MITI projects on recycling

MITI has actively done R&D on industrial technology for waste and reclamation and so there are many research items from small scale to large scale. However, Ecofactory and researches on recycling of metallic materials are introduced here. Ecofactory was proposed by the Mechanical Engineering Laboratory and is now at the stage of the Leading Research, a new research scheme in AISt. Researches on recycling of metallic materials are being done with subsidy. 基于小波的彩色序列图象压缩编码

此文提出了一种基于小波变换的运动估计算法，时间复杂度比常规算法降低了一个数量级，同时在估值精度上可与常规算法媲美。利用更佳频率分辨率小波分解处理运动补偿余量误差善了复现图象质量。实验结果表明，该算法在高压缩比情况下图象复现质量显著优于ＭＰＥＧ－２，具有广阔的应用前景。

Steady-state torque control system with secondary-current feedback for three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors

This paper presents a highly stable steady-state torque control system with a feedback of a secondary current signal. The torque control system is constructed with a feedback of the secondary current (I₂) signal using a quick response magnetic-field sensor constructed with an amorphous core multivibrator bridge, which can solve the secondary resistance change problem for temperature variation in the IM. Moreover, we added a state feedback to the system to improve the response speed for the unit step function of a torque order. The I₂ sensor method has advantages especially at a low-speed range, in which conventional method using an integrator shows control errors.     

Temperature and pressure effects on supercritical CO2 extraction of tomato seed oil

Tomato seed oil was extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide in a semibatch-flow extractor within the temperature range 313–343 K and the pressure range 10.8–24.5MPa. The extraction rates increased with pressure, but decreased with temperature increase because of the variation in solvent density and resultant differences in oil solubility. The fatty acid composition of the extracted oil was similar to that of soybean oil.

补偿式光纤双法布里－珀罗微位移测量系统

本文提出一种能补偿环境影响的,插入光纤传光介质的新型微位移测量系统和灵敏度阈的实验结果.由于采用平行双通道的结构,系统具有高精度、抗干扰的补偿法特点.该系统适合于微位移(纳米级)测量,可用于检定其它高精度位移传感器,几何量计量中定位,微细加工表面轮廓测量以及可以转换成微位移量或光程差的其它物理量测量中.     

Natural zeolite utilisation in pollution control: A review of applications to metals' effluents

This paper assesses the potential of natural zeolite utilization as a low-cost ion-exchange and sorbent material in pollution control and recovery of metals. The improvement of the purity of natural zeolites coupled with their chemical modification capabilities in order to provide specific properties may provide a cost-effective alternative for the treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil and water. The application of natural zeolites in industrial pollution control is becoming important and the level of technical effort is increasingly expanding. The extent of application is unlikely to be related solely to their low cost, but also to improved properties and performance characteristics, which will advance the practical implementation of natural zeolites' technology.     

浅谈电力系统的压电控制

对当前电力系统电压控制的设备及运行进行了比较全面的总结，指出了各种控制设备的优缺点及适用范围，并结合灵活交流输电技术(FACTS技术）的发展而出现的新型FACTS设备，提出了设备的分类。     

AVO反演预处理中的检波器非径向接收能量补偿.

 在地震勘探中，当炮检距非零时，检波器接收方向与反射波传播方向的夹角是非零的（即非径向接收），这一非零夹角必将产生能量损失，进而对AVO反演产生显著影响。为此本文根据Snell定律导出非径向损失补偿公式，以模型实例讨论了非径向接收对反射系数的影响，并提出了一种简单而有效的非径向能量损失补偿方法。对比用该方法做非径向损失补偿前后的AVO反演结果，其差异显著，说明本文方法能够明显改善AVO反演的质量。
