空调器采用翅片管式换热器作为蒸发器,在制冷工况下换热器表面发生析湿及粉尘沉积,导致性能衰减。建立湿翅片表面粉尘颗粒物沉积过程的数学模型,模拟冷凝水捕集颗粒物以及湿积灰层黏附颗粒物的过程。被冷凝水捕集的颗粒物数量等于运动轨迹与水表面轮廓会出现相交的入射颗粒物的数量;后续的入射颗粒物与湿积灰层碰撞时,部分入射颗粒物会发生沉积且部分被碰撞的已沉积湿颗粒物会发生移除,这两部分的颗粒物数量相减即为被湿积灰层黏附的颗粒物数量。模拟与实验结果的对比表明,预测的湿积灰层形状与实验照片的吻合度较好,预测的单位面积颗粒物沉积质量与91%的实验数据之间的误差在±20%之间,平均误差为11.8%。 相似文献

An intervening barrier for photocatalytic water decomposition and pollutant degradation is the frustratingly quick recombination of e− - h+ pairs. Delicate design of heterojunction photocatalysts by coupling the semiconductors at nanoscale with well-matched geometrical and electronic alignments is an effective strategy to ameliorate the charge separation. Here a facile and environment-friendly l-cysteine-assisted hydrothermal process under weakly alkaline conditions is demonstrated for the first time to fabricate ZnIn2S4/In(OH)3 hollow microspheres with intimate contact, which are verified by XRD, SEM, (HR)TEM, XPS, N2 adsorption-desorption, UV–Vis DRS and photoluminescence spectra. ZnIn2S4/In(OH)3 heterostructure (L-cys/Zn2+ = 4, molar ratio) with a band-gap of 2.50 eV, demonstrates the best photocatalytic performance for water reduction and MB degradation under visible light, outperforming its counterparts (In(OH)3 and ZnIn2S4). The excellent activity of ZnIn2S4/In(OH)3 heterostructure arises from the intercrossed band-edge positions as well as the unique hollow structure with large surface area and wide pore-size distribution, which are beneficial for the efficient charge migration from bulk to surface as well as at the interface between ZnIn2S4 and In(OH)3. Some approximate solutions for predicting the stress intensity factor of a short crack penetrating an inclusion of arbitrary
shape have been developed under mode I and mode II loading conditions. The derivation of the fundamental formula is based
on the transformation toughening theory. The transformation strains in the inclusion are induced by the crack-tip field and
remotely applied stresses, and approximately evaluated by the Eshelby equivalent inclusion theory. As validated by detailed

According to a type of normal nonlinear system, an indirect adaptive fuzzy (IAF) controller has been applied to those systems where no accurate mathematical models of the systems under control are available. To satisfy with system performance, an indirect accelerated adaptive fuzzy (IAAF) controller is proposed, and its general form is presented. The general form IAAF controller ensures necessary control criteria and system's global stability using Lyapunov Theorem. It has been proved that the close-loop system error converges to a small neighborhood of equilibrium point. The optimal IAAF controller is derived to guarantee the process's shortest settling time. Experiments were carried out to investigate the characteristics of oil-gas flow in a horizontal pipe on a large scale (with the inner diameter D = 125 mm). With the experimental data, the flow patterns were presented. Through the analyses for the flow regime transition, it was found that there was a critical superficial velocity of liquid phase for the flow regime transiting from stratified flow to slug flow. The slug flow could not occur until the superficial velocity of liquid phase was higher than the critical velocity. For the flow pattern transiting from stratified to slug flow, the transmitting velocity of gas phase decreases with the augmentation of superficial velocity of liquid phase. On the basis of the experiments, numerical simulations of different flow patterns and their transitions were performed with the use of the Volume Of Fluid (VOF) technique. In this paper, we propose a novel distributed robust fault detection and identification (RFDI) scheme for a class of nonlinear systems. Firstly, a detection and identification estimator—robust fault tracking approximator (RFTA) is designed for online health monitoring. A novel feature of the RFTA is that it can simultaneously detect and accurately identify the shape and magnitude of the fault and disturbance. Moreover, it takes less online training time compared with the traditional neural network based fault diagnosis schemes. For some distributed systems, a network of distributed estimators is constructed where the RFTA is embedded into each estimator. Then we use consensus filter to filter the outputs of each estimator. One of the most important merits of the consensus filter is that its outputs can dramatically improve the accuracy of fault detection and identification. Next, the stability of the distributed RFDI scheme is rigorously investigated. Finally, two numerical examples are given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach. 相似文献
