Confinement of gold quantum dot arrays inside ordered mesoporous silica thin film

Periodic disposed quantum dot arrays are very useful for the large scale integration of single electron devices. Gold quantum dot arrays were self-assembled inside pore channels of ordered amino-functionalized mesoporous silica thin films, employing the neutralization reaction between chloroauric acid and amino groups. The diameters of quantum dots are controlled via changing the aperture of pore channels from 2.3 to 8.3 nm, which are characterized by HRTEM, SEM and FT-IR. UV-vis absorption spectra of gold nanoparticle/mesoporous silica composite thin films exhibit a blue shift and intensity drop of the absorption peak as the aperture of mesopores decreases,which represents the energy level change of quantum dot arrays due to the quantum size effect.     

Measurement optimum condition of speckle interferometry based on dual-camera technique

The speckle interferometer based on multi-camera technology using two cameras is applied to a dynamic deformation measurement of the package of an electronic device. To perform high precise measurement by this method, the optimum conditions for measurements are discussed concerning the size of speckle and the frequency of carrier signals. Under the optimum conditions, the deformation process of the package during the operation of an operational amplifier is measured. Then, the local maximum deformation can be estimated as 150 nm from experimental results. From the results, it can be also confirmed that electronic devices are deformed by the stress of a heat by an operation every second during the operating time.

The research on light emitting polymers are an interdisciplinary zone which has challenging investigates on materials science and engineering, physics of device architecture and technology. This review addresses the wide range of tailored polymers, evolution of LED device structure for high performance, single and multicolor polymer based LEDs. Though, polymers are possessing better efficiency and easy fabrication processes, it has very low stability and short life. This study also reviews, device degradation during device fabrication and operation.

组合式火箭爆破器系统飞行性算法研究

为提高爆炸带的展直率,确保火箭爆破器的破障效果,建立二维有限质点模型对火箭爆破器系统的飞行特性进行研究。根据力学方程、运动方程和几何连续方程,通过时间差分法对各质点的力学参数进行数值计算,并结合实验工况对火箭爆破器系统在空中飞行的力学特性进行计算分析。结果表明:在主动段中,火箭拖拽爆炸带加速运动,爆炸带保持直线拉直状态;爆炸带全部拉出后,由于阻力伞的作用,爆炸带的内力较大,仍能维持在展直状态;进入被动段后,随着火箭及爆炸带速度的下降,阻力伞对爆炸带的拉力随之下降,爆炸带在越过最高点后,下落的阶段容易发生弯曲。
