We report a simple route to synthesize iron carbide/carbon yolk–shell composite via a facile two-step process including polymerization of pyrrole using Fe3O4 as a sacrificial template to form a Fe3O4/polypyrrole composite, followed by annealing at high temperature in N2 atmosphere. The yolk–shell composite, with iron carbide (Fe2.5C) embedded in nitrogen-doped carbon layers, shows impressively high catalytic activity and stability for oxygen reduction reaction in alkaline solution. Both the pyridinic-N and graphic-N in the shell of Fe3O4–PPy-700, together with the Fe2.5C confined in carbon layers are believed to be the active sites for the ORR.  相似文献

Through a mechanism called quorum sensing, bacteria are able to express specific genes in response to population density. Cell-to-cell communication in bacteria is mediated by signal molecules such as acylated homoserine lactones (AHLs). This work aimed to detect AHL production in Gram-negative psychrotrophic bacteria isolated from raw milk. A total of 84.9% of the bacteria were identified as AHL producers eliciting a diversity of responses in the AHL-monitor systems. These results demonstrate that AHL-production is common among psychrotrophic bacteria isolated from milk, and indicate that quorum sensing may play an important role in the spoilage of this product.  相似文献

学术论文中作者的署名顺序为研究作者的学术贡献提供了重要信息,根据作者署名位置确定文章的重要作者并对论文发表过程进行分析是科学学领域一项有意义的研究课题,如近年来提出的“陪护人效应”。该文分析了不同位置作者之间的差异性,将不同署名位置的作者(即第一、二、三作者、最后作者、通讯作者、倒数第二作者)分别定义为论文重要作者,对广义的陪护人效应进行了系统性检测和变化趋势研究。结果表明不同署名位置的作者都具有陪护人效应,通过计算不同位置作者与通讯作者之间的相似系数对陪护人效的差异性进行了解释,如综合性期刊的最后作者和通讯作者重合性较大,医学类期刊则是第一作者和通讯作者的重合性较大。该文研究有助于理解学术文章中作者的角色及贡献,进一步探索基于作者署名位置的科学学理论与方法。  相似文献

Recently, people have been paying more and more attention to mental health, such as depression, autism, and other common mental diseases. In order to achieve a mental disease diagnosis, intelligent methods have been actively studied. However, the existing models suffer the accuracy degradation caused by the clarity and oc-clusion of human faces in practical applications. This paper, thus, proposes a multi-scale feature fusion network that obtains feature information at three scales by locating the sentiment region in the image, and integrates global feature information and local feature information. In addition, a focal cross-entropy loss function is designed to improve the network''s focus on difficult samples during training, enhance the training effect, and increase the model recognition accuracy. Experimental results on the challenging RAF_DB dataset show that the proposed model exhibits better facial expression recognition accuracy than existing techniques.  相似文献

目的 探究不同预冷温度对采后甜樱桃果实生理品质的影响,找出最适宜的预冷温度,进而推动甜樱桃产业化发展。方法 本实验分别将采后甜樱桃分别预冷至15、12、9、6、3、0℃后回温至室温,以不进行预冷处理为对照组,比较6种处理方式果实预冷和回温过程中的温度变化,并分别测定回温前后果实的色差、呼吸强度及乙烯释放量、硬度、可溶性固形物(TSS)、风味、感官评价,总酚、类黄酮、花色苷、维生素C(Vc)、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及超氧阴离子产生速率(O2-)。结果不同预冷温度均可较好地保持果实外观及风味,能够降低甜樱桃果实呼吸强度与乙烯释放量,抑制果实TSS、MDA含量和O2-产生速率的上升,延缓甜樱桃果实硬度的下降,从而保持甜樱桃果实的外观品质,且有利于维持甜樱桃果实中的Vc、可溶性蛋白和花色苷含量,以0℃预冷效果最佳,感官评分最高。结论 预冷能够有效维持甜樱桃果实采后的品质,达到增加甜樱桃果实经济价值的作用。  相似文献

Two new organic–inorganic hybrid copper–lanthanide heterometallic polyoxometalates (POMs), [Cu(dap)2]3.5[Cu(dap)2(H2O)]3[La(α-SiW11O39)2]·5H2O (1) and H[Cu(dap)2(H2O)][Cu(dap)2]4[Eu(α-PW11O39)2]·13H2O (2) (dap = 1,2-diaminopropane), have been made under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, XRD, thermogravimetric (TG) analyses and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. They both display interesting 2D organic-inorganic hybrid POMs containing 3d-4f cations and organic dap ligands. To the best of knowledge, 1 represents the first 2D Cu–Ln heterometallic silicotungstate assembled by [La(α-SiW11O39)2]13  dimers and [Cu(dap)2]2 + linkers, while 2 is a new 2D Cu-Eu heterometallic Keggin-type phosphotungstate with dap ligands. Furthermore, the variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility of 2 has been investigated.  相似文献

