5G时代的到来加快了以车路协同为核心的车联网技术的发展脚步。高效,可靠,安全的通信质量将是实现智能交通管理系统,完善智慧出行的基本要求。因此,针对存在信息窃取者的车联网中继协作传输场景,利用机会式中继选择策略与最大比合并技术设计了直接传输链路与多跳中继转发链路共存的安全传输方案,旨在提高信息传输的可靠性及安全性。同时,在获得信道概率密度函数及累积分布函数的基础上,利用全概率公式等方法推导出基于DF(Decode-Forward)中继协作传输的车联网系统安全中断概率的闭合表达式,其中涉及的信息传输信道均服从Nakagami-m分布,提高了理论推导的难度。最终的仿真实验证实了理论推导的准确性及本方案的可行性。   相似文献

Effect of stoichiometry on microstructures, electrochemical properties and PCT characteristics of the alloys MI(Ni0.71Co0.15-Al0.06Mn0.08)x (MI=Lanthanum-rich Michmetal, x=4.6~5.2) have been investigated. The lattice constants a, c, and cellvolumes of non-stoichiometric alloys are bigger than those of the stoichiometric alloy. With the increasing stoichiometry x,the value of a decreases, and the value of c and cell volume increases except for those of the stoichiometric alloy; the plateaupressure of PCT curve, discharge capacity and cycling stability all increase. The alloy with x=5.2 shows the highest dischargecapacity and the best cycling stability among the studied alloys.  相似文献

A poly(aminoborazine), precursor for hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) obtained by reaction of borazine B3N3H6 with ammonia, and its pyrolysis derivatives have been extensively characterised by 15N and 11B MAS NMR. The various B and N sites have been identified according to their first neighbouring atoms, as well as to the second ones in the case of 15N, and have also been quantified. This study demonstrates that a suitable choice of NMR techniques together with the use of isotopic enrichment can lead to a large improvement in spectral resolution, which allows a better understanding of such complex BN preceramic polymer structures and permits to follow the polymer-to-ceramic transformation.  相似文献

The thick film of Zn-Sb-O was prepared by coating the paste of nanoparticles mixture (Sb2O3:ZnO=1:3) on the alumina substrate, followed by sintering at 500-900 °C for 2 h in air. The electrical resistance and gas-sensing properties to benzene, alcohol and acetone of Zn-Sb-O films were found to be dependent on the change of phase structure caused by sintering temperature.  相似文献

DC resistivity, dielectric constant, dielectric loss and positron annihilation spectra of (Ba1−x Ho x )TiO3 ceramics have been measured as a function of holmium concentration x. It has been found that the DC resistivity of (Ba1−x Ho x )TiO3 is strongly dependent on the Ho content: it decreases three orders of magnitude and reaches a minimum at x = 0.4%. Doping with 0.6% holmium increases the permittivity of BaTiO3 by approximately three times (from ∼1,300 to ∼4,000), with only a slight increase in the corresponding dielectric loss. The local electron density and defect concentration estimated using positron annihilation technique conforms well to the features found in the dielectric and resistivity measurements. The results have been discussed in terms of a mixed compensation model.  相似文献

As the continuance of our series study on LiCoO2 surface modification, the complicated traditional surface coating method is replaced with simple addition of amorphous YPO4 and Al2O3 in commercial LiCoO2 or in commercial electrolyte based on our understanding to the improvement mechanism of surface modification. Comprehensive studies by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy (GC–MS), inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) indicate that the products of spontaneous reaction between the additive and the LiPF6 based electrolyte are responsible for the performance improvements.  相似文献

A fuel cell is a device that can convert chemical energy into electricity directly. Among various types of fuel cells, both polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) and direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs) can work at low temperature (<80 °C). Therefore, they can be used to supply power for commercial portable electronics such as laptop computers, digital cameras, PDAs and cell phones. The focus of this paper is to investigate the performance of a miniaturized DMFC device using a micropump to deliver fuel. The core of this micropump is a piezoelectric ring-type bending actuator and the associated nozzle/diffuser for directing fuel flow. Based on the experimental measurements, it is found that the performance of the fuel cell can be significantly improved if enough fuel flow is induced by the micropump at anode. Three factors may contribute to the performance enhancement including replenishment of methanol, decrease of diffusion resistance and removal of carbon dioxide. In comparison with conventional mini pumps, the size of the piezoelectric micropump is much smaller and the energy consumption is much lower. Thus, it is very viable and effective to use a piezoelectric valveless micropump for fuel delivery in miniaturized DMFC power systems.  相似文献

Various compositions of recently developed CaAl4O7-based ceramics are mentioned with special reference to those called “nonexpansive refractories” (=NER). The observed effect of deep depression of their thermal expansion is mainly ascribed to the creation of a specific microstructure resulting from high temperature reactions of CaAl4O7 with MgO or CaO additives yielding a CaAl2O4-based liquid. Some details characterizing the phase composition of the reaction zone are given. The effect of the calculated approximate content of CaAl2O4 in the specimens is interpreted graphically. Basing on the results of changes in the CaAl4O7 single crystal dimensions presented in comparison with some other expansion data, the presumable nature of the specific behavior of NER bodies on heating up to 500 °C is discussed. The NER products fired at 1620 °C are characterized by high strength and low open porosity.  相似文献
