基于Web技术的化工工业过程远程监控系统

根据实际的工业生产过程,在分析远程监控系统功能和层次结构的基础上,提出了基于Web技术的工业过程远程监控系统体系结构。从系统开发角度出发,研究了在Web技术下的工业过程远程监控系统所涉及的Web应用程序开发、Socket数据通信、JDBC数据库访问、数据采集、控制策略、实时数据发布等关键技术,并设计实现了一个高可靠性工业过程远程监控系统。通过实例的应用和系统长时间的运行表明,本系统具有运行稳定、控制动作迅速、数据传送实时性好等优点。

选煤厂监控系统开发与应用

针对李子垭选煤厂的选煤工艺特点,采用计算机与P L C相接合的控制技术、现场总线通信技术并辅以视频监控技术,对选煤厂生产过程的监控系统进行研究、设计和开发。系统以P L C作为控制层核心,以工控计算机、工业以太网和组态软件作为管理层,以现场总线和各种自主研发的矿用本安传感器作为设备层,构建起三层网络结构,实现集中控制和信息化管理。该选煤厂监控系统已投入使用,运行表明,该系统不仅功能完善,而且提高了选煤厂生产效率,保障了生产安全和产品质量。

面向产业集群的计算机网络课程群建设的研究

本文是辽宁省教育科学"十二五"规划立项课题《面向产业集群的计算机网络课程群建设》(课题编号为:JG12EB115)的核心成果。本文从计算机网络人才的需求调研出发,充分开展校企合作,研究计算机网络方向的人才培养方案从而依照人才培养方案进行计算机网络课程群建设。本文阐述了面向产业集群的计算机网络课程群建设的研究思路,创新点和具体实现步骤,本文的研究深化了校企合作内容,为计算机网络人才培养开拓了"双轨道"校企合作的新模式,同时提高了学生的动手能力和就业竞争力。因此,本文的研究对我校计算机网络人才培养具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义。     

An architecture for adaptive fuzzy control in industrial environments

The paper presents an architecture for adaptive fuzzy control of industrial systems. Both conventional and adaptive fuzzy control can be designed. The control methodology can integrate a priori knowledge about the control and/or about the plant, with on-line control adaptation mechanisms to cope with time-varying and/or uncertain plant parameters. The paper presents the fuzzy control software architecture that can be integrated in industrial processing and communication structures. It includes four distinct modules: a mathematical fuzzy library, a graphical user interface (GUI), fuzzy controller, and industrial communication. Three types of adaptive fuzzy control methods have been studied, and compared: (1) direct adaptive, (2) indirect adaptive, and (3) combined direct/indirect adaptive. An experimental benchmark composed of two mechanically coupled electrical DC motors has been employed to study the performance of the presented control architectures. The first motor acts as an actuator, while the second motor is used to generate nonlinearities and/or time-varying load. Results indicate that all tested controllers have good performance in overcoming changes of DC motor load.     

Increasing availability of industrial systems through data stream mining

Improving industrial product reliability, maintainability and thus availability is a challenging task for many industrial companies. In industry, there is a growing need to process data in real time, since the generated data volume exceeds the available storage capacity. This paper consists of a review of data stream mining and data stream management systems aimed at improving product availability. Further, a newly developed and validated grid-based classifier method is presented and compared to one-class support vector machine (OCSVM) and a polygon-based classifier.     

Feasibility analysis of hybrid control networks based on common industrial protocol

This paper reports a feasibility analysis of the use of a hybrid control network based on the Common Industrial Protocol (CIP). For this feasibility analysis, the message service time between DeviceNet and the wireless devices is investigated. The feasibility of hybrid control networks is analyzed using a mathematical analysis and experimental tests. The experimental results show the feasibility of the hybrid control networks in terms of the polling/COS service time and the average end-to-end delays.     

Identification of the unobservable behaviour of industrial automation systems by Petri nets

This paper addresses the problem of identifying the model of the unobservable behaviour of discrete event systems in the industrial automation sector. Assuming that the fault-free system structure and dynamics are known, the paper proposes an algorithm that monitors the system on-line, storing the occurred observable event sequence and the corresponding reached states. At each event observation, the algorithm checks whether some unobservable events have occurred on the basis of the knowledge of the Petri net (PN) modelling the nominal system behaviour and the knowledge of the current PN marking. By defining and solving some integer linear programming problems, the algorithm decides whether it is necessary to introduce some unobservable (silent) transitions in the PN model and provides a PN structure that is consistent with the observed event string. A case study describing an industrial automation system shows the efficiency and the applicability of the proposed algorithm.
