Protein hydrolysates from animal processing by-products as a source of bioactive molecules with interest in animal feeding: A review

Industrial processing of livestock, poultry and fish produces a large amount of waste in a solid or liquid form that can either be destroyed or be used to make compost, biogas or other low-added value products. However, the by-products from animal processing industries have a potential for conversion into useful products of higher value, such as protein hydrolysates, with interesting applications in animal feed. Low amounts of animal protein hydrolysates included in aqua-feeds may enhance growth rate and feed conversion of farmed fish and crustacean. Animal protein hydrolysates may also be incorporated in diets to enhance the nonspecific immunity of fish. As well, these hydrolysates can be used as a good source of amino acids for newly weaned animals. Protein hydrolysates from animal by-products including antimicrobials, antioxidants, opioid-like and/or other interesting bioactive molecules have promising and interesting applications on companion and production animals. By-products from animal processing industries are therefore a promising source of bioactive peptides of considerable interest for animal care, always within the framework of the existing legislation. Possible drawbacks and future trends of the use of animal by-products and/or production of protein hydrolysates from those materials are also discussed.

胜利油田单12区块内源微生物分子生态研究

为了全面客观地了解油藏内源微生物生态变化规律,针对油藏微生物特点建立了基于PCR扩增的变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)和末端限制性片段长度多态性分析(T-RFLP)2种研究方法。提取胜利油田单12区块注入水和产出水中微生物的总DNA,并以此DNA为模板PCR扩增16S rDNA,然后分别进行DGGE和T-RFLP分析。DGGE分析结果:注入水和单12-4井检测到的条带数各有10条,单12-5井有7条,但是单12-4井、单12-5井优势种群条带数都有6条,大于注入水的4条,表明油藏内源微生物具有十分丰富的多样性,激活剂的注入激活了内源微生物;T-RFLP分析表明,该区块油藏中主要存在脱硫弧菌、假单胞菌、不动杆菌和梭菌等细菌,这些均为有益采油菌类。该研究从分子生态学角度更准确地掌握了油藏微生物生态变化规律,为内源微生物驱油方案的优化和驱油效果的提高起到跟踪指导作用。     

激光自适应引信的设计

激光引信在军事上发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而在打击目标时，由于导弹的旋转，目前技术很难解算出导弹距离地面的高度，因此给精确打击目标带来一定困难。激光自适应引信方案旨在解决此问题。首先论述了激光引信的工作原理，然后介绍了本方案的理论基础，最后论述了方案中关键技术、解决方案及本方案的优点。

研究了6101-T6合金铝导电轨型材的生产工艺，着重研究了化学成分，不同的淬火、时效处理工艺对材料性能的影响。     

Investigations of water inrushes from aquifers under coal seams

In many coal mines, limestone-confined aquifers underlie coal seams. During coal extraction from these mines, water inrushes occur frequently with disastrous consequences. This paper introduces the hydrogeological conditions of the coal mines and the potential water inrush disasters from aquifers under coal seams. It then presents the water inrush mechanism. The main factors which control water inrushes include strata pressure, mining size, geologic structures and the water pressure in the underlying aquifer. Analysis shows that reduction of confinement due to mining is the major cause of the water-conducting failure in the floor strata. The depth of the failure zone is strongly dependent on the mining width. This paper also presents field observation results of the water-conducting failure in the floor strata, and applies the finite element method coupled with stress-dependent permeability to analyze hydraulic conductivity enhancement due to coal extraction. Finally, theoretical and empirical methods to predict water inrushes are given, and technical measures for improving mine design and safety for coal extraction over aquifers are presented. These measures include fault and fracture grouting and mining method modification such as changing long-wall to short-wall mining.

Al2O3—TiB2陶瓷刀具材料的高温氧化及其对刀具耐磨性能的影响

研究了Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＴｉＢ２陶瓷刀具材料在１０００℃下的氧化行为，用ＸＲＤ、ＳＥＭ分析了氧化后的相组成及显微结构。结果表明：Ａｌ２Ｏ３－ＴｉＢ２陶瓷材料在１０００℃空气中氧化增重符合抛物线规律；随ＴｉＢ２含量的增加，该材料的抗氧化能力下降。
