未结盟大学的联盟

通过梳理管理学界对战略联盟的定义，发现价值链的鸸释同样适用于大学问的战略联盟。通过对已有的大学战略联盟的分析，提出了名校联盟与非名校联盟间的若干差异，最后提出了我国大学联盟战略的若干建议。     

Deformation behaviour of iron-doped alumina

Compressive creep tests in air were carried out on 1 cat.% Fe-doped alumina at a temperature T=1400 °C. Iron doping affected the plastic deformation by different ways in relation with Fe²⁺ cations population. Fe²⁺ cations sped up the deformation rates. FeAl₂O₄ spinel precipitates were identified and they were found (i) to interact with alumina grain boundaries (ii) to limit the grain growth within a range of strain. The Fe²⁺ cations underwent oxidation and this resulted in the dissolution of the some precipitates and in the decrease of deformation rates. It was suggested that deformation sped up this evolution through mass transport and that time was not a dominating parameter.     

Fabrication of nano-porous silicon oxide layers by plasma polymerisation methods

We report on the synthesis of nano-porous silicon oxide (SiO₂) layers by gas phase polymerisation reactions of hexamethy disiloxane and oxygen. The SiO₂ layers are deposited onto one or more layers of poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) particles spin coated onto the substrate surface. Subsequent annealing of the films to high temperature (500 °C) leads to the pyrolysis of the polymeric particles resulting in a 3D nanoporosity in the film. X-ray Photoelectron (XPS) and Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectroscopy (FTIR) show an SiO₂-like surface chemistry and virtually complete removal of the organic components. These materials offer a very high surface area-to-volume ratio suitable for sensing applications.     

Preparation of ultra-fine polyimide fibers containing silver nanoparticles via in situ technique

Ultra-fine polyimide fibers containing silver nanoparticles were prepared by electrospinning from poly(amic acid)/(trifluoroacetylacetonoto)silver(I) (PAA/AgTFA) solution. Thermal curing of the silver(I)-containing fibers led to cycloimidization of the poly(amic acid) into polyimide with concomitant silver(I) reduction. The polyimide–silver fibers were characterized by FT-IR, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. The average diameters of silver nanoparticles and ultra-fine PI fibers electrospun from solutions with different amounts of AgTFA were studied, and the crystal structure of silver nanoparticles was also presented.     

用SY87721实现城域网波分复用系统的多业务接入

为了使城域网的DWDM（密集波分复用）系统可以接入多种信号速率和格式，以满足用户的要求，首先介绍了一种波长转换板的设计方法，使用SY87721自适应提取28Mbit／s～2.7Gbit/s之间任意速率信号的时钟，其次介绍了SY87721提取时钟的工作原理、与单片机和CPLD（复杂可编程逻辑器件）的接口方式、对寄存器的配置和读出方式。最后介绍了使用参考时钟测量接入信号频率的方法，这会在系统维护时带来较大的方便。     

云计算时代高校IT人才培养模式的创新

阐述了云计算的应用优势;基于对云计算技术特点和知名招聘网站IT职位描述信息进行综合分析,总结未来IT人才需求的趋势,并针对高校相关专业IT人才培养模式提出了改革措施。     

Intelligent tool wear monitoring based on parallel residual and stacked bidirectional long short-term memory network

Effective tool wear monitoring (TWM) is essential for accurately assessing the degree of tool wear and for timely preventive maintenance. Existing data-driven monitoring methods mainly rely on complex feature engineering, which reduces the monitoring efficiency. This paper proposes a novel TWM model based on a parallel residual and stacked bidirectional long short-term memory (PRes–SBiLSTM) network. First, a parallel residual network (PResNet) is used to extract the multi-scale local features of sensor signals adaptively. Subsequently, a stacked bidirectional long short-term memory (SBiLSTM) network is used to obtain the time-series features related to the tool wear characteristics. Finally, the predicted tool wear value is outputted through a fully connected network. A smoothing correction method is applied to improve the prediction accuracy. The proposed model is experimentally verified to have a high prediction accuracy without sacrificing its generalization ability. A TWM system framework based on the PRes–SBiLSTM network is proposed, which has a certain reference value for TWM in actual industrial environments.     

基于保边滤波器的单幅图像高光去除

研究图像分割优化问题,由于图像中存在高光中,造成干扰,提出一种简单但有效的单幅图片高光去除方法。传统单幅图像高光去除方法,一般需要进行图像分割预处理,或者进行交互输入。提出的新方法无需图像分割预处理,也不要交互输入,而是使用漫反射色度估计值作为引导值,对最大色度图应用边界保留滤波器,并最终得到去高光后的图片。实验结果比较表明,与传统方法比较,该方法不但能够去除单色物体表面高光,对于复杂纹理表面高光非常有效,且输出图像在非高光区更接近输入图像,提高了图像分割效果。

C语言的运算符,操作灵活,其中自增自减运算符的功能较为特别。合理的使用自增自减运算符可以提高程序执行的效率,但同时灵活使用自增自减运算符也是个难点。根据自增自减运算符的特点和不同使用形式,剖析自增自减运算符的使用规则,以便更好地帮助初学者学习和使用自增自减运算符。     

试论动漫云渲染的解决方案

本文从高校产学研结合入手提出了在动漫专业实验实训建设的同时,提高为社会的服务能力。以云计算的理念,云渲染的办法,提出了渲染云的层次架构、硬件逻辑拓扑结构、云管理逻辑架构,很好地解决了动漫云渲染的组建。
