Java语言的精确异常要求和Java程序中频繁出现的异常检测严重阻碍或限制了指令调度在Java本地代码编译中的应用,从而减少了代码的指令级并行度。提出的算法可以使指令调度打破Java精确异常要求,能最大程度地发挥作用,并在有效提高代码执行效率的同时确保精确异常要求在异常发生时不被破坏。实验结果证明该算法的有效性和正确性。  相似文献

可重构指令集处理器能够根据应用程序特点动态扩展其指令集,其硬件架构和软件工具的设计与传统设计有很大不同。在研究可重构指令集处理器软硬件特性的基础上,提出一种集成动态采样剖析硬件的可重构指令集处理器架构。该处理器具有3种不同的工作模式,它通过剖析硬件采样获取程序热点,利用配套工具链半自动地完成指令扩展生成、编译器重定向和可编程硬件逻辑配置,从而获得在不同嵌入式应用领域的硬件适应性和软件兼容性。针对性的实验结果表明,该处理器架构的采样剖析机制准确有效,并且在增加有限的硬件开销的情况下,能够很好地适应应用变化。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to design an adaptive and intelligent individualized e-learning environment based on learning style and expert system named UZWEBMAT and to evaluate its effects on students’ learning of the unit of probability. In the study, initially, learning objects were prepared in three different ways in relation to Visual–Auditory–Kinesthetic (VAK) learning style for each subject of the probability unit. These were appropriate for secondary school mathematics curricula. Then, they were transferred into the digital environment. Each student may follow a different course, and the solution supports s/he will get may also differ highlighting the individual learning. The sample of the study consists of 81 10th grade students from two high schools in Trabzon, Turkey. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected from students to answer research questions. Quantitative data were given as frequency distribution and percentages. Qualitative data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis methods. Results of the study indicated that opinions regarding UZWEBMAT are rather positive. Aiming at individual learning, UZWEBMAT provides the most appropriate environment for students. In addition, UZWEBMAT can be used as well to reinforce traditional classroom education.  相似文献

Can synthetic speech be utilized in foreign language learning as natural speech? In this paper, we evaluated synthetic speech from the viewpoint of learners in order to find out an answer. The results pointed out that learners do not recognize remarkable differences between synthetic voices and natural voices for the words with short vowels and long vowels when they try to understand the meanings of the sounds. The data explicates that synthetic voice utterances of sentences are easier to understand and more acceptable by learners compared to synthetic voice utterances of words. In addition, the ratings on both synthetic voices and natural voices strongly depend upon the learners’ listening comprehension abilities. We conclude that some synthetic speech with specific pronunciations of vowels may be suitable for listening materials and suggest that evaluating TTS systems by comparing synthetic speech with natural speech and building a lexical database of synthetic speech that closely approximates natural speech will be helpful for teachers to readily use many existing CALL tools.  相似文献

This paper presents results of a case study conducted in secondary mathematics classrooms using a new generation of networked classroom technology (Participatory Simulations). Potential for drawing on youths’ cultural practices in networked learning environments is explored in terms of opportunities for traditionally underserved students to participate in powerful mathematical discourse and practice. As mediated by the networked technology, the multiple modes of participation and opportunities to contribute to the group’s accomplishment of its task served as important avenues for underserved students to bring to bear resources they develop through participating in everyday practices of their communities. The goal is to provide examples of networked activities’ potential for leveraging cultural practices of marginalized groups through pedagogy that invites youth to draw on linguistic resources and interaction patterns they develop as members of cultural groups.

With the recent proliferation of multimedia applications, several fast block matching motion estimation algorithms have been proposed in order to minimize the processing time in video coding. While some of these algorithms adopt pre-defined search patterns that directly reflect the most probable motion structures, other data-adaptive approaches dynamically configure the search pattern to avoid unnecessary computations and memory accesses. Either of these approaches leads to rather difficult hardware implementations, due to their configurability and adaptive nature. As a consequence, two different but quite configurable architectures are proposed in this paper. While the first architecture reflects an innovative mechanism to implement motion estimation processors that support fast but regular search algorithms, the second architecture makes use of an application specific instruction set processor (ASIP) platform, capable of implementing most data-adaptive algorithms that have been proposed in the last few years. Despite their different natures, these two architectures provide highly configurable hardware platforms for real-time motion estimation. By considering a wide set of fast and adaptive algorithms, the efficiency of these two architectures was compared and several motion estimators were synthesized in a Virtex-II Pro XC2VP30 FPGA from Xilinx, integrated within a ML310 development platform. Experimental results show that the proposed architectures can be easily reconfigured in run-time to implement a wide set of real-time motion estimation algorithms.
