台车式热处理炉控制系统的升级改造

针对中冶陕压重工设备有限公司热处理车间台车热处理炉改造自控系统方面的存在问题,对原有旧炉控制系统进行改造,改造后热处理炉设备升级、技术改进、效果显著,提高了热处理炉的性能。

对北满特钢锻钢公司快锻4样台车加热炉在生产中出现的问题进行了分析，并对设备缺陷进行了相应的优化改造，改造后的加热炉达到了满意的效果，提高了生产效率。     

基于全年动态负荷分析的冷热源方案设计

以北京某酒店为例,对该建筑进行全年逐时动态负荷计算分析。根据计算分析结果,确定制冷季梯级利用离心式冷水机组、螺杆机组和空气源热泵机组作为空调系统冷源,供热季利用板式换热器和空气源热泵机组作为空调系统热源,以达到系统节能的目的。     

西钢复吹转炉提高底吹寿命生产实践

西林钢铁公司炼钢总厂通过对底吹工艺制度优化，提高底吹寿命达到13000炉以上，保证复吹转炉的冶金效果，降低生产成本，稳定产品质量。     

Effects of the TiC and sintering process on the TiC-steel composite

In this paper, the composite of low alloy steel reinforced with TiC particles was prepared by conventional powder metallurgy process. The effects of the combined carbon content of TiC powder, sintering temperature and heating rate on the composite were studied. The results showed that the selected TiC powder has a combined carbon content of 17.91?wt-% and the optimal sintering process is heating from 600 to 1440°C at a rate of 1°C?min^?1 and holding for 1?h at 1440°C. The composite after heat treatment has excellent mechanical properties with density of 6.45?g?cm^?3, hardness of 68–69 HRC and TRS of 1763?MPa, respectively, and will be used as wear-resistant parts, assembly fixtures, moulds, etc.     

不锈钢酸洗污泥微波场中升温特性的研究

本文就酸洗污泥微波场中的升温特性进行了系统研究,旨在为探求酸洗污泥微波辐射深度脱水新工艺提供理论依据.结果表明,酸洗污泥干泥在微波场中的升温特性为先缓慢升温至拐点温度后开始快速升温;酸洗污泥湿泥在微波场中的升温特性为先快速升温至110℃左右后开始缓慢升温,直至水分蒸发完才出现拐点温度并开始快速升温.     

Optimized laser processing of calibration blocks for grinding burn detection with Barkhausen noise

Calibration samples for the Barkhausen noise (BN) method were produced with laser processing. A planet gear wheel used for production quality control was subjected to laser irradiation to verify the BN sensor output. Different samples were found to respond similarly to the laser processing although the laser parameters needed to be adjusted for different surface qualities separately. The surface optimization for laser processing was studied with different surface qualities of samples. The ground surface was compared with a sandblasted and vibratory ground surface. The ground and sandblasted surfaces were both amenable to the laser processing whereas the vibratory grinding process created inhomogeneous surfaces for laser beam absorption. Laser processing was found to produce uniform changes in the residual stress values in two perpendicular measuring directions. The root mean square value of the BN voltage signal exhibited linear correlations with the values of the residual stress and surface hardness.

高温耐火纤维整体拼装作为一种先进的材料和技术,在轧钢加热炉炉顶上运用比传统的耐火材料炉顶有着显著的优点,能大幅度延长炉顶的使用寿命,减少加热炉的热损失,缩短加热炉炉顶的检修时间,提高炉子生产率。     

软组织内金属异物Ｃ臂下单针定位特制钳取出术

【 摘要】 目的 探讨软组织内金属异物C臂下单针定位特制钳取术的可行性、微创性和安全性。方法 诊治38例 137颗金属异物软组织内存留患者,异物长度为0.2 ~ 3.5 cm,宽度为0.1 ~ 1.0 cm,离体表距离为0.5 ~ 6.5 cm,存留时间1 h ~ 10年。采用C臂透视下单针定位引入特制异物钳到异物处,夹住异物取出体外。结果 38例患者134颗异物均1次成功取出。手术时间为5 ~ 35 min,X线照射时间为0.5 ~ 4 min。未发生并发症。结论 C臂下单针定位特制钳取出术,是取出软组织内金属异物的1种简便、安全、微创,值得推广的方法。
