为了研发一种应用于CO2探测激光雷达的全光纤宽带可调谐高功率光源,以CO2的超精确吸收谱为基础,结合外腔可调谐激光器和L波段光纤放大器,进行了理论分析和实验验证,取得了针对1572nm附近吸收峰的连续调谐窄线宽光源的数据,并通过铒镱双包层光纤放大器将输出光功率提升到瓦级以上。结果表明,光源输出功率大于10dBm,边模抑制比大于50dB,线宽500kHz左右,1572nm放大器最大增益可达25.13dB,输出光功率达到1W以上。该光源具有体积小、低功耗和低成本的优势,对实现更大范围的空间CO2浓度探测分析有一定的帮助。 相似文献

A cost-effective all-optical discrete Fourier transformer (ODFT) is designed based on a silicon planar lightwave circuit (PLC), which can be applied to all-optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) transmission systems and can be achieved by current techniques. It consists of 2 × 2 directional couplers, phase shifters and optical delay lines. Metal-film heaters are used as phase shifters, according to the thermooptic effect of SiO2. Based on the ODFT, a 160 Gb/s OFDM system is set up. Simulation results show excellent bit error rate (BER) and optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR) performances after 400 km transmission. 相似文献

Gratings of distributed feedback laser diodes (DFB LDs) have been successfully manufactured by nanoimprint lithography (NIL). Uniform gratings with periods of about 240 nm and phase-shifted in the center have been fabricated by a soft press NIL employing a polymer stamp technology. Moreover, the shape of the grating is rectangle, rather than sinusoidal by holography.The test results show good characteristics of the electrical and spectral output. The results of this study indicate that NIL has high potential for the manufacture of DFB LDs. 相似文献

针对相干光通信系统对窄线宽可调谐激光器的要求,提出并实际研制了一种基于MEMS(微电子机械系统)技术的外腔可调谐激光器,分析了外腔参数对激光器性能的影响。该激光器尺寸符合光互联论坛关于ITLA(集成可调谐激光器组件)的标准01.2,调谐范围覆盖C波段内40nm,输出功率N13dBm,光谱线宽N100kHz。为进一步验证器件的性能,使用该激光器作为本振光源,验证了它在基于PM-DQPSK(偏振复用-四相相移键控)的100Gbit/s传输系统中的性能,实验结果表明,该激光器可作为高速相干光通信系统中窄线宽可调谐光源的理想选择。 相似文献

文章提出了一种基于微电子机械系统(Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems,MEMS)的新型可调谐光滤波器(OTF),分析了其基本原理和结构,研究了其光学特性,并制作出了OTF成品.得到的OTF成品体积只有51 mm×16 mm×10 mm,3 dB带宽约为0.3 nm,具有体积小、控制简单和光学性能优良等特点.最后,研究了这种MEMS OTF用于EDFA前置放大器时的特性. 相似文献

Fiber grating is an optical passive device which has been greatly developed in recent years.The largest application for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is the fiber sensor.Cross-sensitivity of fiber grating sensor is the most important problem which has restricted the development of the fiber sensor.In this paper, we explain how the crosssensitivity problem is produced based on the basic principle, and we suggest a modification for the traditional dual-wavelength matrix calculation method, which is used to solve the cross-sensitivity problem.The modified calculation method has a higher accuracy than the traditional one. 相似文献
