The Role of Acceptance and Job Control in Mental Health, Job Satisfaction, and Work Performance.

Acceptance, the willingness to experience thoughts, feelings, and physiological sensations without having to control them or let them determine one's actions, is a major individual determinant of mental health and behavioral effectiveness in a more recent theory of psychopathology. This 2-wave panel study examined the ability of acceptance also to explain mental health, job satisfaction, and performance in the work domain. The authors hypothesized that acceptance would predict these 3 outcomes 1 year later in a sample of customer service center workers in the United Kingdom (N = 412). Results indicated that acceptance predicted mental health and an objective measure of performance over and above job control, negative affectivity, and locus of control. These beneficial effects of having more job control were enhanced when people had higher levels of acceptance. The authors discuss the theoretical and practical relevance of this individual characteristic to occupational health and performance. 道路与立交匝道平面中线的计算机自动绘制是道路路线CAD软件的核心功能之一,在道路工程计算机动态交互式设计、计算机辅助成图方面具有基础性作用.依据道路中线线形的曲率变化特点,推导了道路中线坐标计算的通用数学模型,并根据一个工程实例在通用图形系统AutoCAD环境下实现了道路与匝道中线的自动绘制.     

The value of certification: an empirical assessment of the perceptions of end-users of local area networks

Abstract. Certification is one criterion that employers seek when hiring network professionals. Many employers assume a certified network professional is better able to manage networked resources than is a non-certified counterpart. Therefore, employers often offer a monetary premium to attract certified network professionals. By measuring end-user perceptions, the current study empirically assesses the popular industry assumption that certified network professionals are more adept managers of network resources than those individuals who are not certified network professionals. Analyses of a data derived from 299 end-users of 11 separate local area networks indicate no statistically significant difference exists between the capabilities of certified network professionals and non-certified network professionals.     

Individual differences in self-assessed health: An information-processing investigation of health and illness cognition.

In 2 studies, the relation between measures of self-assessed health (SAH) and automatic processing of health-relevant information was investigated. In Study 1, 84 male and 86 female undergraduate students completed a modified Stroop task. Results indicated that participants with poorer SAH showed enhanced interference effects for illness versus non-illness words. In Study 2, 27 male and 30 female undergraduate students completed a self-referent encoding task. Results offered a conceptual replication and extension of Study 1 by confirming the specificity of the relation between SAH measures and automatic processing of health (vs negative or positive general trait) information. These studies provide evidence that individual differences in SAH are reflected in schematic processing of health-relevant information. 随着现代军用通信网络的发展与进步，第三代高频自动链路建立协议(Third-generation HF Automatic Link Establishment)将逐渐取代现有的第二代协议。首先从CSMA机制、Dwell—Groups技术、Multi—Slot技术等方面概略地介绍了3G-ALE技术。然后在同步工作模式下，将Dwell—Groups技术、Multi—Slot技术应用在协议当中进行了对比仿真，并分析了Dwell—Groups技术、Multi—Slot技术对3G-ALE系统性能的影响。     

Research and application of automatic control system of argon blowing at ladle shroud

Argon blowing at the ladle shroud requires the best flow control strategy to effectively avoid the secondary oxidation of molten steel, slag entrapment and heat loss during the casting of the tundish, and at the same time, give full play to the role of bubbles to remove inclusions. Therefore, an automatic control system for argon blowing at the ladle shroud was proposed. The data collected by S7-300PLC and software programming were used to adjust the argon blowing flow online in real time according to factors such as pouring and continuous pouring. On this basis, PID control algorithm and closed loop control mechanism were used for real time adjustment. The flow control valve ensures theminimum deviation between the actual value of the flow and the set value. The production data of this system in the first quarter of 2021 in a special steel plant show that the proportion of furnaces with an acid soluble aluminum (Als) loss percentage of less than 10% of each steel grade has increased by 5.52%, and the proportion of furnaces with an Als loss percentage of more than 60% has increased from 1% decrease to 0. The actual application results show that the use of the system improves the surface quality of the continuous casting slab and the performance of the final product.

目的　对作战飞机火控系统的故障检测 ,传统的方法是使用多种检测仪器对机载火控设备进行性能检查 ,不仅技术含量低 ,也给飞机转场后技术阵地的转移带来不便 ,不能满足现代战争的需要 ,为提高战机的作战效能和快速反应的能力 ,研制了机载火控系统自动测试仪 .方法　采用 VXI总线技术、合理的硬件配置和在 Lab Windows/CVI环境下的软件模块化设计方案 .结果　在实际应用中取得了良好效果 ,为技术人员进行机载火控系统的性能及故障检测提供了便利 .结论　该测试仪具有测试结果准确 ,自动化程度高 ,工作稳定可靠 ,操作简便 ,易于转移和维护等优点 ,并具有较高的抗干扰能力 ,不仅适用与内场 ,还可用于在外场对机载火控系统进行原位检测
