基于MAPINFO和VB的自来水管网信息系统的建立

介绍基于MapInfo平台，利用VB语言进行二次开发，建立自来水管网地理信息系统的关键技术及其注意的问题。     

Operation of superconducting fault current limiter using vacuum interrupter driven by electromagnetic repulsion force for commutating switch

Using conventional high‐temperature superconducting wire, a model superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) is made and tested. Solenoid coil using Bi2223 silver sheath wire is so made that inductance is as small as possible and a vacuum interrupter is connected in series to it. A conventional reactor coil is connected in parallel. When the fault current flows in this equipment, superconducting wire is quenched and current is transferred into the parallel coil because of voltage drop of superconducting wire. This large current in parallel coil actuates magnetic repulsion mechanism of vacuum interrupter. Due to opening of vacuum interrupter, the current in superconducting wire is broken. By using this equipment, current flow time in superconducting wire can be easily minimized. On the other hand, the fault current is also easily limited by large reactance of parallel coil. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于数字网络的会议系统技术

讨论现代声频技术的一个重要分支——"会议系统"的组成、特点、相关的国家标准、主要的应用技术及其发展动向。着重介绍近年国内外基于数字网络的会议系统新技术如数字处理和传输、高频和红外传输、NOMA、哑声对应互动、摄像自动跟踪、会议电视、交互数字白板以及多会议室系统控制和声像灯光网络化集控平台等技术,并举出典型的应用实例。     

嵌入式Web服务器在中小水电信息采集系统中的应用

中小水电站大多数建在偏远山区，并网管理难度非常大，解决中小水电站的信息传输是主要的技术难点之一。随着计算机技术的发展，嵌入式Web服务器技术在远程监控和实时通信系统中的应用越来越广泛。将Web技术引入中小水电站信息采集系统中，可以实现对中小水电站基于浏览器方式的远程监控。文中结合中小水电站通信结构，介绍了嵌入式Web服务器技术在中小水电站信息采集系统中的应用。     

Paul阱中共线两离子量子力学问题

运用熟知的级数截断方法,设计程序计算了线性Paul阱中两离子量子门系统Schr(o)dinger方程的精确解,分析了质心波函数几个较低能级的态,并作出对应的几率分布图;计算相对距离的方均差△r2＞(h)/2,相对运动的动量方均差△p2＜(h)/2,并满足量子力学的Heisenberg不确定度关系△r.△p＞(h)/2,它满足压缩态的条件,即质心处于基态时,两离子相对位置的量子态是一个压缩态,并得到了两离子纠缠态的表达式.纠缠的存在对量子计算和量子信息有影响,量子测量的不确定度和纠缠是在实验中应加以考虑的问题.     

A stochastic realization algorithm via block LQ decomposition in Hilbert space

A stochastic realization problem of a stationary stochastic process is re-visited, and a new stochastically balanced realization algorithm is derived in a Hilbert space generated by second-order stationary processes. The present algorithm computes a stochastically balanced realization by means of the singular value decomposition of a weighted block Hankel matrix derived by a “block LQ decomposition”. Extension to a stochastic subspace identification method explains how the proposed abstract algorithm is implemented in system identification.     

Using Web resources to construct multilingual medical thesaurus for cross-language medical information retrieval

Due to the language barrier, non-English users are unable to retrieve the most updated medical information from the U.S. authoritative medical websites, such as PubMed and MedlinePlus. However, currently, there is no any cross-language medical information retrieval (CLMIR) system that can help Chinese-speaking consumers cross the language barrier in finding useful English medical information. A few CLMIR systems utilize MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) to help overcome the language barrier. Unfortunately, the traditional Chinese version of MeSH is currently unavailable.In this paper, we employ a semi-automatic term translation method to construct a Chinese–English MeSH by exploiting abundant multilingual Web resources, including Web anchor texts and search–result pages. Through this method, we have developed a Chinese–English Mesh Compilation System to assist knowledge engineers in compiling a Chinese–English medical thesaurus with more than 19,000 entries. Furthermore, this thesaurus has been used to develop a prototypical system for cross-language medical information retrieval, MMODE, which can help consumers retrieve top-quality English medical information using Chinese terms.     

Factive Presuppositions, Accommodation and Information Structure

There are three ways to refer to a fact from the complement of afactive verb: (1) Via abstract object anaphoric reference, or, witha full sentential complement that will be interpreted either (2) asa bound presupposition or (3) as triggering a presupposition of afact that will have to be accommodated. Spoken corpus examplesreveal that these three possibilities differ in relation to thetype of information they tend to contribute, and this has twoeffects. First, the information status of the fact and its role inthe discourse seem to affect the preference for one constructionover another in a particular context. Second, presupposed factivecomplements that need to be accommodated tend to be hearer-new andthe focus of the utterance, meaning that information structureseems to contribute to the felicity of accommodation ofpresupposed facts.
