Recently, the graphite based heterogeneous photocatalysts has attained tremendous research attention in various environmental applications. Among them, the graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) is categorized as a unique solar active particle with its outstanding intrinsic properties i.e., adequate band configuration, excellent light absorptivity and thermo-physical durability, which make it highly useful and reliable for revenue transformation and ecological concerns. Considering the intrinsic potential of g-C3N4 in photocatalysis, so far, no report has been done in literature for its extraordinary configuration, morphological characteristics and perspective tuning for said applications. To overcome this research gap, our primary emphasis of this review regarding photocatalysis is to provide layout as well as the advancement of visible-light-fueled materials as highly stabilized and extremely effective ones for pragmatic implementation. Thus, this existing comprehensive assessment conducts a systematic survey over visible light driven non-metal novel g-C3N4. The major advancement of this evaluation is the fabrication of well-designed nanosized g-C3N4 photocatalysts with unique configurable frameworks and compositions. Furthermore, alternative techniques in order to customize the analogue band configuration and noticeable cultivation such as metal (cation), nonmetal (anion) doping, worthy metal activating, and alloy initiation with certain semiconductors are discussed in detail. In addition to this, g-C3N4 photocatalytic functionalities towards photocatalytic hydrogen evolution, CO2 photoreduction, biological metal ions deterioration as well as bacterial sanitization are also presented and discussed in detail. Therefore, we believe that such a pivotal compact assessment can provide a roadmap in several perspectives on the currently underway obstacles in the innovation of effective g-C3N4 catalytic design processes. Moreover, this critical assessment will ultimately serve as a useful supplement in the research area of g-C3N4 nanosized photocatalysts and for the researchers working on its key aspects in diverse range of natural, chemistry, engineering and environmental applications. 相似文献

The top illuminated organic photodetectors (OPDs) with a Dielectric/Metal/Dielectric (DMD) transparent anode are fabricated. The transparent electrode is composed of molybdenum trioxide (MoO3)/silver (Ag)/MoO3 layers and zinc oxide (ZnO)/aluminum (Al) is used for bottom cathode. The optimized DMD electrode has an optical transmittance of 85.7% at the wavelength of 546 nm and sheet resistance of ∼6 Ω/sq. This study investigated carbon nanotube filtration technology using catalyst particles supported on silicalite-1–biomorphic carbon materials (BCMs). Aqueous solutions of Mn(II), Cu(II), Cr(III), Cd(II), and Pb(II) were used to test the efficiency of heavy metal ions removal. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were synthesized and grown on BCMs by the chemical vapor deposition method catalyzed with the catalyst (Co, Fe, and Ni). The synthesized CNTs with Co– and Fe– nanoparticles were typically multi-walled carbon nanotubes, and they showed good crystallinity (ID/IG = 1.05) and yield of (11.10 and 8.86) %. The removal efficiency of Mn(II), Cu(II), Cr(III), Cd(II), and Pb(II) ions using Co-catalyzed CNT filter was 97.57%, 98.01%, 97.89%, 97.42%, and 99.99%, respectively. 相似文献

In the past decade, there have been great advances in the controllable growth of two-dimensional (2D) graphene sheets. However, the preparation of 3D structured graphene such as graphene coatings on arbitrary-shaped micro/nano materials still remains a formidable challenge. Herein, we have proposed a general strategy for the in situ growth of 3D graphene coatings on the micro/nano particles with arbitrary shapes. Inspired by the CVD growth mechanism of 2D graphene sheets on the bulk metal substrates, we have in situ constructed a nanometer-thick catalytic interface on the micro/nano particle surface by introducing a trace amount of transition metal salts and solid carbon sources with strictly-controlled content and ratio. Growth of 3D graphene coatings is accomplished through a solid-state reaction. Under the catalysis of the in situ formed catalytic interface consisting of highly-ordered metal nanoislands, the nano-thick amorphous carbon layer which arousing from the pyrolysis of carbon sources can be effectively transformed into a continuous and uniform graphene coating throughout the material surface based on a “dissolution–precipitation” mechanism. 3D graphene coatings have been successfully grown on lithium iron phosphate, silver, copper and silicon particles. The Er3+ doped oxyfluorogermanate glasses, with a composition containing Na element, were synthesized by the conventional melting–quenching technique. When Na element was introduced into the composition of oxyfluorogermanate glass, the crystals behavior was investigated in details. Depending on the annealing procedure supplied, thermal annealing of precursor glasses in the system GeO2/BaF2/AlF3/Na2O/NaF/ZnO/GdF3/ErF3 led to the precipitation of different crystal phase nanocrystals. It was confirmed the nanocrystals in GC600 is orthorhombic NaBaAlF6 which led to enhance obviously in the UC luminescence of Er3+. However, the nanocrystals in G585 led to decrease in the UC luminescence, which indicated few Er ions enter into the lattice of this nanocrystal phase. Most of the reported studies on the optimization of grinding parameters do not consider the evolution of the surface topography of grinding wheels, and the established empirical models will no longer apply when the surface conditions of the grinding wheel changes. In this paper, an integrated model based on the surface topography of grinding wheel is established. The grinding process of cemented carbide is simulated using the established model, and the simulation results are analyzed to obtain the surface roughness model and the specific grinding energy model based on the undeformed chip thickness distribution. Subsequently, the grinding constraint models are defined according to the two grinding constraints—surface roughness and specific grinding energy. Through inversion analysis, the maximum material removal rate of the given grinding wheel surface conditions satisfying the defined grinding constraints are obtained, and the influence rules of the grinding wheel surface conditions on the maximum material removal rate are analyzed. Then the grinding wheel surface conditions are adjusted by changing the radial dressed height of the grinding wheel and the arrangement distance of the grains in wheel circumferential direction to improve the maximum material removal rate of the grinding wheel. Degenerate pattern is a seemingly disordered morphology but it exhibits the inherently ordered crystal connected with tip-splitting and limited stability which makes it difficult to observe in the metallic system. Here we employ (100)[011] orientated planar-front seeds using directional solidification and reveal the fundamental origins of the degenerate pattern growth in an Al-4.5 wt% Cu alloy. We find that the spacing of the tip-splitting (λ) in the degenerate of the alloys followed a power law, λ∝V−0.5, and the frequency (f) of the splitting was related to the growth velocity (V) by ƒ∝V1.5. The dimensionless growth direction (θ/θ0) increased monotonously and approached 0.6 with faster velocity, attributed to its anisotropy in the interface kinetics. Once growth velocity exceeded a threshold, two types of pattern transitions from degenerate to regular dendrites were proposed. One of them exhibited a random and chaotic mode and the other underwent a rotation in growth direction. 相似文献
