为了综合利用氧化铝冶炼产生的赤泥,探索在转底炉中直接还原赤泥、磨矿磁选获得高品位直接还原铁。通过实验室试验摸索了转底炉还原工艺参数,并在转底炉工业试验线进行了工业试验。实验室结果表明,赤泥还原后的直接还原铁(DRI)金属化率可达88.6%,磁选后的铁品位可达82.1%,磁选后的铁回收率可达88.9%。工业试验中,转底炉还原后,产品金属化率平均为69.2%,将还原后的DRI磁选获得高品位的DRI产品,磁选后DRI的铁品位为72.8%,磁选后铁回收率达到了85.2%,初步打通了在转底炉中还原赤泥、磁选的工艺路径。  相似文献

图像纹理增强过程中容易丢失平滑区域纹理细节,而分数阶微分增强虽然能够非线性保留平滑区域纹理细节,但对频率分辨率敏感。针对这个问题,提出一种基于小波变换的分数阶微分纹理增强算法,应用于平扫计算机断层扫描(CT)图像的肝脏肿瘤区域的纹理增强。首先,通过小波变换将图像感兴趣区分解成多个子带分量;其次,基于分数阶微分定义构造一个带补偿参数的分数阶微分掩膜;最后,使用该掩膜与每个高频子带分量进行卷积并利用小波逆变换重组图像感兴趣区。实验结果表明,该方法在使用较大分数阶次显著增强肿瘤区域的高频轮廓信息的同时,有效地保留了低频平滑的纹理细节:增强后的肝细胞癌区域与原区域相比,信息熵平均增加36.56%,平均梯度平均增加321.56%,平均绝对差值平均为9.287;增强后的肝血管瘤区域与原区域相比,信息熵平均增加48.77%,平均梯度平均增加511.26%,平均绝对差值平均为14.097。  相似文献

针对基于容积脉搏波(PPG)提取运动心率时,传统心率提取算法由于运动噪声干扰使测量结果误差大、实时性不好的问题,提出一种抗运动干扰的实时心率提取方法。该方法通过实时小波去噪,同时结合三轴加速度信号(ACC)对运动进行分类训练,计算各运动状态心率增益,对实时心率值进行补偿。实验结果表明,通过与同时采集的ECG信号计算出的实时心率进行对比,绝对误差率仅为1.2%左右。相比传统心率提取算法,该算法具有抗干扰性强,实时准确的特点。  相似文献

中联万基水泥有限公司4500t/d熟料生产线采用SCLW4-12×13.4第四代篦冷机,煤磨热风取风口和余热发电AQC热风取风口在篦冷机同一对称位置,煤磨与余热发电系统存在争风现象,开停煤磨对余热发电系统影响较大。通过从废气管道处开孔,加装管道和电动阀,与热风管道汇合通往煤磨沉降室,调整相应阀门开度,可以控制入煤磨烟气温度,这样不但提高了余热发电量,而且提高了煤磨产量,同时也降低了窑头排风机的负荷,降低了熟料生产电耗。  相似文献

This study evaluated several physical and sensory parameters of different types of cheese available in the Polish market. The measurements of textural properties were conducted in an Instron universal testing machine, while the colour properties of cheeses were measured using a Minolta chromameter. The chemical composition was determined by means of the near‐infrared spectroscopy (NIRs). Moreover, a trained sensory panel was invited to assess the cheese texture‐related properties. Generally, cheeses with reduced fat content were characterised by higher hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness and elasticity. Texture‐related parameters of cheese with canola oil were comparable to that of most of full‐fat cheeses. The correlation analysis between physical and sensory attributes related to cheese textural properties indicated the potential applications of TPA, shear and penetration tests (= 0.766, = 0.75 and = 0.765, respectively) for the evaluation of sensory properties related to the hardness. Meanwhile, the elasticity of cheese obtained from sensory evaluation was strongly correlated with the elasticity determined from the shear test (= 0.722) and moderately correlated with the elasticity from penetration test (= 0.588), indicating a need to refine the method of penetration test. In addition, cheeses exhibited higher meltability during convection heating at 230 °C than microwave heating. The values of meltability for cheese with reduced fat content were lower than those of full‐fat cheese.  相似文献

Metal injection moulding (MIM) is an established process for high volume production of complex shaped metallic parts using commercially available feedstocks. The characteristics of parts after moulding, debinding, and sintering cannot be simply predictable from raw materials because the properties get altered with the process parameters and the corresponding levels of porosity during processing steps. In this study, physical properties, microstructure, and mechanical properties of the MIM parts have been characterised to understand the evolution of strength during various steps in MIM processing. Feedstocks with different binder loading show a considerable difference in physical as well as mechanical characteristics. During sintering of parts which have solid loading of grinding sludge, simultaneous in situ reduction and densification takes place, whereas only densification occurs in carbonyl iron parts. It is, therefore, possible to make complex shaped parts of different levels of porosity from downgraded shop floor metallic waste.  相似文献

This paper discusses the compressive performance of perforated brick masonry after fire exposure. Compressive strength tests of the mortar, clay perforated brick, and perforated brick masonry specimens were performed in accordance with ISO834 fire tests of different durations. The temperature distribution of the masonry materials and specimens was simulated using the finite element software ABAQUS, with the thermal parameters of masonry materials recommended by European standard Eurocode 6 and related literature. The compressive strength reduction factors of mortar and clay perforated brick exposed to different fire durations were calculated via the layered method suggested by European standard Eurocode 1. In addition, the compressive strength reduction factors after cooldown were obtained from the experimental data of the masonry materials, and by considering further reductions in the compressive strength after cooling from high temperatures. Experimental data of the masonry specimens were compared with the numerical results obtained using the reduction factors proposed in this work. The comparison revealed an overall acceptable approximation. Thus, the method presented in this paper can be used to evaluate the residual capacity of masonry structures after fire.  相似文献

与传统贵金属光催化剂相比,铜基光催化剂具有价格低廉、绿色环保、反应条件温和、光催化活性可调节等优势,受到合成化学家们广泛关注。本文简述了铜基催化剂的光催化历史,回顾了近五年来铜基化合物在可见光催化领域的研究成果与进展,总结了铜基催化剂的独立光催化机理与协同光催化机理;简要阐述了铜催化剂在不同类型反应中的应用,重点讨论了铜(Ⅰ)催化剂在烯烃官能化、碳-碳偶联、碳-杂偶联、原位催化等反应中的应用研究,表明铜基化合物在光催化合成领域具有很大的应用潜力。对未来的研究工作进行了展望,指出拓展催化剂的反应适用性、探索催化剂的氧化还原能力、进一步开发催化剂在手性合成中的应用将是该领域的研究重点。  相似文献

A double optimal projection method that involves projections for intra-cluster and inter-cluster dimensionality reduction are proposed for video fingerprinting. The video is initially set as a graph with frames as its vertices in a high-dimensional space. A similarity measure that can compute the weights of the edges is then proposed. Subsequently, the video frames are partitioned into different clusters based on the graph model. Double optimal projection is used to explore the optimal mapping points in a low-dimensional space to reduce the video dimensions. The statistics and geometrical fingerprints are generated to determine whether a query video is copied from one of the videos in the database. During matching, the video can be roughly matched by utilizing the statistics fingerprint. Further matching is thereafter performed in the corresponding group using geometrical fingerprints. Experimental results show the good performance of the proposed video fingerprinting method in robustness and discrimination.  相似文献
