This paper addresses a tracking problem for uncertain nonlinear discrete‐time systems in which the uncertainties, including parametric uncertainty and external disturbance, are periodic with known periodicity. Repetitive learning control (RLC) is an effective tool to deal with periodic unknown components. By using the backstepping procedures, an adaptive RLC law with periodic parameter estimation is designed. The overparameterization problem is overcome by postponing the parameter estimation to the last backstepping step, which could not be easily solved in robust adaptive control. It is shown that the proposed adaptive RLC law without overparameterization can guarantee the perfect tracking and boundedness of the states of the whole closed‐loop systems in presence of periodic uncertainties. In addition, the effectiveness of the developed controller is demonstrated by an implementation example on a single‐link flexible‐joint robot. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Production planning and control (PPC) systems that employ aspects from both make-to-order (MTO) and make-to-stock (MTS) production control are known as hybrid MTS/MTO systems. While both MTO and MTS separately have been studied extensively, their combined use has received less attention. However, the literature on this topic is growing and this paper shows that the review performed in this paper is an important addition to the field. We categorise relevant literature according to a novel taxonomy and show that hybrid MTS/MTO production control can be used in different contexts. In addition, an overview of the modelling techniques and methods used in these papers is provided. Based on the reviewed literature, relevant research questions and directions for future research are identified. Finally, it is shown that hybrid MTS/MTO production control is prevalent in practice by discussing research with industrial applications. The paper contains an overview of research on hybrid MTS/MTO production control to be used as reference for researchers active in the field, and provides managerial insights and directions for future research on this topic.  相似文献

When Streptomyces violaceoruber grows together with Streptomyces sp. MG7-G1, it reacts with strongly induced droplet production on its aerial mycelium. Initially the metabolite profile of droplets from S. violaceoruber in co-culture with Streptomyces sp. MG7-G1 was compared to samples from S. violaceoruber in single-culture by using high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). Then, the exudate from agar plates of co-cultures and single cultures (after freezing and thawing) was also analysed. Several compounds were only observed when S. violaceoruber was grown in co-culture. Based on their high-resolution ESI mass spectra and their comparable retention times to the calcium-dependent antibiotics (CDAs) produced by S. violaceoruber, the new compounds were suspected to be deacylated calcium-dependent antibiotics (daCDAs), lacking the 2,3-epoxyhexanoyl residue of CDAs. This was verified by detailed analysis of the MS/MS spectra of the daCDAs in comparison to the CDAs. The major CDA compounds present in calcium ion-supplemented agar medium of co-cultures were daCDAs, thus suggesting that Streptomyces sp. MG7-G1 expresses a deacylase that degrades CDAs.  相似文献

A method for estimating the sway angle using an observer has already been proposed. The state observer estimates the sway angle accurately and must use the detected sway angle value. However, the estimated sway angle has an error owing to rope length error, friction force, and wind. Moreover, the container mass cannot be determined, and therefore the observer parameter is not suitable. We already proposed robust antisway control for overcoming rope length error without adding a new sensor. Further, we designed a friction disturbance observer to cancel out the influence of the friction force. In this paper, we first propose a container mass estimation method when a crane system performs rolling up control. The observer parameter can be selected using the estimated mass value. Second, in crane parallel shift control, we propose a robust antisway control even when there is a wind disturbance. We design a wind disturbance observer and propose a wind disturbance estimator to separate the friction observer output from the wind disturbance observer output. We confirm through experiments that the proposed method can reduce vibration.  相似文献

In this paper, tracking control of underactuated ship in the presence of input saturation is addressed. By dividing the tracking error dynamic system into a cascade of two subsystems, the torques in surge and yaw axes are designed separately using the backstepping technique. More specifically, we design the yaw axis torque in such a way that its corresponding subsystem is finite time stable, which makes it to be de-coupled from the second subsystem after a finite time. This enables us to design the torque in the surge axis independently. It is shown that the closed-loop system is stable and the mean-square tracking errors can be made arbitrarily small by choosing design parameters. Simulation results also verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

Li–Al–B–Si–O (LABS) glass-ceramics with a sintering temperature of 600 °C were studied for ultra-low temperature co-fired ceramics (ULTCC) applications. The crystal phase of LABS glass-ceramics is dendritic β-spodumene. The permittivity and dielectric loss of LABS glass-ceramics are εr = 5.8 and tgδ = 1.3 × 10−3 at 10 MHz, respectively. The coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of LABS glass-ceramics is 3.23 ppm/°C, which is close to that of silicon. The dielectric and thermal properties of LABS glass-ceramics are closely correlated to the degree of its crystallization. The permittivity decreases continually while the dielectric loss decreases first and slightly increases with the increasing of crystallization of β-spodumene. The CTE of LABS glass-ceramics decreases as β-spodumene crystallized from LABS glass. The crystallization kinetic and mechanism of LABS glass-ceramics indicate that the β-spodumene crystallizes in a two-dimensional interfacial growth mechanism due to the migration of Li-ions. The diffusion coefficients derived from energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) results indicated that both Al and Ag electrodes have good compatibilities with ULTCC tapes, which could reduce the cost of multilayer electro-ceramic devices dramatically by using the ULTCC and base metallization.  相似文献

高温热泵可以有效回收工业余热,达到节能减排和保护环境的目的。目前,有关高温热泵技术的研究热点在于寻找一种全球变暖潜能值(GWP)低、使用性能良好的工质,以替代现有CFC-114、HFC-245fa工质。对新型环境友好型工质HFO-1234ze(Z)进行了综述,其GWP<1,临界温度高于423 K,是一种潜在的高温热泵替代工质。总结了近年来国内外学者对HFO-1234ze(Z)的合成技术、热力学性质、输运性质、传热性能等方面的研究,并分析了HFO-1234ze(Z)在高温热泵系统中应用的可行性,认为HFO-1234ze(Z)在高温热泵中具有较好的工作性能和发展前景。  相似文献

Fault detection, isolation and optimal control have long been applied to industry. These techniques have proven various successful theoretical results and industrial applications. Fault diagnosis is considered as the merge of fault detection (that indicates if there is a fault) and fault isolation (that determines where the fault is), and it has important effects on the operation of complex dynamical systems specific to modern industry applications such as industrial electronics, business management systems, energy, and public sectors. Since the resources are always limited in real-world industrial applications, the solutions to optimally use them under various constraints are of high actuality. In this context, the optimal tuning of linear and nonlinear controllers is a systematic way to meet the performance specifications expressed as optimization problems that target the minimization of integral- or sum-type objective functions, where the tuning parameters of the controllers are the vector variables of the objective functions. The nature-inspired optimization algorithms give efficient solutions to such optimization problems. This paper presents an overview on recent developments in machine learning, data mining and evolving soft computing techniques for fault diagnosis and on nature-inspired optimal control. The generic theory is discussed along with illustrative industrial process applications that include a real liquid level control application, wind turbines and a nonlinear servo system. 马尔可夫跳变线性系统(MJLS)是一种具有多个模态的随机系统,系统在各个模态之间的跳变转移由一组马尔可夫链来决定。MJLS模型因其在表示过程中可以产生突变而更能精确的描述实际工程应用中的系统。近年来,MJLS的最优控制问题成为了研究的热点,动态规划、极大值原理以及线性矩阵不等式等成为了解决此类问题的主流方法。本文对MJLS最优控制领域的研究现状进行了综述。分别对一般情况下、带有噪声的情况下、带有时滞的情况下以及某些特定情况下的MLJS最优控制问题的国内外研究现状进行论述。最后进行了总结并提出MJLS最优控制领域未来值得关注的研究方向。  相似文献
