In this study, seven mutants from E. aerogenes IAM1183 wildtype were constructed via different strategies including deletion of lactate dehydrogenase, disruption of NADH dehydrogenase gene nuoE, overexpression of pncB and a combination of both to regulate of the NADH supply to enhance hydrogen production. Compared with the parental strain, the hydrogen yields of the strains IAM1183-E, IAM1183-L and IAM1183-EL increased by 23.3, 81.7 and 97.9%, respectively. When the pncB gene was overexpressed, the hydrogen yield of IAM1183/P, IAM1183-E/P, IAM1183-L/P and IAM1183-EL/P increased by 39.0, 6.5, 5.9, and 5.1% compared with the respective original knockout strains. Among them, the total hydrogen yield of strain IAM1183-EL/P with highest production efficiency was 58% higher than IAM1183. Further metabolite analysis indicated that the knockout of nuoE and ldhA, combined with the overexpression of pncB, resulted in a redistribution of the metabolic fluxes in E. aerogenes, which led to an improvement of the hydrogen yield. 相似文献

This study reports on the preparation and mechanical properties of a novel SiCnf/SiC composite. The single crystal SiC nanofiber(SiCnf) reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composites (CMC) were successfully fabricated by hot pressing the mixture of β-SiC powders, SiCnf and Al–B–C powder. The effects of SiCnf mass fraction as well as the hot-pressing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SiCnf/SiC CMC were systematically investigated. The results demonstrated that the 15 wt% SiCnf/SiC CMC obtained by hot pressing (HP) at 1850 °C with 30 MPa for 60 min possessed the maximum flexural strength and fracture toughness of 678.2 MPa and 8.33 MPa m1/2, respectively. The nanofibers pull out, nanofibers bridging and cracks deflection were found by scanning electron microscopy, which are believed can strengthen and toughen the SiCnf/SiC CMC via consuming plenty of the fracture energy. Besides, although the relative density of the prepared SiCnf/SiC CMC further increased with the sintering temperature rose to 1900 °C, the further coarsend composites grains results in the deterioration of the mechanical properties for the obtained composites compared to 1850 °C. 相似文献

采用基于计算流体力学方法的全尺度数值模拟计算,建立了适用于潮流能水轮机模拟的剪切来流环境,通过数值计算结果,对潮流能水轮机随时间变化的宏观力和流场特征进行了系统分析,探索水轮机在复杂工况下的水动力特性规律。结果表明,水轮机整个叶轮的总体平均受力在剪切流工况中未受到明显影响; 单个叶片的瞬态轴向力系数和瞬态轴向扭矩系数在旋转周期内出现了明显的周期性变化,且周期性变化幅值随转速增大而增大; 非定常的瞬时轴向扭矩和力的周期性振荡容易引起单个叶片的结构性振动,可能对水轮机的机械结构造成影响。 相似文献

采用普通涤纶、含1%云母颗粒的涤纶(1%云母/涤纶)以及含5%云母颗粒的涤纶(5%云母/涤纶)三种材质,上机纬密采用200根/10 cm、300根/10 cm、400根/10 cm,组织采用平纹、斜纹、缎纹试织试样。通过Hot Disk热常数分析仪,采用正交试验及极差、方差分析,研究了纤维材质、上机纬密、组织对凉感纤维织物导热系数的影响。结果表明:在试验设置变量范围内,纤维材质对导热系数的影响显著,上机纬密、组织对导热系数的影响高度显著,影响因素从大到小顺序为上机纬密>组织>纤维材质。 相似文献

Cross-linked polymers made of methyl methacrylate (MMA) as a monomer and divinylbenzene (DVB) as a cross-linking agent were prepared in the presence of toluene or p-xylene as a solvent. The cross-linked polymer prepared in toluene tended to sorb toluene vapor preferably, while the cross-linked polymer prepared in p-xylene sorbed p-xylene vapor preferably. The observed molecular recognition ability can be explained on the bases of an imprinting effect by solvent molecules. Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) powders were blended with PMMA, and the blended films were coated on a piezoelectric quartz crystal with a view to preparing QCM-based VOC sensors. The imprint effect was clearly observed, even in these blended films. The response of the sensor towards toluene or p-xylene vapor was reversible; however, the response time was slow due to the existence of the matrix polymer around the MIP particles. 相似文献

Degumming of hemp fiber by high temperature alkali cooking was investigated, and the effect of temperature and dosage of alkali on the constituents, structure, and thermal degradation of hemp fiber was also discussed in this work. The morphology, structure, and thermal degradation of hemp fiber after high temperature cooking were investigated through SEM, FTIR, WAXD, and TG analysis. The results indicated that the high temperature cooking process was effective for removing hemicelluloses and lignin and could also improve the thermal stability of cellulose. Metallic silver has been prepared by direct hydrogen reduction of Ag2S in basic slurry under hydrothermal conditions. The XRD pattern and SEM micrographs of the reaction product are given. This paper concerns the stability analysis problem of discrete linear systems with state saturation using a saturation-dependent Lyapunov functional.We introduce a free matrix characterized by the sum of the absolute value of each elements for each row less than 1,which makes the state with saturation constraint reside in a convex polyhedron.A saturation-dependent Lyapunov functional is then designed to obtain a sufficient condition for such systems to be globally asymptotically stable.Based on this stability criterion,the state feedback control law synthesis problem is also studied.The obtained results are formulated in terms of bilinear matrix inequalities that can be solved by the presented iterative linear matrix inequality algorithm.Two numerical examples are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献
