The exploitation of recycled carbonaceous catalysts from renewable biomass resources such as chitin is a crucial issue for the development of the sustainable society. In this article, the chitin-based N and O doped carbon microspheres (ChC) were fabricated by a simple dissolution, sol–gel transformation, and the carbonization methods. Subsequently, the novel magnetic Ag-Fe3O4@chitin-based carbon microspheres catalyst (MChC) was successfully constructed through the in situ redox reaction. The as-prepared MChC possessed rich micropores with high-surface area, and a narrow size distribution (50–120 μm). The Ag-Fe3O4 nanoparticles were immobilized through the interaction with C, N, and O atoms in the pores of MChC. The reduction of 4-nitrophenol was applied to evaluate the catalytic activity of MChC. 4-Nitrophenol (4-NP) could be fully reduced to 4-aminophenol (4-AP) in 5 min with the catalyst MChC-45. Moreover, MChC could be collected in solution with an external magnet in 8 s and remained relatively high-catalytic activity after 10 cycle times. This work provided novel ideas for the fabrication of doped carbon material from biomass and promoted its utilization in nanocatalytic applications.  相似文献

The low shear rate rheology of two phase mesophase pitches derived from coal tar pitch has been investigated. Particulate quinoline insolubles (QI) stabilised the mesophase spheres against coalescence. Viscosity measurements over the range 10–106 Pa s were made at appropriate temperature ranges. Increasing shear thinning behaviour was evident with increasing mesophase content. At low mesophase contents the dominant effect on the near Newtonian viscosity was temperature but at higher contents it was the shear rate; temperature dependence declined to near zero. The data indicated that agglomeration could be occurring at intermediate mesophase volume fractions, 0.2–0.3. The Krieger–Dougherty function and its emulsion analogue indicated that in this region the mesophase pitch emulsions actually behaved like ‘hard’ sphere systems and the effective volume fraction was estimated as a function of shear rate illustrating the change in extent of agglomeration. At the higher volume fractions approaching the maximum packing fraction, which could only be measured at higher temperatures, the shear thinning behaviour changed in character and it is considered that this is possibly due to shear induced deformation and breakup of dispersed drops in the shear field.  相似文献

This paper presents a fast distance relay for series compensated transmission lines based on the R–L differential-equation algorithm using the theory of equal transfer process of transmission lines. The measuring distances based on the proposed algorithm can fast approach the actual value of fault distance when a fault occurs in front of the series capacitor. When a fault occurs behind of the series capacitor, the fault loop, including the series capacitor, does not match the R–L transmission line model, so the measuring distances fluctuate severely. Based on this, the relative position of the fault with respect to the series capacitor can be judged effectively according to the fluctuation range of the measuring distances, and the accurate fault location can be obtained fast. A variety of PSCAD/EMTDC simulation tests show that the new relay has fast operating speed and high accuracy when applied to the long series compensated transmission lines.  相似文献

A cathodic electrochemical method for the exfoliation of graphite to produce hydrogenated graphenic flakes is introduced. The resulting solutions consist of micrometer-sized and predominantly 1–4 layers thick hydrogenated graphenic flakes. In contrast to oxygenation, chemisorption of hydrogen avoids the formation of structural vacancy defects in the exfoliated flakes. Thermal desorption of hydrogen therefore results in graphenic flakes with a low defect density and consequently good electrical conductivity. Cathodic electrochemical exfoliation offers a remarkably simple and effective technique for the production of high quality graphene flakes and their hydrogenated relatives.  相似文献

