In order to develop and test the integration procedure, in this paper a real time process integration involving the optimization and control of the process is presented, in this case, with the two-layer approach. The used optimization algorithms were Levenberg–Marquardt and SQP that solve a non-linear least square problem subject to bounds on the variables. The two-layer approach is a hierarchical control structure where an optimization layer calculates the set points and manipulated variables to the advanced controller, which is based on the dynamic matrix control with constraints (QDMC). The non-isothermal dynamic model of the three-phase slurry catalytic reactor with appropriate solution procedure was utilized in this work (Vasco de Toledo, E. C., Santana, P. L., Maciel, M. R. W., & Maciel Filho, R. (2001). Dynamic modeling of a three-phase catalytic slurry reactor. Chemical Engineering Science, 56, 6055–6061). The model consists on mass and heat balance equations for the catalyst particles as well as for the bulk phases of gas and liquid. The model was used to describe the dynamic behavior of hydrogenation reaction of o-cresol to obtain 2-methil-cyclohexanol, in the presence of a catalyst Ni/SiO2.  相似文献

A three‐dimensional oil‐water turbulent flow and oil separation process in a double‐cone liquid‐liquid hydrocyclone (LLHC) is numerically simulated using FLUENT software. The Euler‐Euler approach and Reynolds‐stress model are combined and adopted in this simulation to handle the challenging situation of anisotropic turbulent two‐phase flow with a higher volumetric ratio (over 10%) in the dispersed phase. It is visualized well in the simulation how separation, aggregation and shift of oil and water proceed in the LLHC. The oil separation efficiency is determined based on flow field and phase concentration distribution. The simulation is verified by comparing predicted and measured separation efficiency in the LLHC.  相似文献

This paper develops a backstepping controller synthesis methodology for piecewise polynomial (PWP) systems in strict form. The main contribution of the paper is to formulate sufficient conditions for controller design for PWP systems in strict form as a sum of squares feasibility problem under the assumption that an initial control Lyapunov function exists to start the iterative backstepping procedure. This problem can then be translated into a convex SDP problem and solved by available software packages. The controller synthesis problem for PWP systems in strict feedback form is divided into two cases. The first case consists of the construction of a sum of squares polynomial control Lyapunov function for PWP systems with discontinuous vector fields. The second case addresses the construction of a PWP control Lyapunov function for PWP systems with continuous vector fields. One major advantage of the proposed method is the fact that it can handle systems with discontinuous vector fields and sliding modes. The new synthesis method is applied to several numerical examples. One of these examples offers the first convex optimization solution to piecewise affine (PWA) control of a benchmark circuit system addressed before in the literature using non‐convex PWA control solutions. In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy decentralized output feedback control approach is presented for a class of uncertain nonlinear pure‐feedback large‐scale systems with immeasurable states. Fuzzy logic systems are utilized to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions, and a fuzzy state observer is designed to estimate the immeasurable states. On the basis of the adaptive backstepping recursive design technique, an adaptive fuzzy decentralized output feedback is developed. It is proved that the proposed control approach can guarantee that all the signals of the resulting closed‐loop system are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded (SUUB), and that the observer and tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of the origin by appropriate choice of the design parameters. This paper proposes a robust H‐based adaptive backstepping control scheme for the output stabilization of a special class of cascaded nonlinear systems. This kind of systems possess the feature that the first sub‐equation is a linear perturbed system, whereas the rest ones perform a general semi‐strict feedback form. Different from the conventional backstepping design approach, the special cascaded structure ensures to introduce the H technique to the backstepping procedure such that both the robust performance and the robust stability can be simultaneously guaranteed. Within the Lyapunov framework, the proposed control scheme is proved to guarantee (i) the uniformly ultimate boundedness of the system signals with a bound that can be made arbitrarily small by suitably choosing control parameters; (ii) asymptotic output stabilization as long as the uncertain nonlinearities and external disturbances vanish; and (iii) ‐performance of the closed‐loop system. A study of non-wetting flow in a packed bed under the influence of gas flow has been carried out. Departing from the usual continuum models, a discrete and deterministic model for liquid flow has been presented to model the liquid flow from single and multiple point sources. Liquid flow is modelled based on force balance approach considering gas drag, bed resistance and gravity forces. Gas flow is modelled using k-ε model for turbulent flow. An X-ray flow visualization technique, developed by our group, is used to study the liquid flow paths in the packed bed. Liquid flow path and velocity has been obtained for various liquid and gas flow rate. Flow paths obtained from the simulation results are in good agreement to those obtained from flow visualization procedure under various conditions. Also, liquid distribution at the bed bottom is reported and compared with the experimental results.  相似文献

以双(4–(对氟苯甲酰基)苯基)苯基氧化膦为A2单体,11,,1–三(4–羟基苯)乙烷为B3单体,通过A2+B3方法合成了含三苯基膦结构可溶性超支化聚芳醚酮(HPEKKs),有效地避免了凝胶化现象.通过改变A2/B3的比率改变HPEKKs的封端基团,并通过1H NMR和FTIR对其结构进行了表征.1H NMR测量羟基封端HPEKKs(HPEKK-OH)的支化度和氟原子封端的HPEKKs(HPEKK-F)支化度分别达到0.62和0.85.DSC测量HPEKK-OH和HPEKK-F的玻璃化转变温度分别为151℃和131℃.TGA测量HPEKKs在失重率为5%时热分解温度达到500℃以上.HPEKK-OH和HPEKK-F可以很好地溶解于N–甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N–二甲基乙酰胺和二甲基亚砜等多种有机溶剂.  相似文献

A new impedance controller based on the dynamic surface control-backstepping technique to actualize the anticipant dynamic relationship between the motion of end-effector and the external torques was presented. Comparing with the traditional backstepping method that has “explosion of terms” problem, the new proposed control system is a combination of the dynamic surface control technique and the backstepping. The dynamic surface control (DSC) technique can resolve the “explosion of terms” problem that is caused by differential coefficient calculation in the model, and the problem can bring a complexity that will cause the backstepping method hardly to be applied to the practical application, especially to the multi-joint robot. Finally, the validity of the method was proved in the laboratory environment that was set up on the 5-DOF (degree of freedom) flexible joint robot. Tracking errors of DSC-backstepping impedance control that were 2.0 and 1.5 mm are better than those of backstepping impedance control which were 3.5 and 2.5 mm in directions X, Y in free space, respectively. And the anticipant Cartesian impedance behavior and compliant behavior were achieved successfully as depicted theoretically.  相似文献