This paper presents the maiden application of a variant of Kalman Filter algorithm known as Local Ensemble Transform based Kalman Filter (LET-KF) for power system harmonic estimation. The proposed algorithm is applied for estimating the harmonic parameters of a power signal containing harmonics, sub-harmonics, inter-harmonics in presence of white Gaussian noise. These algorithms are applied and tested for both stationary as well as dynamic signals containing harmonics. The LET-KF algorithm reported in this paper is compared with the earlier reported Kalman Filter based algorithms like Kalman Filter (KF) and Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF) algorithms for harmonic estimation. The proposed algorithm is found superior than the reported algorithm for its improved efficiency and accuracy in terms of simplicity and computational features, since there are less multiplicative operations, which reduces the rounding errors. It is also less expensive as it reduces the requirement of storing large matrices, such as the Kalman gain matrix used in other KF based methods. Practical validation is carried out with experimentation of the algorithms with the real time data obtained from a large paper industry. Comparison of the results obtained with KF, EnKF and LET-KF algorithms reveals that the proposed LET-KF algorithm is the best in terms of accuracy and computational efficiency for harmonic estimation.  相似文献

In this study, the inhibition of an alginate-based edible coating (EC) containing thyme oil (0.05%, 0.35% and 0.65%) was evaluated against Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella Typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli O157:H7 inoculated onto fresh-cut apples. To investigate the antibacterial mechanism of thyme oil, the constituent compounds of that were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the cellular damage of pathogens was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that alginate-based EC containing thyme oil effectively inhibited the growth of pathogens on fresh-cut apples. GC-MS analysis revealed thymol (47.23%) as the major compounds in thyme oil. SEM showed that the cell membrane of foodborne pathogens was damaged by thyme oil, causing their inactivation. Treatment with alginate-based EC containing 0.05% thyme oil preserved the sensory characteristics of fresh-cut apples. Therefore, using alginate-based EC with thyme oil may represent a potential approach to preserve and enhance the safety of fresh-cut apples.  相似文献

Cyan-emitting phosphors have attracted widespread attention as an integral part to realize full-spectrum lighting. Understanding the site occupation of luminescence centers is of great importance to design and clarify the luminescent mechanism for new cyan-emitting phosphors. Here, we report a cyan-emitting phosphor Ca18Na3Y(PO4)14:Eu2+ synthesized by the high-temperature solid-state method. The crystal structure is characterized by X-ray diffraction and refined by the Rietveld method. The diffuse reflectance spectra, excitation/emission spectra, fluorescence decay curves, thermal stability, and related mechanism are systematically studied. The results show that Ca18Na3Y(PO4)14:Eu2+ crystallizes in a trigonal crystal system with space group R3c. Under excitation at 350 nm, a broadband cyan emission can be obtained at 500 nm with a half-width of about 120 nm, which is caused by Eu2+ occupying five different sites in host, namely, Na2O12 (450 nm), (Ca3/Na1)O8 (485 nm), Ca2O8 (515 nm), Ca1O7 (565 nm), and (Ca4/Y)O6 (640 nm), respectively. Moreover, crystal structure, room and low temperature spectroscopy, and luminescence decay time are used to skillfully verify the site-selective occupation of Eu2+. Finally, a full-spectrum light-emitting diode (LED) lamp is fabricated with an improved color rendering index (∼90.3), CCT (∼5492 K), and CIE coordinates (0.332, 0.318). The results show that Ca18Na3Y(PO4)14:Eu2+ has the potential to act as a cyan emission phosphor for full-spectrum white LEDs.  相似文献

目的 优化糖渍野木瓜的制作工艺和保鲜工艺参数,并评估其货架期。方法 以糖液质量分数、超声糖渍时间、真空糖渍时间为因素,进行正交实验,筛选出糖渍野木瓜鲜切片的最佳制作工艺。在最佳糖渍工艺基础上,筛选糖渍野木瓜鲜切片的保鲜处理工艺参数。在糖液中添加纳他霉素和D-异抗坏血酸钠,真空包装后巴氏杀菌。根据筛选出的最佳工艺参数制作产品,并进行产品检验。结果 糖渍野木瓜鲜切片最佳工艺参数:超声糖渍时间为60 min,真空糖渍时间为90 min,糖液质量分数为40%,纳他霉质量浓度为60 mg/L,D-异抗坏血酸钠质量浓度为200 mg/L,杀菌条件为70℃、30 min。结论 该工艺生产出的糖渍野木瓜鲜切片相较于市售产品具有更高的安全性和更长的货架期。  相似文献
