In this work, copper sulfide particles are synthesized with different Co doping concentrations such as 0, 1 and 5% at 80 °C by optimizing synthesis times from 1 to 3 h. Copper sulfide particles possess two structural phases of covellite CuS and digenite Cu9S5. The increase in synthesis time from 1 to 3 h increases the Cu9S5 phase growth and changes the morphology from flower to microsphere. The CuS synthesized with 0, 1 and 5% Co dopant concentrations demonstrate flower consisting of agglomerated nanosheets, microsphere and flower like microsphere. The elemental investigation substantiates Co ions presence in CuS microspheres. The A1g (LO) mode intensity is decreased with increase in Co dopant concentration confirming Co incorporation into CuS microsphere. The CuS synthesized with 0, 1, 5% Co dopants exhibit 322 mV, 305 mV and 289 mV to attain 100 mA/cm2 in 1 M KOH seawater. The CuS synthesized with 5% Co dopant demonstrates higher double layer capacitance (Cdl) of 173.9 mFcm?2 and lower charge transfer resistance (Rct) of 6.07 Ω with 78.84% retention after 10 h continuous stability than that of the other pristine (118.3 mFcm?2, 13.72 Ω) and 1% Co doped CuS microsphere (165.7 mFcm?2, 8.55 Ω) indicating more surface active site and rapid charge carrier transport, respectively.  相似文献

The development of high-performance electrocatalysts for methanol oxidation is an urgent task to enhance the efficiency of direct methanol fuel cells. We report a simple and controllable method to fabricate Pt-decorated TiN electrocatalysts using self-terminated electrodeposition at room temperature and ambient pressure. Under optimized deposition parameters such as electrolyte pH, TiN substrate pretreatment, and pulsed deposition potential, quenching of the Pt electrodeposition facilitates obtaining an extremely low Pt mass loading (0.93 μg/cm2) on the TiN substrate. Repeated deposition potential pulses enable a gradual increase in Pt loading, with a precise control of the loaded Pt mass. Maximum intrinsic and mass activities for the methanol oxidation reaction are achieved for the catalyst with a Pt loading mass of 55.0 μg/cm2, prepared by 20 deposition pulses. The maximum intrinsic activity achieved with the Pt-decorated TiN electrocatalyst is five times higher than that obtained with bulk Pt. The present results thus provide a facile method for the fabrication of cost-effective electrocatalysts.  相似文献

The Ca(1+2y)Sn(1-x)Si(1+y)O(5-2x+4y) low-permittivity microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared through solid-state reaction at 1350–1450 °C for 5 h. The relations between microwave dielectric properties and phase compositions for non-stoichiometric Ca(1+2y)Sn(1-x)Si(1+y)O(5-2x+4y) ceramics have been investigated. A single CaSnSiO5 phase with abnormally positive temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf = + 62.5 ppm/°C) was synthesised at 1450 °C. This composition was an effective τf compensator of CaSiO3 and Ca3SnSi2O9 phases with typically negative τf value. The CaSiO3 second phase was related to the Sn deficiency in the CaSn(1-x)SiO(5-2x) (0 < x < 1.0) composition, whereas the Ca3SnSi2O9 second phase was obtained by controlling the Ca:Sn:Si ratios on the basis of the Ca(1+2y)SnSi(1+y)O(5+4y) (0 < y < 1.0) composition. A promising low-permittivity millimetre-wave ceramic with most excellent microwave dielectric properties (εr = 10.2, Q×f = 81,000 GHz and τf = −4.8 ppm/°C) was produced from the Ca(1+2y)SnSi(1+y)O(5+4y) (y = 0.4) ceramic.  相似文献

含动力学抑制剂的天然气水合物相平衡研究对新型低剂量抑制剂的开发具有指导作用。在283.6 ~ 290.9 K和7.51 MPa ~ 15.97 MPa的温压范围内研究了抑制剂Inhibex501及其溶剂2-乙二醇单丁醚对甲烷水合物相平衡条件的影响。实验结果显示,0.5wt%和2.0wt%浓度的Inhibex501对甲烷水合物形成的热力学条件具有促进作用,能使甲烷水合物形成移向更高的温度或者更低的压力,而2-乙二醇单丁醚在浓度0.2wt% ~ 1.0wt%范围几乎不改变甲烷水合物形成的热力学条件,N-乙烯基己内酰胺与N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮的共聚物对水合物形成热力学条件的改变起主要作用。  相似文献

采用第二类变形Bessel函数对斜向线性入射波与任意截面形状的长棱柱型浮式海洋结构物的相互作用问题进行了边界元法模拟,给出了常数元和线性元的奇异积分处理方法以及开边界的处理方式。对矩形和圆形结构物的水动力系数和波浪力进行了计算,并与解析解及有限元计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,本文方法能得到满意的结果,且未出现不规则频率现象。  相似文献

The formation of natural gas hydrate (NGH) is studied in this work. Kinetics data of hydrate formation with no agitation were collected at various concentrations of the aqueous solutions with different additives such as alkylpolyglucside, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and potassium oxalate monohydrate. Various kinds of additive increased the formation rates of NGH and its storage capacity and reduced the induction time of NGH formation. Moreover, the storage capacity, the induction time and the hydrate formation rate were influenced by the concentration of the aqueous solution.  相似文献

生物质下吸式气化炉气化制备富氢燃气实验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以制取富氢燃气为目标,在自热式下吸式气化炉反应器内,进行了生物质下吸式气化炉富氧/水蒸气及空气气化的制氢特性研究。实验结果表明,与空气气化相比,富氧/水蒸气气化可显著提高氢产率和产气热值。在实验条件范围内,最大氢产率达到45.16 g/kg;最大低位热值达到11.11 MJ/m3。在富氧/水蒸气气化条件下,燃气中H2+CO体积分数达到63.27%—72.56%,高于空气气化条件下的52.19%—63.31%。富氧/水蒸气气化条件下的H2/CO体积比比值为0.70—0.90,低于空气气化条件下的1.06—1.27。实验结果证实:生物质下吸式气化炉富氧/水蒸气气化是一种有效的制取可再生氢源的工艺路线。  相似文献

以甲醇为工质,在不同进口温度、质量流速、热通量和倾角下对低高宽比矩形微通道中流动沸腾不稳定性进行了研究。在宽广的参数范围内发现存在3类不稳定性:流量漂移静态不稳定性、压力降型脉动动态不稳定性及压力降和密度波复合不稳定性。由于大长径比 (L/D=159.5)实验段本身及实验段上游可压缩容积的存在,导致在水动力曲线负斜率区压力降型脉动的发生。分析了进口温度、倾角、质量流量、热通量等因素对不稳定性的影响,发现压力降型脉动的发生主要取决于质量流量、热通量及进口温度三者的影响,给出了以热力学平衡质量含气率表示的脉动工况界限范围。  相似文献
