In the recent years, industrial clusters have received considerable attention from economists and industrial analysts, because they are seen as the main reason for economic growth and success of certain economic region. This study systematically reviews past researches of industrial cluster. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of this issue regarding the driving forces for the growth of industrial cluster and find out the priority among these cluster policies. Taiwan HsinChu Science Park is a prime example for this paper, and its connection with the innovative participators. We begin with an examination of the literature on cluster about its driving forces and policies upon which we propose a conceptual framework. In doing so, we explore the cluster-based industrial system. Then this research adopts the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process as the analytical tool. The Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the weightings for evaluation dimension among decision makers. From our research results, the Factor Conditions is the most important driving force for advancing the industrial cluster performance. Moreover, the promotion of international linkages policy and broader framework policies rank the first two priorities for cluster policy. Overall, this paper concludes with some simulations of cluster policy alternatives confronting the industry and the Taiwanese government.  相似文献

提出了一种以扩展Park矢量方法为故障特征提取手段、利用BP网络的模式识别功能自动诊断异步电机转子断条故障的新方法。该方法消除了故障信号中基频成分对断条故障特征分量的“湮没”影响,同时实现了故障的自动识别,免去了人为介入。故障诊断实例表明:该方法具有良好的有效性和准确性。  相似文献

Knowledge of the distribution of vegetation on the landscape can be used to investigate ecosystem functioning. The sizes and movements of animal populations can be linked to resources provided by different plant species. This paper demonstrates the application of imaging spectroscopy to the study of vegetation in Yellowstone National Park (Yellowstone) using spectral feature analysis of data from the Airborne Visible/Infrared Imaging Spectrometer (AVIRIS). AVIRIS data, acquired on August 7, 1996, were calibrated to surface reflectance using a radiative transfer model and field reflectance measurements of a ground calibration site. A spectral library of canopy reflectance signatures was created by averaging pixels of the calibrated AVIRIS data over areas of known forest and nonforest vegetation cover types in Yellowstone. Using continuum removal and least squares fitting algorithms in the US Geological Survey's Tetracorder expert system, the distributions of these vegetation types were determined by comparing the absorption features of vegetation in the spectral library with the spectra from the AVIRIS data. The 0.68 μm chlorophyll absorption feature and leaf water absorption features, centered near 0.98 and 1.20 μm, were analyzed. Nonforest cover types of sagebrush, grasslands, willows, sedges, and other wetland vegetation were mapped in the Lamar Valley of Yellowstone. Conifer cover types of lodgepole pine, whitebark pine, Douglas fir, and mixed Engelmann spruce/subalpine fir forests were spectrally discriminated and their distributions mapped in the AVIRIS images. In the Mount Washburn area of Yellowstone, a comparison of the AVIRIS map of forest cover types to a map derived from air photos resulted in an overall agreement of 74.1% (kappa statistic=0.62).  相似文献

Harmonics free system voltage or currents form a closed loop in voltage–voltage or current–current plane. In this loop cleavages appear with the presence of harmonics, order of which is directly proportional to number of cleavages. Reactive and active power of the system are related with the area in vi and vit planes covered by the curves consisting of fundamental waveform along with harmonic components, wherefrom, active power and reactive power distortion factors have been measured to assess power quality in a three-phase power system. Park transformation technique has been used for power distortion factor measurement, which has reduced the computational effort to a great extent.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new methodology for diagnosing the occurrence of stator winding faults in the six-phase induction motor. The proposed approach uses the xy current trajectory mass center of the motor stator currents. The Park transform is applied to the acquired induction motor stator currents. This transformation allows obtaining specific patterns that are used to identify stator winding faults. For healthy motors, a single point in the xy-plane is obtained. However, for a motor with a stator winding fault a circle is obtained, whose radius is related with the severity of the fault. To identify these patterns an algorithm, entitled current trajectory mass center, was developed. A theoretical analysis of the six-phase motor in αβ and xy current coordinates, for healthy and stator fault operation modes, is also presented. In order to show the applicability of the proposed technique several simulation and experimental results are presented.  相似文献

随着机场由交通场所向区域节点的跨越转变,临空经济区也随之相应地发生着变化,其产业和空间形态已由孤立的城市边缘空间向融入区域一体化发展转变。因此,需要对临空经济区的产生机理、空间布局规律和特点、未来发展趋势进行总结及展望。研究从梳理国内外临空经济区的文献出发,对临空经济区的概念和空间发展模式进行探讨。从机场与临空经济区的关系出发,研究临空经济区与机场、中心城市、腹地之间在产业和空间上的互动关系—集聚效应与分散效应,勾勒出临空经济空间布局演变过程:独立机场区—机场产业化区—空港都市区,结合临空经济区出现的新变化和特点,探索和展望临空经济区的未来发展趋势—航空市镇群的发展。  相似文献
