介绍了一款汽车雨挡导流片异型塑件两板注射模的结构设计,该模具基于采用常规的滑块抽芯机构及斜顶机构难以实现塑件完全脱模的机构设计困难问题,突破常规设计思路,设计了一种型芯浮顶式侧抽芯机构来实现塑件的自动化注射生产。机构中,在模具开模打开后,通过顶出板及顶杆将塑件和部分成型一同顶出,而后再通过侧边二次顶出机构将塑件从局部型芯上顶出而实现塑件的完全脱模,有效地简化了模具结构设计,降低了模具的加工制造难度,降低了模具的制造成本,模具结构复杂新颖,工作稳定可靠,为异型类塑件的模具结构及机构设计创新设计提供了一个较好的案例借鉴。 相似文献

采用基于计算流体力学方法的全尺度数值模拟计算,建立了适用于潮流能水轮机模拟的剪切来流环境,通过数值计算结果,对潮流能水轮机随时间变化的宏观力和流场特征进行了系统分析,探索水轮机在复杂工况下的水动力特性规律。结果表明,水轮机整个叶轮的总体平均受力在剪切流工况中未受到明显影响; 单个叶片的瞬态轴向力系数和瞬态轴向扭矩系数在旋转周期内出现了明显的周期性变化,且周期性变化幅值随转速增大而增大; 非定常的瞬时轴向扭矩和力的周期性振荡容易引起单个叶片的结构性振动,可能对水轮机的机械结构造成影响。 相似文献

This paper discusses the effects of the grinding-induced cyclic heating on the properties of the hardened layer in a plunge cylindrical grinding process on the high strength steel EN26. It was found that a multi-pass grinding brings about a uniform and continuous hardened layer along the circumference of the cylindrical workpiece. An increase of the number of grinding passes, leads to a thicker layer of hardening, a larger compressive residual stress and a deeper plastic deformation zone. Within the plastic deformation zone, the martensitic grains are refined by the thermo-mechanical loading, giving rise to a hardness of 12.5% higher than that from a conventional martensitic transformation. The coupled effects of heat accumulation and wheel wear in the multi-pass grinding are the main causes for the thickening of the hardened layer. A too small infeed per workpiece revolution would result in insufficient grinding heat, and in turn, bring about an undesirable tempered hardened layer and a reduction of its hardness. 相似文献

Although Mg alloy attracts great attention for engineering applications because of high specific strength and low density, low corrosion resistance limits its extensive use. In this study, Mg–Al–Zn–Mn alloy was treated via a laser cladding process to generate a dense and compact laser cladding layer with solid metallurgical bonding on the substrate for improving corrosion resistance, effectively hindering the corrosion pervasion into Mg alloy. The corrosion current density declined from 103 μA/cm2 for Mg alloy to 13 μA/cm2 for the laser cladding layer in NaCl aqueous solution. Moreover, the laser cladding layer was slightly corroded in comparison with Mg alloy in NaCl aqueous solution. Besides, the microhardness of the cladding layer reached a mean value of 170.5 HV, 3.1 times of Mg alloy (56.8 HV) due to the in situ formation of hardening intermetallic phases. Wear resistance of laser cladding layer was also obviously improved. Although Mg alloy possesses high specific strength, low density, and good biocompatibility, poor corrosion resistance hinders its further applications. In the present study, an innovative protective layer against corrosion was prepared on the AZ31 Mg alloy via alkali pretreatment followed by vanillic acid treatment. The alkali pretreatment supplied –OH for the AZ31 Mg alloy surface to react with vanillic acid. The vanillic acid treatment played a crucial role in enhancing the corrosion resistance due to the excellent ability to act as a barrier and retard aqueous solution penetration, which effectively isolated the underlying Mg alloy from the corrosive environment. The corrosion current density of alkali and vanillic acid-treated Mg alloy (AZ31V) almost showed two orders of magnitude lower values in comparison with that of the AZ31 Mg alloy, and the corrosion potential of AZ31V Mg alloy increased from −1.41 to −1.25 V. The immersion tests proved that there was no occurrence of severe corrosion. With the advent of future vehicles, passengers expect to travel in comfort, and the free leg space between facing-seats could be an issue due to the unsuitability for all people, according to their anthropometric variability. A previous investigation survey showed the need to increase the leg-space between facing seats and, if installed, to improve the surface of the table placed in between. So, four different distances between seat-pans front edges of facing seats have been set-up and tested (44 cm, 51 cm, 58 cm, 65 cm) with a table in between. 13 couples of participants with different heights took part to experiments. The aim was to investigate the relationship between facing-seat distances and passenger wellbeing in terms of postural comfort and social interaction. Postural comfort has been analysed through optical tracking (for postural angles overtime) and questionnaires (perceived comfort). Social interaction feelings have been investigated with questionnaires. Experiment results showed the suitable distance could be 51 cm keeping the same table surface; otherwise, the 65 cm one could be ideal changing the table surface.Relevance to industryWith the advent of autonomous driving, vehicle manufacturers and designers are working hard to define new paradigms of public transportation in terms of seat layout, passenger wellbeing and interiors’ design. Single image super resolution (SISR) is an important research content in the
field of computer vision and image processing. With the rapid development of deep
neural networks, different image super-resolution models have emerged. Compared to
some traditional SISR methods, deep learning-based methods can complete the superresolution tasks through a single image. In addition, compared with the SISR methods
using traditional convolutional neural networks, SISR based on generative adversarial
networks (GAN) has achieved the most advanced visual performance. In this review, we
first explore the challenges faced by SISR and introduce some common datasets and
evaluation metrics. Then, we review the improved network structures and loss functions
of GAN-based perceptual SISR. Subsequently, the advantages and disadvantages of
different networks are analyzed by multiple comparative experiments. Finally, we
summarize the paper and look forward to the future development trends of GAN-based

Following up on recent studies of the Zn-rich corners of the Zn-Fe-Ni and Zn-Fe-Si ternary systems, a 450 °C isothermal section
of the Zn-Fe-Ni-Si quaternary phase diagram with the Zn composition being fixed at 93 at.% was determined experimentally using
optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDS), and x-ray
diffractometry (XRD). FeSi was found to be in equilibrium with almost all phases in the section, including the T, ζ, Ni-δ,
NiSi2, and FeSi2 phases, as well as the liquid phase (L). Silicon solubilities in the T, ζ, and Ni-δ phases were rather limited. However,
the solubilities of Fe and Zn in the NiSi2 phase, at 4.5 at.% and 7.2 at.%, respectively, were appreciable. The existence of the (L+NiSi2+Ni-δ) three-phase equilibrium state apparently prevents other Ni-Si compounds from entering equilibrium with the liquid at
