课程置换在高职软件技术专业培养中存在的问题与对策

本文对高职软件技术专业培养中的课程置换进行研究,发现课程置换已经成为许多高校提升自己办学水平,拓宽学生就业渠道的有效途径,同时,针对课程置换中存在的师资、课程设置等问题,并提出了将非学历教育引入到学历教育中的对策。     

一种计及空间相关性的光伏电站历史出力数据的修正方法

针对光伏系统渗透率增高对电力系统稳定运行带来的严峻挑战,考虑到光伏功率预测技术精度高度依赖于数据精度的问题,提出一种基于人工神经网络的光伏电站历史出力数据修正方法。利用人工神经网络在建立复杂非线性映射关系的优越性,引入皮尔逊相关系数对数据进行降维处理,选择与目标光伏电站出力相关性高的电站作为基准光伏电站,并结合光伏出力的空间相关性特征与基准光伏电站的出力数据对目标光伏电站失准及缺失数据进行修正,以解决由人为因素或数据采集系统老旧带来的光伏数据失准问题,并通过山东省聊城市的光伏历史出力数据对所提方法进行分析验证。     

Cobalt nanoparticle decorated N-doped carbons derived from a cobalt covalent organic framework for oxygen electrochemistry

The low cost and highly efficient construction of electrocatalysts has attracted significant attention owing to the use of clean and sustainable energy technologies. In this work, cobalt nanoparticle decorated N-doped carbons (Co@NC) are synthesized by the pyrolysis of a cobalt covalent organic framework under an inert atmosphere. The Co@NC demonstrates improved electrocatalytic capabilities compared to N-doped carbon without the addition of Co nanoparticles, indicating the important role of cobalt. The well-dispersed active sites (Co–N_x) and the synergistic effect between the carbon matrix and Co nanoparticles greatly enhance the electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction. In addition, the Co content has a significant effect on the catalytic activity. The resulting Co@NC-0.86 exhibits a superb electrocatalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction in an alkaline electrolyte in terms of the onset potential (0.90 V), half-wave potential (0.80 V) and the limiting current density (4.84 mA·cm^–2), and a high selectivity, as well as a strong methanol tolerance and superior durability, these results are comparable to those of the Pt/C catalyst. Furthermore, the superior bifunctional activity of Co@NC-0.86 was also confirmed in a home-built Zn-air battery, signifying the possibility for application in electrode materials and in current energy conversion and storage devices.     

A general non-local denoising model using multi-kernel-induced measures

Noises are inevitably introduced in digital image acquisition processes, and thus image denoising is still a hot research problem. Different from local methods operating on local regions of images, the non-local methods utilize non-local information (even the whole image) to accomplish image denoising. Due to their superior performance, the non-local methods have recently drawn more and more attention in the image denoising community. However, these methods generally do not work well in handling complicated noises with different levels and types. Inspired by the fact in machine learning field that multi-kernel methods are more robust and effective in tackling complex problems than single-kernel ones, we establish a general non-local denoising model based on multi-kernel-induced measures (GNLMKIM for short), which provides us a platform to analyze some existing and design new filters. With the help of GNLMKIM, we reinterpret two well-known non-local filters in the united view and extend them to their novel multi-kernel counterparts. The comprehensive experiments indicate that these novel filters achieve encouraging denoising results in both visual effect and PSNR index.     

探讨新就业形势下计算机网络技术课程设置

结合以就业为导向深化高等职业教育改革发展情况和日益加剧的就业形势,分析新就业形式下的计算机网络技术课程设置的条件和要求,以课程体系重构和教学内容改革为重点,提出了以就业为导向的计算机网络技术课程制订的思路与内容,为高等职业院校专业建设过程中出现的实际问题的解决,提供了参考。

分别研究了Gdel,Luk,L*逻辑系统中公式的真度的分布情况,得到了公式的真度集均为[0,1]∩Q的重要结论。     

地税发票集票摇奖系统

随着地税系统信息化建设的不断深入,税收业务得到了全面的提升。本文设计了一个发票集票摇奖系统,实现了对纳税人消费的发票进行前台收集并登记集票人身份信息,形成摇奖数据库进行每季度的集票摇奖。     

预测与可变长编码在图像压缩中的应用

图像压缩成为了多媒体技术的关键和瓶颈.预测编码(DPCM)和可变长编码(VLC)是两种最重要的无损压缩算法.介绍预测编码的原理,证明了对DPCM数据进行可变长编码的可行性,并对标准测试图像进行测试得到了测试结果,最后对结果进行了分析.     

An effective genetic algorithm for the flexible job-shop scheduling problem

In this paper, we proposed an effective genetic algorithm for solving the flexible job-shop scheduling problem (FJSP) to minimize makespan time. In the proposed algorithm, Global Selection (GS) and Local Selection (LS) are designed to generate high-quality initial population in the initialization stage. An improved chromosome representation is used to conveniently represent a solution of the FJSP, and different strategies for crossover and mutation operator are adopted. Various benchmark data taken from literature are tested. Computational results prove the proposed genetic algorithm effective and efficient for solving flexible job-shop scheduling problem.