This work is devoted to the stress–strain state of isotropic double curved shell with defect system. The construction is weakened by two non-through thickness (internal) cracks of different length and by a circular hole located between cracks. In this study we use the line-spring model. Within the framework of this model cracks are modeled as mathematical cuts of shell’s middle surface. This leads to a two-dimensional problem. The problem is reduced to a system of eight boundary integral equations. To ensure the uniqueness of solution an additional equation is added. In the numerical solution of the problem special quadrature formulas for singular integrals of Cauchy type and the finite difference method are applied. The influence of defects on each other for double curved shell has been investigated. The given theoretical results can be used for the calculation of structural elements with holes, cracks on the strength and fracture toughness in various branches of engineering.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to study the bioactivity of systems based on a clinically tested bioactive glass (BG) particulates (mol%: 4.33 Na2O−30.30 CaO−12.99 MgO−45.45 SiO2−2.60 P2O5−4.33 CaF2) and organic carriers. The cohesiveness of injectable bone graft products is of high relevance when filling complex volumetric bone defects. With this motivation behind, BG particulates with mean sizes within 11−14 μm were mixed in different proportions with glycerol (G) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as organic carriers and the mixtures were fully injectable exhibiting Newtonian flow behaviors. The apatite forming ability was investigated using X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy under secondary electron mode after immersion of samples in simulated body fluid (SBF) for time durations varying between 12 h and 7 days. The results obtained revealed that in spite of the good adhesion of glycerol and PEG carriers to glass particles during preparation stage, they did not hinder the exposure of bioactive glass particulates to the direct contact with SBF solution. The results confirmed the excellent bioactivity in vitro for all compositions expressed by high biomineralization rates with the formation of crystalline hydroxyapatite being identified by XRD after 12 h of immersion in SBF solution.  相似文献

The relationship between location and land use patterns is one of the classic theoretical issues in urban studies. Classic models based on the monocentricity hypothesis have limitations in the interpretation of modern urban structure. China has experienced institutional transformation in recent decades, and the interaction of national government policy, market forces and the natural environment has influenced urban planning in Chinese metropolises, resulting in urban structures with special characteristics. This paper examines the distribution of location and land use intensity, and tested the Alonso model by the relationship between them in five Chinese metropolises using Point of Interest data, space syntax methodology, the grid weighted statistical method and the Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) model. Universal patterns about the scaling relation between intensity of land use types and the centrality of location are revealed. The elasticity of land use types to location, from high to low sensitivity, is commercial, residential then industrial land in most of the five metropolises studied. The sensitivity sequence of land use studied suggests that the hypothetical model based on the classical Alonso model can explain the spatial structure of modern metropolises in China to some extent, especially for the commercial land. But the order of sensitivity of residential land and industrial land to location does not conform to the model. The spatial heterogeneity in land use intensity and centrality were explored and the factors embedded were discussed. It can be found that the relation between centrality and land use intensity conforms to power law. In most of the metropolises studied, when the scaling relation between land use intensity and centrality is super linear, the sequence of the frequency value from high to low are commercial, residential and industrial land; when the scaling relation is sublinear, the sequence of the frequency value is industrial, residential and commercial land.  相似文献

Silicon nitride (Si3N4) based ceramics were fabricated with β-SiAlON and Si3N4 powders synthesized by combustion synthesis method via power injection molding (PIM). In the PIM process, the solids loading for each material was first determined from the results of the torque rheometer experiment. The mixing process was repeated to produce the homogeneous feedstock, and homogeneity of feedstocks was evaluated by observing the shear viscosity with time at a constant shear rate. The rheological behavior of feedstocks was investigated using capillary rheometer. It found that both feedstocks have no problem in injection molding. The binder decomposition behavior was also investigated, and a wax-polymer binder system was nearly removed by the optimized solvent and thermal debinding processes. Thereafter, the debound samples were sintered at 1750 and 1800 °C for 4 h in nitrogen atmosphere. Regardless of sintering temperature, the relative density of higher than about 96% was achieved. When comparing mechanical properties including bending strength, Vickers hardness and fracture toughness, Si3N4 with 2 wt% Y2O3 and 5 wt% Al2O3 (Si3N4+2Y5A) had higher values than β-SiAlON with 4 wt% Y2O3 (β-SiAlON+4Y) regardless of sintering temperature. It was supported by observing the microstructures of the plasma-etched samples.  相似文献

Carbon nanotubes have been intensively researched for electronic applications, driven by their excellent electronic properties, where the goals are control and reproducibility of growth, semiconducting/metallic type selectivity and maintaining high quality of carbon nanotubes, in a process that is temperature-compatible with the electronics. Photo-thermal chemical vapour deposition can achieve these goals and, through a thorough investigation of the parameter space, we achieve very high nanotube-quality and growth rates, and produce a phase-diagram that reveals distinct regions for growing semiconducting and metallic single-walled nanotubes, as well as multi-walled. Correlation with the carbon-catalyst phase diagram allows for the development of a novel growth model. We propose that the temperature-gradient induces carbon diffusivity-gradient across the catalyst to yield the high growth rate. This is attributed to the increase of α-iron of catalyst. The growth control demonstrated here allows for integration of the nanotube growth process by photo-thermal deposition into mainstream electronics manufacture.  相似文献
