GIS气体高压开关在阳煤五矿变电站的应用

针对阳煤五矿广场变电站的高压开关老化问题,为了保证安全性,采用了GIS气体的高压绝缘开关进行了改造。在改造后,变电站的安全性得到了显著提高,设备运行可以节省成本200多万元。     

Compiler compatible 5.66 Mb/mm2 8T 1R1W register file in 14 nm FinFET technology

1-read/1-write (1R1W) register file (RF) is a popular memory configuration in modern feature rich SoCs requiring significant amount of embedded memory. A memory compiler is constructed using the 8T RF bitcell spanning a range of instances from 32 b to 72 Kb. An 8T low-leakage bitcell of 0.106 μm² is used in a 14 nm FinFET technology with a 70 nm contacted gate pitch for high-density (HD) two-port (TP) RF memory compiler which achieves 5.66 Mb/mm² array density for a 72 Kb array which is the highest reported density in 14 nm FinFET technology. The density improvement is achieved by using techniques such as leaf-cell optimization (eliminating transistors), better architectural planning, top level connectivity through leaf-cell abutment and minimizing the number of unique leaf-cells. These techniques are fully compatible with memory compiler usage over the required span. Leakage power is minimized by using power-switches without degrading the density mentioned above. Self-induced supply voltage collapse technique is applied for write and a four stack static keeper is used for read Vmin improvement. Fabricated test chips using 14 nm process have demonstrated 2.33 GHz performance at 1.1 V/25 °C operation. Overall V_min of 550 mV is achieved with this design at 25 °C. The inbuilt power-switch improves leakage power by 12x in simulation. Approximately 8% die area of a leading 14 nm SoC in commercialization is occupied by these compiled RF instances.

数字化蓄热式钢包烘烤器及自动控制系统

蓄热式燃烧技术和脉冲燃烧技术是新型的节能环保燃烧技术。数字化蓄热式钢包烘烤器控制系统利用数字化脉冲控制把这两项技术结合在一起。这大大降低了能耗，减少环境污染。本文针对数字化蓄热式钢包烘烤器，提出升温阶段采用自寻优算法，不断调整换向时间，并能记忆最优参数，保证经过几次烘烤后系统整体最优；保温阶段即采用脉冲控制的方法。     

Small‐Sized High‐Power PIN Diode Switch with Defected Ground Structure for Wireless Broadband Internet

This letter presents a small‐sized, high‐power single‐pole double‐throw (SPDT) switch with defected ground structure (DGS) for wireless broadband Internet application. To reduce the circuit size by using a slow‐wave characteristic, the DGS is used for the quarter‐wave (°/4) transmission line of the switch. To secure a high degree of isolation, the switch with DGS is composed of shunt‐connected PIN diodes. It shows an insertion loss of 0.8 dB, an isolation of 50 dB or more, and power capability of at least 50 W at 2.3 GHz. The switch shows very similar performance to the conventional shunt‐type switch, but the circuit size is reduced by about 50% simply with the use of DGS patterns.     

Scalable and Structured Scheduling

Scheduling a program (i.e. constructing a timetable for the execution of its operations) is one of the most powerful methods for automatic parallelization. A schedule gives a blueprint for constructing a synchronous program, suitable for an ASIC or VLIW processor. However, constructing a schedule entails solving a large linear program. Even if one accepts the (experimental) fact that the Simplex is almost always polynomial, the scheduling time is of the order of a large power of the program size. Hence, the method does not scale well. The present paper proposes two methods for improving the situation. First, a large program can be divided into smaller units (processes), which can be scheduled separately. This is structured scheduling. Second, one can use projection methods for solving linear programs incrementally. This is specially efficient if the dependence graph is sparse.     

井喷失控预警的远距离自动调焦控制研究

井喷失控是石油及天然气钻井、完井过程可能出现的灾难性事故，给人类生命财产造成严重伤害，污染环境，破坏地下资源以及在城市火灾、森林火灾、环境变化等监测工作中常需要远距离目标监测，为了获得高清晰的实时图像数据，需要实时自动调焦。通过系统分析远距离相机离焦的原因，建立了一个实时调焦数学模型，并以此为基础研制了一种新的对应距离和温度变化的离焦补偿控制系统。该系统采用微型步进电机实现智能控制，通过监测目标距离确定监测相机的初始焦距，以及环境温度变化的实时反馈实现焦距的实时控制，使相机可以在－40～125 ℃范围内获得清晰、稳定的远距离图像。该系统适用于井喷失控石油及天然气火灾、城市火灾、森林火灾、环境变化等远距离目标的实时监测。     

卫星电视上行站信号自动监测系统

每个卫星电视上行站都必须对卫星转发器上的电视信号进行监测,才能及时发现卫星电视上行信号的异常变化,准确处理异常突发干扰。为实现自动、连续、实时监测,就需要建立卫星电视上行站射频信号自动监测系统。文章详细介绍了一个自动监测系统的设计及实现。     

乳品企业原位清洗自动控制方案的实现

在调查国内乳品厂现状的基础上,借鉴从国外引进设备的乳品厂设计和使用经验,结合我国的实际情况,并融入若干年自控设计经验,综述了各工艺设备原位清洗自控方案、实现手段和方法。     

SOI光电子集成

SOI（Silicon-on-Insulator)光电子集成已成为十分引人注目的研究课题，其工艺与CMOS工艺完全兼容，可以实现低成本的SOI基整片集成光电子回路。本文综述了近几年来SOI集成光电子器件的发展以及一些最新的研究进展，着重分析几种最新型光无源器件的工作原理和结构，包括SOI光波导、SOI光波导耦合器、SOI光波导开关、相位阵列波导光栅（PAWG）、基于SOI的光探测器等，并介绍了中国科学院半导体所集成光电子国家重点实验室的研究进展。
