单层球面网壳地震反应特征分析

考虑不同矢跨比、荷载、跨度和支座刚度等多种因素的影响,对单层球面网壳在地震作用下的反应进行了较全面的研究,给出了其随各参数变化的规律,得出了在单层球面网壳抗震设计中起控制作用的是水平地震作用而不是竖向地震作用等有益的结论.此外本文还给出了由于阻尼比不同而需对引用现行抗震规范反应谱分析的网壳地震作用进行修正的建议.     

Stabilization of inter-area and/or oscillatory modes in large-scale power system by voltage impedance power system (VIPS) apparatus based on decentralized control scheme

New technologies such as power electronics have made it possible to change continuously the impedance of a power system not only to control power flow but also to enhance stability. A power system incorporating a variable impedance apparatus such as a variable series capacitor (VSrC) and high-speed phase shifter (HSPS) is called VIPS (Variable Impedance Power System) by the authors. This paper proposes a novel control method of VIPS apparatus such as VSrC and HSPS installed at an interconnecting point for stabilizing inter-area unstable and/or oscillatory modes. The proposed design method of the control system is a kind of hierarchical decentralized control method of a large-scale power system based on a Lyapunov function. Under the proposed control scheme, each subsystem can be stabilized independently by local controllers such as AVR, speed governor and PSS, and then the whole interconnected system can be stabilized by VIPS apparatus taking into account interactions between subsystems. The effectiveness and robustness of the VIPS apparatus control are shown by numerical examples with model systems including a large-scale power system.     

Study on combustion characteristics of blended coals

Power plants in China have to burn blended coal instead of one specific coal for a variety of reasons. So it is of great necessity to investigate the combustion of blended coals. Using a test rig with a capacity of 640 MJ/h with an absolute milling system and flue gas online analysis system, characteristics such as burnout, slag, and pollution of some blended coals were investigated. The ratio of coke and slag as a method of distinguishing coal slagging characteristic was introduced. The results show that the blending of coal has some effect on NO _x but there is no obvious rule. Influence of Ti Powder Characteristics on Combustion Synthesis of Porous NiTi Alloy

Porous NiTi shape memory alloy (SMA) is a novel biomedical material used for human hard tissue implant .The influence of elemental titanium powder characteristics such as powder morphology, particle size and specific surface area( SSA) on the minimal ignition temperature ,combustion temperature and final product of porous Ni-Ti SMA fabricated by combustion synthesis method was investigated in this paper by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser diffraction.The preliminary data indicated that the titanium powder characteristics had a strong effect on combustion synthesis of porous NiTi SMA.

三维有限元法分析频率对接地电阻的影响

提出了用涡流场的A-V有限元分析方法计算接地系统接地电阻的方法,分析了入地电流频率的变化对接地电阻的影响。计算结果表明,频率对接地体自身电阻的影响较大,但对散流电阻的影响很小。     

NiTi形状记忆合金激光气体氮化层表面特征

为改善NiTi合金的表面性能，利用2kW连续波Nd：YAG对NiTi合金进行激光气体氮化处理。采用SEM、TEM、XRD、XPS和纳米压痕研究了氮化层的显微组织及表面特征．结果表明：激光气体氮化可以在NiTi合金表面制备连续、无裂纹、厚度为2μm的TiN表面层，该表面层中基本不合有Ni元素且具有很高的硬度，其纳米压痕硬度为29．28GPa．     

Does whom you work with matter? Effects of referent group gender and age composition on managers' compensation.

Much research has examined gender and age effects on compensation, concluding that a wage gap exists favoring men and negative stereotypes against older workers persist. Although the effect of an employee's gender or age has been widely studied, little work has examined the impact of the demographic characteristics of a focal employee's immediate referent groups (e.g., subordinates, peers, or supervisors) on pay. The effect of the gender and age composition of a focal manager's subordinates, peers, and supervisor on the manager's compensation levels was investigated in a sample of 2,178 managers across a wide range of organizations and functional areas. After controlling for a number of human capital variables, results indicated that not only does a wage gap favoring men exist, but also managerial pay is lower when managers' referent groups are largely female, when subordinates are outside the prime age group, and when peers and supervisors are younger.
