Energy bands, effective mass of carriers, absolute band edge positions and optical properties of tetragonal AgInS2 were calculated using a first-principles approach with the exchange correlation described by B3LYP hybrid functional. The results indicate that tetragonal AgInS2 has a direct band gap of 1.93 eV, which reproduce well experimental value. Calculated effective masses of electrons and holes are both small which are beneficial to separation and migration of electron and hole pairs. This implies that AgInS2 has good photocatalytic performance. The calculated optical characteristics indicate that AgInS2 has a slight anisotropy for both the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function and exhibits large optical absorption in the visible light region. Furthermore, the calculated band edge positions in (100), (010) and (001) surfaces indicate that tetragonal AgInS2 is beneficial to the reduction and oxidation of water to hydrogen and oxygen under visible light irradiation.  相似文献

Managing sports performance is very important in the sports industry. Performance, the executives, centers on boosting competitor execution and decreasing the danger of injury. Several factors contribute to these goals, including player health, emotional status, exercise load and physical intensity requirements. Generally speaking, injury prediction is an essential component of injury prevention, and successful identification of injury prediction is a primary indicator for effective prevention. The proposed Artificial Neural Network (ANN) objective is to develop and use early-doing ability and exercise load data to validate a hierarchical machine learning prediction system with accurate detection of player injuries. The physical and workload that requires detection of this early personalized damage can be avoided with specific help. The framework is used to test 21 soccer players’ sports information from various sources, including gathered and inside burden information, outside burden information, and review information. The entirety of this information is fused into the proposed framework to improve the exactness of harm expectation. The use of new techniques and methods can be significantly improved during prenatal examination and screening of fetal genetic abnormalities. Expanding the number of vectors in screening and screening for single-cell gene diseases in fetal DNA will increase the probability of success of the whole screening test.Recently, sub chromosomal abnormalities have been introduced into prenatal care. The lack of suitable tools makes it very difficult to obtain information about collection, management, and prenatal genetic testing. The purpose of this study is to improve the accessibility of nutritional information by using the advantages of advanced medical image detection and integrating the IoT (Internet of Things) and prenatal genetic testing platforms in obstetric outpatient clinics. Records are kept that the platform will allow IoT to interact with sensor practitioners and provide immediate access to medical images prior to delivery. This proposed system provides an IoT application for managing obstetric outpatient information and prenatal genetic testing requirements. The requirement for establishment is the realization of the development of an IoT platform for complete medical image detection information management with IoT input required for integration with existing medical information systems. In response, the purpose of the study is to use integrated IoT applications to help nutrition professionals, researchers, patients, and especially mothers, to enhance their collection of medical imaging and prenatal genetic testing IoT sensor based information transfer.  相似文献

为了获得转速平稳、调节快速的无刷直流电机(BLDCM)输出,对BLDCM控制和驱动系统进行了设计。分析了BLDCM的运行原理和转矩波动原因,并采用Buck电路直接驱动解决了转矩波动的问题。针对传统PID调速慢、精度低以及参数调节困难等问题,采用了BP神经网络对PID进行参数调节。在MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台上搭建了系统的各个模块并进行仿真。结果表明,所设计的系统调节速度快,控制过程中超调小,转速平稳,转矩波动减小。  相似文献

为了实现运动目标的实时检测,本文基于多特征融合,提出了一种运动物体分级识别方法.首先通过对运动目标的分割,分析得到各个物体的形状矩特征、面积大小及运动速度.对上述特征,采用支持向量机方法对其矩特征进行快速的一级分类,然后对一级分类结果及各物体的面积、速度等信源根据其对分类的重要程度,采用模糊积分技术进行多特征融合分类.实验表明,本方法具有较强的学习能力及较高的识别精度,可有效地应用于道路监控等系统.  相似文献

基于太阳能-土壤源热泵系统各部件之间的耦合关系,建立了太阳能-土壤源热泵系统中热泵机组、地下埋管换热器、太阳能集热器及蓄热水箱等各组成部分的仿真模型,对某一实际工程应用DeST软件计算建筑物负荷,并建立了太阳能-土壤源热泵系统的模型,分析研究了该系统在动态和静态两种运行模式下的性能特征,并得出两种运行状态下系统平均制热性能系数COPh值分别达到3.5和2.98.  相似文献

Functionally graded materials (FGMs) play an essential role in tissue engineering because of their satisfactory histocompatibility and excellent mechanical performance. While traditional manufacturing methods allow production of simple FGMs, precise control of composition and customized property at transition between the dissimilar materials is still a challenge. Here, an extrusion-based functionally graded additive manufacturing (FGAM) platform was developed to generate smooth graded parts by thrusting out monolithic cylindrical filaments with high viscosity. Furthermore, the rheological properties, hydrodynamic behavior, and mixed homogeneity of the non-Newtonian fluids were studied. Therefore, the appropriate solid contents, alternative energy-efficient mixers, and optimized printing parameters were proved to be beneficial for an outstanding deposition effect of the suspension. Ultimately, an object with smooth gradient was successfully manufactured. The validity of this strategy was verified via optical microscopy combined with an image processing method to gauge homogeneity and a scanning electron microscope to investigate graded composition and microstructure.  相似文献

以Ti-B4C-C团聚粉和Ni-Al“自粘结”复合粉的混合物为自蔓延反应火焰喷涂体系,在45钢基体表面制备Ti(Cx,Ny)-TiB2和NimAln梯度过渡的复相陶瓷涂层,分析研究了梯度过渡涂层的显微组织结构与耐磨性。研究表明:Ti(Cx,Ny)-TiB2复相陶瓷与NimAln金属间化合物实现了沿涂层厚度方向的梯度过渡连接。梯度过渡陶瓷涂层的耐磨性是普通45钢耐磨性的14倍。  相似文献
