Hierarchical-Beta zeolites have been hydrothermally synthesized by adding a new gemini organic surfactant. The used gemini surfactant play the role of a “pore-forming agents” on the mesoscale, on the same time, providing alkaline environment for the system. With this hierarchical Beta zeolite as the core support, we successfully prepared a shell layer of Ni-containing (22 wt%) petal-like core-shell-like catalyst and applied it to bioethanol steam reforming. At the reaction temperature of 350 °C–550 °C, the conversion rate of ethanol and the selectivity of hydrogen were always above 85% and 70%. After reaction of 100 h on stream at 400 °C, there were not obvious inactivation could be observed on NiNPs/OH-MBeta catalyst.  相似文献

Benzophenone and its derivatives were prepared via Friedel–Crafts acylation reactions using ionic liquids (ILs) of BmimCl–FeCl3, BmimCl–AlCl3 and BmimCl–ZnCl2 as dual catalyst–solvent. Among them, BmimCl–FeCl3 showed much higher catalytic activity than that observed for the other two ILs, and in conventional organic solvents. In these reaction systems, good to excellent yields (up to 97%) of acylation products were obtained in a short reaction time. This method features high yield, a simple product isolation procedure, ILs reusability and reduced waste discharge, thus rendering this catalytic system both efficient and environmentally friendly.  相似文献

首先通过分子力学法,确定辅酶Q10(CoQ10)的7个β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物(CoQ10-7-β-CDs)的最稳定优势构型.并进一步用分子动力学法模拟真空状态,一定时间内包合物的动态结构,并统计分析CoQ10包合前后结构的变化对性质的影响.结果表明CoQ10分子可以通过范德华力、库仑作用和氢键一起作用于β-CD分子形成1:7的稳定的D型包合结构.包合后,CoQ10分子的C=O双键和醌环上的C=C双键增长,侧链上的C=C双键缩短,其活性部位的抗氧化能力增大,而分子骨架的稳定性增强.  相似文献

A crown ether derivative (4′-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 hydrotetrafluoroborate) can mediate the self-assembly of silver nanoprisms at the liquid/liquid interface in the form of a stable hybrid nanocomposite film. The metallic luster of the interfacial film results from the electronic coupling of Ag nanoprisms, suggesting the formation of closely packed nanoprism thin films. The interfacial film of nanoprisms could be transferred to solid substrates as a Langmuir–Blodgett film. The properties of films were studied by UV–vis spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy.  相似文献

Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) collected during dry and rainy seasons from three different states in Malaysia were analyzed for nine organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) (α-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, δ-HCH, trans-chlordane, cis-chlordane, p,p′-DDE, p,p′-DDD and p,p′-DDT) using QuEChERS sample preparation method and GC–MS SIM with split/splitless injection mode. The efficiency of combination of primary and secondary amine (PSA) and octadecyl (C18) at 25 mg of PSA and 25 mg of C18 per mL of shrimp extract as the clean-up sorbent to remove matrix interferences was evaluated. By combining PSA and C18, matrix interferences such as gamma-tocopherol and cholesterol were not able to be eliminated. Good separation and high recoveries which ranged from 90 to 105% with associated RSD < 15% were obtained for all OCPs at 3–75 ng/g. No significant difference in recoveries due to seasonal variation for studied OCPs, except for α-HCH, β-HCH, δ-HCH and p,p′-DDT were obtained. The limits of detection and quantification ranged from 0.3 to 4.5 ng/g and 3 to 15 ng/g, respectively. The linearity for matrix matched standard calibrations was >0.99.  相似文献

Pesticide residues caused great threat to human body health, and all countries protected the health of human body by specifying its upper limit. However, pesticide residues were generally very low, similar to trace analysis and as low as millionth or less, the content determination of pesticide residues was a troublesome problem. With the application and promotion of tandem mass spectrometry, it was able to do trace analysis. GC–EI/MS/MS was a common method for the determination of pesticide residues. The multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was the most common quantitative method used in GC–EI/MS/MS. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good reproducibility, high accuracy, strong anti-interference and high ion flux. Multiple-twin precursor ions, product ions and collision energy of thirty-four pesticides were provided for MRM. It could play an important role in developing MRM method for the quantifying of 34 kinds of pesticide. Meanwhile, the development of MRM method for the quantifying of other compounds could also refer to this paper.  相似文献

Although widely used by brands to communicate an exotic origin, exotypes have never been studied in the marketing literature. This research presents the exotype family of typefaces and then uses semiotic models to examine its power to evoke foreign cultures. One experiment is conducted among 1718 questionnaire respondents in order to study consumer perceptions of six exotypes. The results show that exotypes are able to communicate a specific exotic origin, especially when the connoted meaning of the typeface is congruent with the denoted meaning of the text.  相似文献

Zearalenone (ZEA) contamination in food samples plays a critical role in food safety, since it causes serious health problems. Usage of microorganisms, such as lactic acid bacteria (LAB), is a promising new approach for detoxification. Eight Lactobacillus pentosus strains were evaluated for their ability to remove ZEA from a sodium acetate buffer solution with initial ZEA concentrations of 5.51–74.70 μg/mL. The adsorption capacity increased with increasing ZEA concentrations. The strain JM0812 showed the highest adsorption capability, at 83.17%, in solution containing 74.70 μg/mL ZEA, followed by UM054 (82.78%) and UM055 (81.69%), respectively. Three adsorption isotherms were applied to predict the removal efficiency of ZEA and the Freundlich isotherm appeared to have the best-fit for ZEA sorption onto bacterial cells. Our results indicate that Lb. pentosus strains are novel promising strains to reduce mycotoxin contamination in food products.  相似文献

Along with the progress in nanoscience, a variety of advanced functional nanomaterials were constructed to develop effective and innovative analytical techniques for food safety surveillance. In this review, we summarized the advanced analytical methods that have been developed based upon advanced functional nanomaterials, including plasmonic nanomaterial-based colorimetric methods, fluorescent nanomaterial-based fluorescent methods, advanced functional material-based molecular imprinting technology, advanced functional material-based chromatographic methods, plasmonic nanomaterial-based surface enhanced Raman scattering technology, and advanced functional material-based electrochemical methods. This review provides a progressive roadmap for further development of portable, rapid, and in situ detection technology to promote food safety surveillance from bench to market and eventually reduce the gap between research in the laboratory and industrial applications.  相似文献
