that the optimal tracking performance will further be damaged because of disturbance rejection. Some typical examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

多轴联动下的串联多关节工业机器人在空间轨迹运动时,在时间上保证各关节轴单独具有良好的跟踪性能,而由于机械电气的迟滞效应,并不能完全保证理想的轮廓轨迹,这说明各个伺服轴的运动在几何空间中的同步非常重要。针对运动指令与实际位置之间的迟滞所带来的机器人末端轮廓精度不高的问题,本文结合工业机器人现有的运动学和动力学以及传统的PID控制理论,研究了六关节机器人位置域控制算法。将机器人空间轮廓轨迹的控制,通过采用主?从运动关系实时建立的方法,将时域中的各个伺服关节的同步控制方法,变换到位置域的各个伺服关节的主?从跟随的控制方法,在实现位置域的同步控制的同时,引入基于位置域的PD控制,减少了主?从跟随控制的跟随误差,从而整体提高机器人末端的轮廓运动精度。该方法在Linux CNC(Computerized Numerical Control)数控系统上,以某公司HSR-JR605机器人为对象进行了实验,证明采用位置域控制方法对六关节机器人空间运动轨迹精度的提高有积极作用。   相似文献
