A circular disk patch antenna loaded with a hemi‐circular slot is initially proposed for achieving circular polarization (CP). To exhibit broad CP bandwidth that can cover the WLAN 2.4 GHz operating band, the patch antenna is fed by an L‐shaped probe. To further attain conical beam radiation with peak gain of ~8 dBic at ±30 degrees theta angle (θ), a 2 × 2 array type is proposed in this study, in which four circular disk patch array elements are arranged in a sequentially rotated fashion via a corporate feed network. It is extremely important for bacteria detection in many fields,such as medical diagnosis and food safety.In this paper,streptavidin functionalized quantum dots(SA-QDs),as a nano-fluorescent probe,were used to attach with Escherichia coli(E.coli) for the detection and identification of bacteria with immunoreactions and biotin-streptavidin affinity.Fluorescent images of the bacteria and the fluorescence intensity were used to evaluate the conjugation effect with different incubation time.Our results showed that 20 min is a reasonable incubation time for the SA-QDs coupling to E.coli cells.The fluorescent images,which produce a greatly amplified and enhanced signal of E.coli cells,were obtained through the immunological amplification and fluorescent probe enrichment steps.In addition,the bleaching process of SA-QDs without any encapsulation at room temperature was clearly observed during 10 min of being excited.Our work provided a modularized sample treatment method using SA-QDs as a nano-fluorescent probe in cellular imaging and bio-labeling.  相似文献

The study aimed to investigate the adhesion, morphology and proliferation of Sprague Dawley (SD) albino rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) by inverted microscope, cell counting, MTT test and laser scanning confocal microscop (LSCM). On the regenerated A yamamai SF film or blend films, the cell morphology was almost the same as that on collagen (collagen type I) film, the cell adhesion rate was higher than that on plastic cell plate and B mori SF film after 1 h (p < 0.01) of culture, and the cell proliferation was significantly higher than that on collagen film (p < 0.01) and plastic cell plate (p < 0.01), and also obviously better than that on B mori SF film. On the other hand, the viability of BMSCs in the regenerated A yamamai SF porous scaffold was better than that in B mori SF porous scaffold and medical grade polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) sponge.  相似文献

大部分基于浮动车GPS数据的速度估计模型仅适用于GPS数据采样时间间隔小、样本量空间分布密集的理想情况,无法准确计算样本量不足情况下的实时速度.根据浮动车GPS数据点在空间上的分布情况,提出组合三种速度估计模型,以最大限度地提高GPS数据利用率;考虑到GPS数据点在时间上分布不均,在GPS数据不足的情况下,结合神经网络预测和数据融合的技术,根据误差方差融合速度估计模型的测量值和神经网络拟合的预测值,以减少实时估计误差.选择广州市东风路作为测试实例,在高峰和平峰两种交通场景下比较了融合值、测量值和预测值的误差,结果表明结合神经网络和数据融合技术的城市路段速度估计精度和稳定性均优于速度估计模型.  相似文献

A new series of high‐solids [low‐VOC (volatile organic compound)content] mar resistant clearcoats (CL‐series) were prepared upon crosslinking of a new‐synthesized hydroxyl‐terminated isophthalate‐based liquid oligoester (L‐311) with an hexakis(methoxymethylol)melamine (HMMM) resin, via an acid‐catalyzed etherification reaction. The chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of the CL‐clearcoats were compared to those of a reference clearcoat (CRO). An attempt was made to investigate the effect that the amounts of catalyst and melamine resin had on the clearcoats' physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, and moreover, to correlate these properties to the films chemical structures. The new‐formulated high‐solids clearcoats (CL‐series) presented enhanced processability and higher NVW values (lower VOC content) than the reference clearcoat CRO, and their properties (pencil hardness, knoop hardness, adhesion, impact resistance, solvent and gasoline resistance, mar resistance, and flexibility) were better or comparable to those of the CRO. More specifically, the mar resistance of the CL‐clearcoats series was investigated by applying both the crockmeter test and a novel method that employed a modified scanning probe microscope. In addition, we identified and characterized the different responses of the CRO and certain CL‐clearcoats to marring stress. The experimental data regarding the mar resistance of the new‐formulated clearcoats fully justified our polymer design strategy, verifying our expectations for the possibility of preparing glossy, high‐solids mar‐resistant clearcoats that could present enhanced processability and solvent resistance, relatively high pencil hardness, and at the same time very good elastic recovery to marring stress. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A technique for determining low critical micelle concentrations (CMC) by means of a hydrophobic fluorescence probe has been developed. The amount of the fluorescent probe at the CMC is so small that the effect of the probe on micelle formation is negligible. The fluorescence intensity was measured at fixed dye/surfactant ratios, and it decreased with concentration. A quantity proportional to fluorescent quantum yield was calculated and found to be high for concentrations of surfactant above the CMC and almost zero below the CMC, giving a distinct break in the quantum yield vs. the concentration curve.  相似文献

A novel high temperature optical fiber probe has been developed to study the effects of bed temperature on the local two-phase flow structure in a pilot scale fluidized bed of the FCC particles with bed temperatures ranging from 25°C to 420°C, covering both the bubbling and turbulent fluidization regimes. The results show that fluidization is enhanced and fluctuations of the local two-phase flow structure become more intense with increasing bed temperature. At constant superficial gas velocities, the averaged local particle concentration, the dense phase fraction and particle concentration in the dense phase decrease with increasing bed temperature, whereas both the frequency of the dilute/dense phase cycle and the ratio of the dilute phase duration to the dense phase duration increase. In addition, the effects of temperature on the dilute phase depend on superficial gas velocity. The conventional two-phase models fail to predict these changes of the local flow structure with temperature, which may be explained by the fact that the role of interparticle forces is neglected at different bed temperatures. Indeed, fluidization behaviors of the FCC particles tested increasingly shift from typical Geldart A towards B with increasing temperature due to a decrease of the interparticle attractive forces and a simultaneous increase of interparticle repulsive forces.  相似文献
