Enhanced transduction coefficient in piezoelectric PZT ceramics by mixing powders calcined at different temperatures

Large transduction coefficient ($d_{33}\times g_{33}$) is difficult to obtain in piezoelectric ceramics because these two parameters show opposite trends with compositional modifications. Herein, the Pb(Zr_0.53Ti_0.47)O₃ ceramic powders were calcinated under different temperatures (A:830 °C, B:860 °C, and C:890 °C), and then mixed together according to different weight ratios (1A:1B:1C, 1A:2B:1C, 1A:2B:3C and 3A:2B:1C) for ceramics preparation. Both d₃₃ and g₃₃ are improved successfully, and the transduction coefficient with the weight ratio of 1A:2B:3C reaches up to 17,500 × 10⁻¹⁵ m²/N, which is 60 % higher than that with the powders calcinated under 830 °C, and at least twice those of commercial PZT-4, PZT-5A and PZT-8 ceramics. The improved transduction coefficient is owing to the enhanced piezoelectric constant and spontaneous polarization resulted from the increased grain size, relative density and the fraction of tetragonal phase. These results indicate that this is a simple but effective way to tailor the transduction coefficient in piezoelectric ceramics.     

2,4,6-三溴苯胺对环氧树脂固化物阻燃耐热性的影响

用氧指数 (LOI) ,TG法测定研究了 2 ,4,6-三溴苯胺 (TBA)对环氧树脂酸酐固化物阻燃耐热性的影响 ,结果表明 TBA能较好地阻燃树脂固化物 ,TBA与 Sb2 O3 和磷酸三苯酯 (TPP)配用时具有阻燃协同效应 ,且对环氧树脂酸酐固化物的热稳定性影响较小。     

空气湿固化含硅丙烯酸酯的制备与表征

通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷制备了空气湿固化胶黏剂,使其在pH=7时水解交联。采用H1NMR及FTIR和气象色谱对其结构交联情况做了详细分析,并对溶液膜的性能做了一系列的测试比较。     

环氧-聚酰胺体系中增韧剂的研究

在环氧-聚酰胺体系中分别加入“海岛结构”QS-1、聚硫橡胶、液体丁腈橡胶增韧改性,通过对固化物剪切强度、弯曲弹性模量及断裂强度的对比,“海岛结构”QS-1增韧综合性能较好.     

壳聚糖与DNA作用的共振光散射特征及微量DNA的光散射测定

通过光谱法研究壳聚糖和核酸的作用 ,结果表明通过共振光散射法用壳聚糖检测微量的 DNA方法可靠、准确且简单。     

枝状聚(苯基-二甲基)硅烷的合成及其性质研究

以苯基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷为原料，利用伍兹反应使其共聚生成聚（苯基二甲基）硅烷。在不同投料比下，发现枝化度越高，聚合物分子量越小，分子量分布越宽，产率越高；并用红外光谱厦29Si—NMR谱对其结构进行表征，用紫外光谱和热失重表征其光学性质和热稳定性，发现聚合物在211nm处有尖锐吸收峰，并拖尾至380nm处，热分解温度约在500℃左右，高于一般的线形聚硅烷。     

Soap‐free emulsion copolymerization of perfluoroalkyl acrylates in the presence of a reactive surfactant

Soap‐free emulsion copolymerization of perfluoroalkyl acrylate (FA)/methyl methacrylate (MMA)/n‐butyl acrylate (n‐BA) was carried out in the presence of sodium 2‐acrylamide‐2‐methyl propanesulfonate (AMPSNa) as a reactive surfactant and potassium persulfate (KPS) as an initiator. An analysis of the effects of concentration of AMPSNa, KPS, FA as well as polymerization temperature on the kinetic features (rate of polymerization) and colloidal characteristics (mean particle diameter, particle disperse index, particle numbers, and surface charge density) was followed. NMR, FTIR, AFM, and fluorine‐selective electrode analysis were used to characterize the composition and morphology of the FA copolymers. Both AFM analysis and contact angle measurements strongly implied that the fluorinated segments migrated to the outmost surface and created films with lower surface energy. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
