横泉水库供水发电洞工程地质分析与评价

通过大量野外工程地质勘察与测试工作，在此基础上给出了横泉水库供水发电洞的工程地质分析与评价，从而使该水库的施工有了充分的理论依据。     

Fast handoff with reducing waste rate approach for wireless resources management in UMTS mobile networks

3G Wideband CDMA systems adopt the Orthogonal Variable Spreading Factor code tree as the channelization codes management for achieving high data rate transmission in personal multimedia communications. It assigns a single channelization code for each accepted connection. Nevertheless, it wastes the system capacity when the required rate is not powers of two of the basic rate. One good solution is to assign multiple codes for each accepted connection but it causes two inevitable drawbacks: long handoff delay and new call setup delay due to high complexity of processing with multiple channelization codes, and high cost of using more number of rake combiners. Especially, long handoff delay may result in more call dropping probability and higher Grade of Service, which will degrade significantly the utilization and revenue of the 3G cellular systems. Therefore, we propose herein an adaptive efficient codes determination algorithm based on the Markov Decision Process analysis approach to reduce the waste rate and reassignments significantly while providing fast handoff. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed approach yields several advantages, including the lowest GOS, the least waste rate, and the least number of reassignments. Meanwhile, the optimal number of rake combiners is also analyzed in this paper. 在阐述功率控制在移动通信系统中的发展过程的基础上，着重研究了WCDMA系统的功率控制，最后对功率控制未来的研究方向做了简要的分析。     

稳压并抑制谐波的新型电源

由于电网谐波污染严重，对谐波的抑制已成为供电部门的重要任务。文章介绍一种既能稳压又能抑制谐波的新型电源，它采用串联型有源电力滤波的方法，通过瞬态电压补偿后可得到纯净的三相正弦平衡电压。     

Effect of Strain Rate on Discontinuous Flow and Mechanical Characteristics of High-Nitrogenous Steel

Experimental study on the effect of strain rate on discontinuous flow and mechanical characteristics of the high-nitrogenous steel Kh23AG19F has been performed. Within the range of strain rates from 4.62 · 10^-5 to 1.85 · 10 ^-4 s^-1, discontinuous flow, reflected by serration on the tensile diagram, is chiefly determined by intergranular deformation mechanisms. Under strain rates over 1.85 · 10^-2 s^-1, combined deformation modes prevail, which cause a change in the character of discontinuous flow and transform a serrated tensile diagram into a wavy graph, with the yield stress of steel increased significantly.     

能源实时监控与信息管理系统出现的问题及解决的方法

中国石化北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司动力事业部二供水车间电气改造完成后，能源实时监控与信息管理系统出现线路名称不统一、电流互感系数变比不起作用、数据查询功能及统计报表数据的准确性等问题，严重地影响系统的使用。通过对比分析，找到了出现问题的实质，对源代码进行修改，问题得到了解决。同时也成功地解决了其他部门遇到相类似的问题。     

七里北地区钻井工程地质特征及提高钻速的技术途径

七里北潜伏构造南邻渡口河、北邻铁山坡,这些构造均在飞仙关鲕滩钻获良好的天然气,具有很好的勘探前景。七里北1井钻探表明,该井在飞仙关地层获天然气80×104m3,但储层埋藏深度达5600m,且侏罗系地层的钻井工程地质条件与相邻构造有显著差异,钻井速度低和钻具事故多这两大问题突出,严重制约了探井钻井速度。认真分析了七里北1井的钻井工程地质特征,有针对性地提出提高飞仙关探井钻井速度的技术途径,有利于解决钻井工程面临的突出问题,对加快该地区飞仙关鲕滩气藏的勘探速度有着重要意义。     

浅谈创建节约型油库

介绍了中国石化江苏盐城石油分公司新兴油库创建节约型油库活动的经验和取得的较好的经济效益。他们的做法是：高度重视，提高全员创建思想意识。充分发挥员工的积极作用；细化措施，努力挖掘降本增效空间；强化监控，建立健全长效管理机制。     

变表皮系数在气井试井解释中的应用

在气井试井解释中,使用固定的表皮系数来进行压力全历史拟合,很难将压力历史曲线拟合好,而且不尽合理。气体的高速流动,导致气井附加的压力降。流量越大,表皮系数越大。基于叠加原理,以及变表皮系数的理论,通过实例分析,对气井不稳定试井进行压力全历史拟合,获得了很好的拟合效果。通过拟合获得的各流动段表皮系数,由线性回归得到真表皮系数。
