The novel family of the hydrazone based hole-transporting materials with two epoxypropyl groups were synthesized and investigated as potential new materials for electrophotography. The molecular structure of these dihydrazones ensures good compatibility with most commonly used binding materials (BM) and allows stable films to be prepared. These materials may be of particular interest for development of future electrophotographic photoreceptors as the epoxy groups allow for cross-linking of these transporting materials (TM) in the layer without significant decrease of charge carrier mobility. Obtained compounds were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry and time of flight method. The highest hole mobility, exceeding 10−5 cm2/V s at 6 × 105 V/cm electric field, was observed in the hydrazones with triphenylamine moieties.  相似文献

空间光谱成像技术的发展使得探测器阵列与分光元件的集成成为一种趋势,长线阵拼接集成滤光片是空间多光谱成像仪实现焦平面集成分光的关键器件,在我国空间多光谱成像光学系统中需求明显。设计了4通道短中波红外长线阵拼接集成滤光片,采用离子束辅助轰击的电子枪蒸发方法制备了各通道窄带滤光片,利用专门研制的工装探索了拼接工艺,研制出了短中波红外长线阵拼接集成滤光片。测试结果表明:集成滤光片各通道平均透射率达到90%,最小带宽为230 nm (中心波长为4.95 μm),光谱性能与设计结果吻合,满足性能指标要求。最小拼缝宽度仅为10 μm,拼缝不平行误差为1 μm,集成滤光片设计结构和拼接强度能够耐受抗振性试验。该集成滤光片已经在空间光学遥感仪器上成功应用。  相似文献

Association rule is a widely used data mining technique that searches through an entire data set for rules revealing the nature and frequency of relationships or associations between data entities. Supplier selection is a significant work in supply chain management. Often, there will be thousands of potential suppliers and identifying a subset of these suppliers can be a complex process of determining a satisfactory subset based on a number of factors. In this paper, the supplier selection can be viewed as the problem of mining a large database of shipment. The proposed method incorporates the extended association rule algorithm of data mining with that of set theory to find key suppliers. This research has employed a numerical example for the integrated method to develop suitable supplier clusters. The results show that the method is effective and applicable.  相似文献

It is proposed and demonstrated a design of 2-to-1 photonic data selector based on the cross-phase modulation in a highly nonlinear fiber. By using bidirectional configuration, this scheme has potentially advantages of cost effective and simple structure. The correct output logic function is obtained at 40 Gbit/s without using any additional input light beams. In addition, the output signals have a single spectrum component by reasonable selecting input signals wavelength, which is important for transmission and scalability. The dependences of performances on signal wavelength, pump power, the temporal relative position of pulses, as well as the OSNR and chirp of input signals are calculated and discussed respectively, showing impressive operation performance. This scheme could be a promising candidate for future ultrafast all-optical signal processing applications.  相似文献

In this paper, authors investigate statistical modeling of measured mains Zero Crossing (ZC) non idealities in narrowband powerline communication systems (PLC) using time series approach based on autoregressive moving average model (ARMA). For this purpose, Box Jenkins analysis steps are deployed for detected ZC impulsive variations. Estimated models exhibit a good fit based on R-square metric reaching 90%. This modeling approach is extended to three measurement environment: in home, in lab and rural locations. Obtained models are useful for NB-PLC channel emulator implementation.  相似文献

This paper presents the investigation of the characteristic behaviour of polymer matrix composites under Charpy impact conditions with different design configurations of the laminate structure. The aim of this study was to evaluate the capability of different lamination designs for composite materials, in term of contact load, energy absorption, deflection and damage behaviour. In this study, laminated panels were fabricated using chopped strand mat (CSM), woven roving fabric (WR) and foam-PVC Klegecell as reinforcement with a combination of epoxy or polyester resin, respectively. Structural panels of composite laminates were produced using a hand lay-up technique. Each configuration design was impact tested to failure. Finite element analyses (FEA) were employed in this study to correlate the experimental value of energy absorption with simulation results. The characteristics of different reinforcement types, matrix type, hybrid type, architecture and orientation type were studied. These characteristics need to be considered, due to their affecting the characteristic behaviour of the composite lamination structures. Based on the results, it was found that differences in configuration design of the lamination structure of the polymer matrix composites do influence the strength and weakness of the materials.  相似文献

目的 基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理,对原子层改性氮化铬(CrN)涂层的关键性能进行仿真计算,以充分了解涂层微观组织结构演变和微观界面结构本质,为后续原子层沉积CrN工艺研究提供理论指导.方法 通过建立CrN(011)-CrN(011)复合体系模型,分析计算了涂层的界面性能、弹性性能及热力学性能.结果 模型结构经过优化后,各原子层间间距均发生不同程度的减小,且各层间距趋于一致.态密度分析表明:其优良的结构稳定性主要来自6.4~4.8 eV范围内Cr原子3d轨道和N原子2p轨道间的相互作用;基于应力应变的弹性常数满足波恩准则判定依据,力学性能稳定,计算结果为硬度30.29 GPa,体积模量409.83 GPa,剪切模量270.86 GPa.采用NVT系综模拟,当温度T≤1023 K时,温度波动振荡收敛;当温度T>1023 K时,温度在某个时间点瞬时激增而不收敛,可以得出CrN涂层的极限使用温度为1023 K.结论 原子层沉积改性的CrN硬质涂层具有优良的界面相容性,成键强度高,界面能低,结构性能稳定.  相似文献

为了研准确性和效率更高的膜层光学薄膜参数测量方法,对优化膜系结构和改进制备工艺都有重要的指导作用.论文在研究传统测量方法基础上,将包络线法与全光谱拟合反演法相结合,提出了一种新型的光学薄膜参数测量方法.该方法将采用包络线法计算的单层膜光学薄膜参数近似值作为参考,设置全光谱拟合反演法优化搜索的上下限,结合适当的评价函数构建计算物理模型,并选用综合优化算法求解获得待测膜系各膜层的光学薄膜参数.最后设计TiO2、SiO2单层膜和膜系为:G|0.5HLHL0.5H|A(H-TiO2,L-SiO2)的多层膜进行测量验证,并分析了该测量方法的效率准确度、稳定性等.  相似文献

为了对LHT-100霍尔推力器放电震荡进行抑制,研制了与推力器相匹配的放电震荡抑制装置。结合国内外霍尔推力器放电震荡研制背景,通过仿真分析和集成试验两种手段,对LHT-100霍尔推力器放电震荡情况进行了研究。根据试验结果表明滤波参与下放电回路震荡得到了有效抑制,为电推进系统稳定工作提供了可靠保障。  相似文献

In the present study, porous silicon carbide ceramics were prepared via spark plasma sintering at relatively low temperatures using Al2O3 and CeO2 as sintering additives. Sacrificial template was selected as the pore forming mechanism, and gelcasting was used to fix the slurry in a short time. The evolution process of the microstructures during different steps was observed by SEM. The influence of the sintering temperature and sintering additives on the shrinkage and porosity of the samples was studied. The microstructures of different samples were characterized, and the mechanical properties were also evaluated.  相似文献
