强折射轴对称流场的干涉再现方法

利用光学方法测量气体状态参数的关键在于确定气体折射率场的变化。光线通过稳定的非均匀折射率场时发生偏折，并且在强折射对称场中会产生交叉，使得条纹位移量的判读困难。本文首先分析了光线在轴对称折射率场中的偏折效应，在此基础上，给出了一种利用成像透镜对强折射轴对称场中折射率的干涉再现方法。该方法与其它方法相比较能够精确地确定折射率ｎ（ｒ）的值。     

Energy Value of Resistant Starch

Resistant starch was evaluated for energy value using fine silica and normal starch as controls and young rats as a test model. The net increase in rats' carcass energy due to the test materials fed over a 3-wk period formed the basis for assessing energy value. Rats fed normal starch deposited about twice as much fat and significantly more protein in the carcass than those fed either resistant starch or silica. Rats fed resistant starch or silica showed similar growth responses and increases in components of body composition and carcass energy content. This suggested that resistant starch provided, like silica, no energy.     

Influence of Missing Values on the Prediction of a Stationary Time Series

Abstract. The influence of missing observations on the linear prediction of a stationary time series is investigated. Simple bounds for the prediction error variance and asymptotic behaviours for short and long‐memory processes respectively are presented.

如何利用现有的数字CATV系统开展各种增值业务已成为一个重要课题.首先简要介绍了数字CATV和超宽带技术,然后给出了两种超宽带技术在现有数字CATV系统中的应用方案,利用这些方案可以有效地开展各项增值业务.     

利用高酸值餐饮废油脂制备生物柴油

以高酸值餐饮废油脂为原料,在酯化反应后再经两步酯交换反应制备生物柴油。在酯化反应中添加吸水剂可降低油脂的酸值,经一次酯化反应即可将油脂的酸值降至2m g/g左右,满足酯交换反应的要求。考察了酯化反应中吸水剂的添加方式、种类及其用量对酯化反应的影响,以及酯交换催化剂的种类及用量对脂肪酸甲酯(FAME)收率和产物组成的影响。实验结果表明,以凹凸棒土为吸水剂(用量为餐饮废油脂中游离脂肪酸质量的3%),且在酯化反应30m in时加入,酯化效果较好;以质量比为1∶1的NaOH和KOH混合物为催化剂进行两步酯交换反应时,催化剂的最佳用量依次为1.00%和0.75%(质量分数,基于油脂的质量),FAME收率最高达到96.33%。

本文对差阻式仪器的几个重要问题,如差阻式仪器的国家标准、监测数据的质量控制、长期埋设仪器的现场鉴定、仪器测值异常的分析处理等进行了讨论,并提出了自己的意见,供有关科研人员进一步研究和参考.     

Antioxidative ability of native and thermized sour whey in oxidation‐catalysed model systems†

Antioxidative properties of sour (cottage) were evaluated with (thermized) and without (native) heat treatment (80°C for 30 min). A model system comprising a Tween 20 stabilized peanut oil in phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) emulsion containing lipid oxidation catalysts, FeCl ₃, H₂O₂ and ascorbate was used. Native sour whey powder (SWP) was significantly better than thermized whey in terms of limiting the formation of thiobarbituric acid‐reactive substances and peroxide value. Antioxidative ability was best at pH 3.0 and decreased with increasing pH. SWP (20%, w/v) was significantly better than all commonly used antioxidants tested after 96 h of incubation at 40°C.     

新《企业会计准则》中实际利率法的应用

2006年2月15日财政部颁布的《企业会计准则》中有多处要求采用实际利率法计算摊余成本和利息，而会计职称考试用书等资料则采用列表形式。本文在分析实际利率法内涵的基础上，通过若干实例解析了利用账簿记录计算各期摊余成本。

通过对企业文化的核心——企业价值观的剖析和理解，提出了“加强企业文化建设，统一全体员工的思想，应着力培育‘价值观’”的看法，对加强企业文化建设工作起到一定的指导作用。
