It is a challenge to prepare Ni-phyllosilicate catalysts deriving from the reaction of nickel salts and biomass-based silica with high Ni contents. In order to efficiently synthesize nickel phyllosilicate, the acid-treated rice husk without calcination (P-R) was directly used as the raw material. The as-synthesized Ni-phyllosilicate (N/P-R) exhibited high nickel content of 46.7 wt% owing to utilization of the abundant silanol group in the fresh rice husk. On the contrary, the Ni content of Ni-phyllosilicate sample (N/R–S) prepared using the calcinated rice husk-based silica was only 4.8 wt% because of the loss of silanol group during calcination process. As a result, N/P-R displayed much higher catalytic activity for CO2 methanation than N/R–S. It was found that the silanol group was in favour of forming the important intermediate Si(OH)4, and thereby facilitated the formation of nickel phyllosilicate. In addition, the N/P-R catalyst demonstrated superior stability and excellent anti-sintering ability in the long lifetime test. In short, the proposed method in this work could not only efficiently synthesize nickel phyllosilicate with high Ni content, but also reduce energy consumption and operation steps compared to the one prepared using biomass-based silica. 相似文献
Novel organic hybrid silver thiostannates [Hen]4[Ln(en)4]2[Ag6Sn6S20]·3en (Ln = Er, 1; Tm, 2; Yb, 3) were prepared by the reactions of Ln2O3, Ag, Sn and S in ethylenediamine (en) under solvothermal conditions. Six SnS4 tetrahedra and six AgS3 triangles are connected into the heterometallic sulfide cluster [Ag6Sn6S20]10 − via edge-sharing. In the [Ag6Sn6S20]10 − cluster, a hexanuclear Ag6S6 core is enclosed by two Sn3S10 fragments. The Ag6S6 core is the first As–S cluster stabilized by inorganic SnS4 ligands. In 1–3, all Ln3 + ions are in 8-fold coordination environments that involved four bidentate en ligands, forming bicapped trigonal prisms. Compounds 1–3 show well-defined absorption edges with band gaps in the range of 2.18–2.47 eV. 相似文献
This work proposed a new path to synthesize Ni-phyllosilicate through the reaction of nickel hydroxide and silica sol on the surface of Ni-foam to form the monolithic Ni-phyllosilicate/Ni-foam catalyst. Ni-phyllosilicate could reprint the morphology of nickel hydroxid and firmly anchor on the framework of Ni-foam, which obtained fine Ni particles of 2.8 nm after reduction in H2 at 650 °C, resulting in high catalytic activity for CO2 methanation. In addition, the Ni-phyllosilicate/Ni-foam catalyst showed high long-term stability in a 100 h-lifetime test owing to the combined effects of surface confinement of Ni-phyllosilicate, firm anchoring between Ni-phyllosilicate and Ni-foam, as well as the high heat transfer property of Ni-foam.

In this paper, we proposed a robust discrete-time controller. This control system, which is derived from the idea of the normalized plant, does not include plant parameters. Thus, we obtain a control system independent of plant parameters and that has the same structure as a conventional optimal servo control system. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is fairly robust to plant parameter variations and external disturbances. 相似文献
This paper investigates the effect of heating or cooling from below on the development of gravitactic bioconvection in a square enclosure with stress free sidewalls. The governing equations are the Navier–Stokes equations with the Boussinesq approximation, the diffusion equation for the motile microorganism and the energy equation for the temperature. The control volume method is used to solve numerically the complete set of governing equations. It was found that the suspension is destabilized by heating from below and stabilized by cooling from below. A transition from a subcritical bifurcation to a supercritical bifurcation was observed in the case of heating from below when the thermal Rayleigh number was increased. 相似文献
Previous work has considered the use of sliding mode observers for fault detection and isolation (FDI) in uncertain linear systems whereby the unknown faults are reconstructed by appropriate processing of the so-called equivalent output error injection. The paper builds on this work and considers such a scheme within the broader context of fault tolerant control. Specifically, by correcting the faulty measurement by an estimate of the fault obtained from the sliding mode FDI scheme, good closed-loop performance is still maintained. An example of such a scheme, which has been implemented in real-time on a laboratory dc motor rig, is described. 相似文献
Ejector-absorption heat transformers (EAHTs) are attractive for increasing a solar-pond's temperature and for recovering low-level waste-heat. Thermodynamic analysis of the performance of an EAHT is complicated due to the associated complex differential equations and simulation programs. This paper proposes the use of artificial neural-networks (ANNs) as a new approach to determine the performance parameters, as functions of only the working temperatures of the EAHT, which is used to increase the solar pond's temperature under various working conditions. Thus, this study is helpful in predicting the performance of an EAHT where the temperatures are known. Scaled conjugate gradient (SCG) and Levenberg–Marquardt (LM) learning algorithms and a logistic sigmoid transfer-function were used in the network. The best approach was investigated for performance parameters with developed software using various algorithms. The best statistical coefficients of multiple determinations (R2-values) equal 0.99995, 0.99997 and 0.99995 for the coefficient of performance (COP), exergetic coefficient of performance (ECOP) and circulation ratio (F), respectively obtained by the LM algorithm with seven neurons. In the comparison of performances, results obtained via analytic equations and by means of the ANN, the COP, ECOP and F for all working situations differ by less than 1.05%, 0.7% and 3.07%, respectively. These accuracies are acceptable in the design of the EAHT. The ANN approach greatly reduces the time required by design engineers to find the optimum solution. Apart from reducing the time required, it is possible to find solutions that make solar-energy applications more viable and thus more attractive to potential users. Also, this approach has the advantages of high computational speed, low cost for feasibility, rapid turn-around, which is especially important during iterative design phases, and ease of design by operators with little technical experience. 相似文献
