织金县HFC双向网络设计方案

织金电视台通过对有线电视网络进行双向改造，为Internet宽带接入、数字电视、VOD等多媒体应用提供了运行平台，介绍织金县城区HFC双向网络设计方案。

分析了竞争条件下政府干预经济的原因,阐述了政府干预经济的作用,进而指出了政府干预经济存在的一些失误,提出政府干预经济应注意的问题,从而形成一个平等、高效的市场经济局面。     

Synthesis and electrochemical properties of layered Li[Ni0.333Co0.333Mn0.293Al0.04]O2−zFz cathode materials prepared by the sol–gel method

The cathode-active materials, layered Li[Ni_0.333Co_0.333Mn_0.293Al_0.04]O_2−zF_z (0 ≤ z ≤ 0.1), were synthesized from a sol–gel precursor at 900 °C in air. The influence of Al–F co-substitution on the structural and electrochemical properties of the as-prepared samples was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electrochemical experiments. The results showed that Li[Ni_0.333Co_0.333Mn_0.293Al_0.04]O_2−zF_z has a typical hexagonal structure with a single phase, the particle sizes of the samples tended to increase with increasing fluorine content. It has been found that Li[Ni_0.333Co_0.333Mn_0.293Al_0.04]O_1.95F_0.05 showed an improved cathodic behavior and discharge capacity retention compared to the undoped samples in the voltage range of 3.0–4.3 V. The electrodes prepared from Li[Ni_0.333Co_0.333Mn_0.293Al_0.04]O_1.95F_0.05 delivered an initial discharge capacity of 158 mAh⁻¹ g and an initial coulombic efficiency is 91.3%, and the capacity retention at the 20th cycle was 94.9%. Though the F-doped samples had lower initial capacities, they showed better cycle performances compared with F-free samples. Therefore, this is a promising material for a lithium-ion battery.     

水轮发电机定子浮动式双鸽尾筋调整工艺浅析

水轮发电机定子采用浮动式双鸽尾筋是当今设计上较为先进的结构,是防止定子铁心变形的重要措施之一,制造厂一般会提供安装调整的工艺措施,但此工艺措施更多的是检查的标准,对如何具体操作不够详细,安装调整完全依靠施工人员的经验进行。如何有针对性的分析调整工艺中的难点和易忽略点,提出更具指导性的调整工艺,成为了一个需研究的课题。     

精密铜带圆盘纵剪机

通过对精密铜带圆盘剪切机的工作原理和工艺过程进行研究，对引进的美国剪切机进行了技术改造，设计制作了新的装置，实现了软态铜带的剪切。     

乌江流域大型复杂水电站群联合优化调控关键技术及其应用研究

根据乌江流域总体规划、长江三峡以上防洪要求、南方电网运行特点、乌江流域水文特性等,贵州乌江水电开发有限责任公司组织开展了乌江梯级水库优化调度和发电优化控制的基本理论研究,并根据该研究建立了乌江流域水电站群联合优化调控系统,经过一系列优化调度规则、方法、措施在系统中的应用,实现了节水增发电的目的,取得了良好的社会经济效益。     

Effect of electrolysis superheat degree on anticorrosion performance of 5 Cu/（10NiO-NiFe2O4） cermet inert anode

5Cu/(10NiO-NiFe2O4) cermet inert anodes were prepared by cold-pressing and sintering process, and the effect of superheat degree of melting K3AlF6-Na3AlF6-AlF3 on their anticorrosion performance was studied under electrolysis conditions. The results show that, the fluctuation of cell becomes small with increasing of superheat degree, which is helpful to inhibit the formation of cathodic encrustation; the concentration of impurities from inert anode in bath goes up to certain degree, but it is far smaller than those in traditional high-temperature bath. Increasing the superheat degree of melting K3AlF6-Na3AlF6-AlF3 has unconspicuous effect on the contents of impurities in cathodic aluminum. The total mass fractions of Fe, Ni and Cu in aluminum are 15.38% and 15.09% respectively under superheat degree of 95 and 195 ℃. From micro-topography of anode used view, increasing the superheat degree can aggravate corrosion of metal Cu in inert anode, and has negative influence on electrical conductivity of electrode to some extent.     

无线传感器网络（WSN）在花卉大棚环境监测中的应用研究

针对传统花卉大棚环境参数监测系统的某些缺点,本文对基于Zigbee技术的无线传感器网络在花卉大棚中的应用可行性进行分析和研究,并建立了花卉大棚无线环境监测系统,使得该监测系统的各节点位置、监测范围、节点扩展性、节点间距离都得以改善和提高。
