通信网络管理软件设计与开发

通信技术的发展，通信网络结构日益复杂，一个网络中会同时存在PDH、SDH、ATM、DWDM、无线业务和IP等多种技术。使用传统网管系统已无法胜任，只有应用针对多厂商、多技术网络的集中网管系统才能满足管理要求。现提出了一种新型的针对多厂商、多技术网络的集中网管软件的设计模型及实现方法，并详细讨论了各模块的数据结构、实现功能，以及用Java实现该软件的具体方法。特别根据网管任务的实际需要，提出了故障屏蔽的概念及实现方法。经仿真试验，证明该网管软件已达到设计要求。     

VOD在有线电视网的实现

从视频点播系统的结构及组成和在有线电视网络中VOD系统的结构模式与应用两个方面，详细地阐述了如何利用有线电视网络实现视频点播，主要从以下3个方面介绍关于视频点播系统VOD技术：①视频点播VOD的技术原理；②视频点播系统的结构及组成；③有线电视视频点播系统的结构模式与应用。     

自适应RBF神经网络在CDMA移动通信上行链路功率控制中的应用研究

提出了一种自适应RBF神经网络功率控制方案。详细研究了该网络在DS-CDMA通信中，进行上行链路闭环功率控制(基于信扰比(SIR))的应用理论，给出了该网络参数的计算方法。最后用计算机仿真法模拟出该控制器的运行性能。结果表明基于SIR的自适应RBF神经网络功率控制器能自适应地调整移动台的发射功率，使基站接收信号的信扰比始终非常接近于一个常数，且有比定步长功率控制更小的SIR跟踪误差，从而可以降低接收信号的中断概率、提高信道容量。     

机器人骨骼-肌肉系统工程模拟的动态分析

用振动学理论对仿人机器人骨骼-肌肉系统工程模型进行了分析，并提出了一种控制振动的方法，提高仿人机器人运动精度和缩短达到稳定的时间，同时阐述了这种方法的可行性。     

基于EPP模式下的数据采集系统

介绍了一种基于并口EPP模式通讯的数据采集系统的设计方法,该系统以ADSP2 1 81、E PLD为核心器件,AD7331 1芯片为模拟信号输入输出接口,非常适合便携式数据采集系统     

Distinctiveness and Correlation in Conceptual Structure: Behavioral and Computational Studies.

Patients with category-specific deficits have motivated a range of hypotheses about the structure of the conceptual system. One class of models claims that apparent category dissociations emerge from the internal structure of concepts rather than fractionation of the system into separate substores. This account claims that distinctive properties of concepts in the living domain are vulnerable because of their weak correlation with other features. Given the assumption that mutual activation among correlated properties produces faster activation in the normal system, the authors predicted a disadvantage for the distinctive features of living things for unimpaired adults. Results of a speeded feature verification study supported this prediction, as did a computational simulation in which networks mapped from orthography to semantics. Characterisation of a 300× photovoltaic concentrator system with one-axis tracking

A solar concentrator with one-axis tracking is being developed at our institute. This concentrator system achieves a high geometrical concentration ratio of 300 using a parabolic trough mirror and a three-dimensional second stage consisting of compound parabolic concentrators. The design of the system as well as the characterisation of the second stage is described in this paper.

本文介绍了转动玻璃圆筒激光器的设计及实验结果,得到了脉冲能量为13J,重复频率为15Hz的激光输出。电光转换效率为2.2％,斜效率为3.4％。     

在65t/h锅炉上应用小型集散控制系统

针对湘钢６５ｔ／ｈ链条钢炉气煤混烧特点，设计了给水、燃烧、汽温调节，应用美国Ｈｏｎеｙｗеｌｌ９０００系列小型集散控制系统，保证了锅炉安全、经济运行，达到了节能目的。
