重力驱动注水过程中由于流量较小以及蒸汽的积聚可能导致流动不稳定现象的发生,对核反应堆安全运行具有重要的影响。通过实验研究的方法,搭建了重力注水模拟实验装置,研究了不同蒸汽出口形阻、高位储水箱水位和加热棒初始温度下流动不稳定现象的变化规律。结果表明,重力驱动注水过程流动不稳定现象包含冷却水初次注入阶段、注入水逐出阶段和冷却水再注入阶段等。在一定冷却水初始温度、冷却水入口形阻以及系统压力下,蒸汽排出速度以及实验本体内筒顶部的聚集情况取决于蒸汽出口形阻,减小蒸汽出口形阻可加快蒸汽排放速度,压力峰峰值降低、振荡周期变长,有利于系统稳定;提高高位储水箱水位加快了冷却水注入速率,增加了加热棒被淹没率,降低了流动不稳定现象的发生次数和持续时间;随加热棒初始温度的升高,冷却水流量出现了波动向停滞的转变,流动不稳定现象发生的次数增加且持续时间加长。  相似文献

Three different coatings, namely TiAlN, TiAlN (external)/NbN (internal) and NbN (external)/TiAlN (internal), were deposited on cemented carbides by arc ion plating. The comparative investigation conducted in this study elucidates the effect of the NbN layer and coating systems on the growth, mechanical properties, and tribological performance of the coatings. The results showed that the surface of the TiAlN and TiAlN/NbN coatings was smoother when TiAlN served as the external layer. The NbN/TiAlN coating, wherein NbN formed the external layer, had a much rougher but more symmetrical surface. With the introduction of the NbN layer, the increased micro stress induced a lower adhesion strength in the TiAlN/NbN and NbN/TiAlN coatings. The TiAlN/NbN and NbN/TiAlN coatings exhibited higher hardness and hardness/effective elastic modulus (H/E*). During the friction test, when the temperature was elevated to 700 °C, the tribological performance of the monolayer TiAlN coating was the lowest because of the TiO2-induced breakage of the dense tribo-oxide film. The NbN layer participated in the formation of a NbOx film at elevated temperatures, which was responsible for the high tribological performance of the two bilayer coatings. When the NbN layer was on the outermost layer and in direct contact with the elevated temperature atmosphere, the NbN/TiAlN coating generated a tribo-oxide film with high integrity, and its coefficient of friction decreased by 27% of that at room temperature. Therefore, the NbN/TiAlN coating exhibited the highest wear resistance at 700 °C.  相似文献

Mg(1-x)ZnxTa2O6 (x = 0.00?0.08) dielectric ceramics were synthesized via the traditional solid-state reaction method. We used XRD and Rietveld refinement to demonstrate that a pure Mg(1-x)ZnxTa2O6 phase with trirutile structure was formed. Zn2+ substitution helped to decrease the Raman full width at half width of the A1g mode at 703 cm?1, which resulted in an increase in the order and rigidity of the TaO6 octahedron, this in turn contributed to improving the Q×f values. Additionally, the introduction of Zn2+ significantly promoted grain growth and increased the dense, and the molecular polarizability, these factors lead to a higher permittivity. Moreover, enhanced Ta-O bond energy resulted in a more stable TaO6 octahedron in the Mg(1?x)ZnxTa2O6 system, which contributed to enhanced τf values via substitution of Zn2+ doped on the A-site. Correspondingly, the microwave dielectric properties were significantly improved for 0.04-doped samples, obtaining: εr = 27, Q × f = 185,000 GHz (at 7.47 GHz), τf =32 ppm/°C.  相似文献

为了解决被动雷达系统中的多发射源定位问题,提出了一种基于多重信号分类(MUSIC)算法和图像膨胀(IE)算法的直接定位方法。该方法结合了谱分析中的MUSIC思想,通过对接收量测协方差矩阵进行特征分析求解目标的位置。首先,在目标个数未知的前提下,利用Akaike信息准则(AIC)来确定模型阶数;然后,推导了基于MUSIC的定位代价函数;之后,利用图像膨胀算法处理得到的代价函数平面;最后,膨胀处理后的输出为目标个数及目标位置的估计值。提出的算法有效地解决了目标检测及提取的问题,能够确定多个目标的位置坐标,为后续的定位性能分析提供可能性,也保证了算法的完整性。进一步地分析了多个临近目标情况下影响目标提取性能的主要因素。  相似文献

The further development of clean energy requires the use of more stable and reliable energy storage system. In addition to lithium ion battery power supplies, sodium ion batteries also have prospects for application and development thanks to the low cost and abundant resource. NaTi2(PO4)3 has attracted much attention due to its three-dimensional channels for sodium ion transfer. In order to meliorate sodium storage properties of NaTi2(PO4)3 electrode, a facile strategy of Sn substitution at Ti sites was employed, and a series of electrodes were successfully synthesized through sol-gel route. The electrochemical performances of Sn substituted composites are significantly improved compared with bare NaTi2(PO4)3/C. And it was found that NaSn0.2Ti1.8(PO4)3 (NTP/C-Sn-2) delivers the largest capacity, and it also demonstrates the outstanding cycling performances. NTP/C-Sn-2 has discharge capacity of 131.1 mAh g−1 at 4 A g−1 in rate test and 121.4 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1 after 1000 cycles in cycling test. The experimental results show that NaTi2(PO4)3/C with Sn substitution with proper content exhibits the great potential in anode for sodium ion batteries, and can further provide reference for next generation electrode materials and battery systems.  相似文献

