Textured surface is commonly used to enhance the efficiency of silicon solar cells by reducing the overall reflectance and improving the light scattering. In this study, a comparison between isotropic and anisotropic etching methods was investigated. The deep funnel shaped structures with high aspect ratio are proposed for better light trapping with low reflectance in crystalline silicon solar cells. The anisotropic metal assisted chemical etching (MACE) was used to form the funnel shaped structures with various aspect ratios. The funnel shaped structures showed an average reflectance of 14.75% while it was 15.77% for the pillar shaped structures. The average reflectance was further reduced to 9.49% using deep funnel shaped structures with an aspect ratio of 1:1.18. The deep funnel shaped structures with high aspect ratios can be employed for high performance of crystalline silicon solar cells.  相似文献

In this work a multicommuted flow system employing copper–4,4′- dipyridyl coordination compound as the solid-phase reagent for the spectrophotometric determination of reducing sugar was developed. The coordination compound was synthesized through a reaction of the 4,4′-dipyridyl and copper (II) nitrate, under hydrothermal conditions. The complex was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), power X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Based on the characterization, a multicommuted spectrophotometric procedure for the determination of reducing sugar using copper (II) complex as solid reagent is proposed. The proposed method was based on the redox reaction between a monosaccharide, such as fructose and glucose (reducing sugar) and Cu(II). This reaction, mediated in an alkaline medium, produces a yellow compound that can be determined by absorption electronic spectroscopy (λABS = 420 nm). Under optimum experimental conditions, a linear response ranging from 1.0 to 20.0 g L−1 (R = 0.9978 and n = 5), a detection (3σ criterion) and quantification (10σ criterion) limit estimated at 0.23 and 0.75 g L−1, respectively, a standard deviation relative of 4.7% (n = 7), for a reference solution of 10.0 g L−1 reducing sugar, and a sampling rate of 75 determinations per hour were achieved. The proposed system was applied to the determination of reducing sugars in coconut water and juices. The analysis of ten samples and the application of the t-test to the results found, and those obtained using reference procedures (AOAC), provided no significant differences at a 95% confidence level. This system enabled the analysis of reducing sugar with ease and simplicity, providing a significant economy of the solid reagent (600 μg per determination) and reducing effluent generation.  相似文献

针对现有混合入侵检测模型仅定性选取特征而导致检测精度较低的问题,同时为了充分结合误用检测模型和异常检测模型的优势,提出一种采用信息增益率的混合入侵检测模型.首先,利用信息增益率定量地选择特征子集,最大程度地保留样本信息;其次,采用余弦时变粒子群算法确定支持向量机参数构建误用检测模型,使其更好地平衡粒子在全局和局部的搜索能力,然后,选取灰狼算法确定单类支持向量机参数构建异常检测模型,以此来提高对最优参数的搜索效率和精细程度,综合提高混合入侵检测模型对攻击的检测效果;最后,通过两种数据集进行仿真实验,验证了所提混合入侵检测模型具有较好的检测性能.  相似文献

Through a mechanism called quorum sensing, bacteria are able to express specific genes in response to population density. Cell-to-cell communication in bacteria is mediated by signal molecules such as acylated homoserine lactones (AHLs). This work aimed to detect AHL production in Gram-negative psychrotrophic bacteria isolated from raw milk. A total of 84.9% of the bacteria were identified as AHL producers eliciting a diversity of responses in the AHL-monitor systems. These results demonstrate that AHL-production is common among psychrotrophic bacteria isolated from milk, and indicate that quorum sensing may play an important role in the spoilage of this product.  相似文献

In the fed-batch cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, excessive glucose addition leads to increased ethanol accumulation, which will reduce the efficiency of glucose utilization and inhibit product synthesis. Insufficient glucose addition limits cell growth. To properly regulate glucose feed, a different evolution algorithm based on self-adaptive control strategy was proposed, consisting of three modules (PID, system identification and parameter optimization). Performance of the proposed and conventional PID controllers was validated and compared in simulated and experimental cultivations. In the simulation, cultivation with the self-adaptive control strategy had a more stable glucose feed rate and concentration, more stable ethanol concentration around the set-point (1.0 g•L-1), and final biomass concentration of 34.5 g-DCW•L-1, 29.2% higher than that with a conventional PID control strategy. In the experiment, the cultivation with the self-adaptive control strategy also had more stable glucose and ethanol concentrations, as well as a final biomass concentration that was 37.4% higher than that using the conventional strategy.  相似文献

This article addresses a method for placement determination of robotic drilling system on two-dimensional manifold in robot joint space. It has been proved that the feasibility of positioning error compensation on two-dimensional manifold, and that the continuity of the robot parameters in the two-dimensional space is the prerequisite to perform the compensation in previous study. It appears that there are bifurcations which might break the continuity of the robot parameters on the two-dimensional manifold due to improper placement. To avoid bifurcations, a performance index and a set of optimization procedure are proposed to achieve proper placement of robotic machining system. Experiments conducted on a KUKA robot have verified the effectiveness of the proposed placement optimization method. Experiment results indicated that positioning errors were significantly improved with the proposed method, which is beneficial for robotic machining accuracy.  相似文献

In this paper, a feedback model predictive control method is presented to tackle control problems with constrained multivariables for uncertain discrete‐time nonlinear Markovian jump systems. An uncertain Markovian jump fuzzy system (MJFS) is obtained by employing the Takagi‐Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model to represent a discrete‐time nonlinear system with norm bounded uncertainties and Markovain jump parameters. To achieve more generality, the transition probabilities of the Markov chain are assumed to be partly unknown and partly accessible. The predictive formulation adopts an on‐line optimization paradigm that utilizes the closed‐loop state feedback controller and is solved using the standard semi‐definite programming (SDP). To reduce the on‐line computational burden, a mode independent control move is calculated at every sampling time based on a stochastic fuzzy Lyapunov function (FLF) and a parallel distributed compensation (PDC) scheme. The robust mean square stability, performance minimization and constraint satisfaction properties are guaranteed under the control move for all admissible uncertainties. 化工过程的数据中常常含有较多的随机误差和粗差干扰,导致传统的稳态检测方法无法得到准确的结果,从而降低系统故障诊断的可靠性。针对实际的工业过程数据,提出一种融合自适应平滑技术的稳态检测方法,该方法首先以基于导数分析的自适应平滑算法进行降噪处理,消除随机误差的影响,然后引入阈值拟合技术进一步抑制粗差干扰,以多项式滤波方法对数据进行稳态检测,根据测量信号的趋势特征确定过程是否处于稳态。仿真实验研究表明:融合自适应平滑技术的稳态检测方法能够克服传统稳态检测方法中随机误差和粗差干扰对检测结果的影响,进而显著提高稳态检测处理的准确性,检测结果明显优于传统的基于多项式滤波的检测方法。  相似文献

提出利用均衡化特征匹配来进行非刚性细胞形体跟踪的方法。采用重启动的随机游走方法建立并求解特征匹配概率模型,利用双向均衡方法对匹配邻接矩阵进行均衡化处理,得到指定目标与待跟踪目标之间的精确匹配,以获得目标的定位跟踪结果。同时利用特征匹配结果进行目标的自动标定,并应用图像分割方法进行目标的精确轮廓跟踪。实验结果表明,将该方法应用于视频中动态背景下的运动细胞形态跟踪时,在背景相似度较高及目标迅速移动的条件下,表现出了良好的性能,与同类方法相比可获得较高的定位精度以及更为准确的目标轮廓。  相似文献