This study demonstrates the application of an improved Evolutionary optimization Algorithm (EA), titled Multi-Objective Complex Evolution Global Optimization Method with Principal Component Analysis and Crowding Distance Operator (MOSPD), for the hydropower reservoir operation of the Oroville–Thermalito Complex (OTC) – a crucial head-water resource for the California State Water Project (SWP). In the OTC's water-hydropower joint management study, the nonlinearity of hydropower generation and the reservoir's water elevation–storage relationship are explicitly formulated by polynomial function in order to closely match realistic situations and reduce linearization approximation errors. Comparison among different curve-fitting methods is conducted to understand the impact of the simplification of reservoir topography. In the optimization algorithm development, techniques of crowding distance and principal component analysis are implemented to improve the diversity and convergence of the optimal solutions towards and along the Pareto optimal set in the objective space. A comparative evaluation among the new algorithm MOSPD, the original Multi-Objective Complex Evolution Global Optimization Method (MOCOM), the Multi-Objective Differential Evolution method (MODE), the Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm (MOGA), the Multi-Objective Simulated Annealing approach (MOSA), and the Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization scheme (MOPSO) is conducted using the benchmark functions. The results show that best the MOSPD algorithm demonstrated the best and most consistent performance when compared with other algorithms on the test problems. The newly developed algorithm (MOSPD) is further applied to the OTC reservoir releasing problem during the snow melting season in 1998 (wet year), 2000 (normal year) and 2001 (dry year), in which the more spreading and converged non-dominated solutions of MOSPD provide decision makers with better operational alternatives for effectively and efficiently managing the OTC reservoirs in response to the different climates, especially drought, which has become more and more severe and frequent in California.  相似文献

PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) technique for flow field measurement has achieved popular self-identify through over ten years development, and its application range is becoming wider and wider. PIV post-processing techniques have a great influence on the success of particle-fluid two-phase flow field measurement and thus become a hot and difficult topic. In the present study, a Phase Respective Identification Algorithm (PRIA) is introduced to separate low-density solid particles or bubbles and high-density tracer particles from the PIV image of particle-fluid two-phase flow. PTV (Particle Tracking Velocimetry) technique is employed to calculate the velocity fields of low-density solid particles or bubbles. For the velocity fields of high-density solid particles or bubble phase and continuous phase traced by high-density smaller particles, based on the thought of wavelet transform and multi-resolution analysis and the theory of cross-correlation of image, a delaminated processing algorithm (MCCWM) is presented to conquer the limitation of conventional Fourier transform. The algorithm is firstly testified on synthetic two-phase flows, such as uniform steady flow, shearing flow and rotating flow, and the computational results from the simulated particle images are in reasonable agreement with the given simulated data. The algorithm is then applied to images of actual bubble-liquid two-phase flow and jet flow, and the results also confirmed that the algorithm proposed in the present study has good performance and reliability for post-processing PIV images of particle-fluid two-phase flow.  相似文献

The electro-hydraulic servo system (EHSS) demonstrates numerous advantages in size and performance compared to other actuation methods. Oftentimes, its utilization in industrial and machinery settings is limited by its inferior efficiency. In this paper, a nonlinear backstepping control algorithm with an energy-saving approach is proposed for position control in the EHSS. To achieve improved efficiency, two control valves including a proportional directional valve (PDV) and a proportional relief valve (PRV) are used to achieve the control objectives. To design the control algorithm, the state space model equations of the system are transformed to their normal form and the control law through the PDV is designed using a backstepping approach for position tracking. Then, another nonlinear set of laws is derived to achieve energy-saving through the PRV input. This control design method, based on the normal form representation, imposes internal dynamics on the closed-loop system. The stability of the internal dynamics is analyzed in special cases of operation. Experimental results verify that both tracking and energy-saving objectives are satisfied for the closed-loop system.  相似文献

This paper deals with the modelling and the identification of an electromechanical Diesel engine actuator. The studied Bosch GPA-S actuator is designed for swirl/tumble flaps to control the air amount entering into the cylinder. This study aims to design a complete simulator that reproduces, with sufficient accuracy, the actuator dynamics taking into account the effects of the friction phenomenon. Hence, an overview of the actuator structure and its operation principle is first given. Then, its mathematical model as well as the nonlinearity, related to its behaviour, is discussed. Next, three identification procedures, which allow estimating both the system parameters and the friction model coefficients, are introduced. Finally, simulation results, using MATLAB, and experimental results, using LabVIEW, are presented demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed techniques.  相似文献
