通过细的夹杂物粒子细化凝固显微组织和奥氏体晶粒

AEREX350为变形镍-钴基合金，广泛用于航天紧固件、燃气轮机和石化工业等高质量产品。虽已使用多年，但对该材料在不同工艺条件下的显微组织和强化机理研究有限。     

Microstructure of Nano-Y203／Cobalt Based ,Alloy Composite Coating byLaser Cladding

Composite coatings made of nano-Y203/cobalt-based alloy and produced by crosscurrent CO2 laser on Ni-based superalloy are introduced. Cross-section or surface of the coatings was examined to reveal their microstructure using optical microscope, SEM, including EDS microanalysis, TEM and XRD. The results show that some equilibrium or non-equilibrium phases, such as γ-C0, Cr23C6, Y203 and ε-Co exist in the coatings. Fine and short dendritic microstructure andcolumnar to equiaxed transition (CET) occurred by adding nano-Y203 particles. With the increasing amount of nano-Y203(1%, mass fraction), fully equiaxed crystallization appeared. These are caused by nano-Y203 particles acting as new nucleation site and rapid solidification of the melt. The results also show that inhomogeneous dispersion of nano-Y203 resultsin the formation of ε-Co phase in the coatings. The sub-microstructure of the clad is stacking fault. The mechanism of theformation of equiaxed grains is also analyzed.     

铜镍锰钴应变电阻合金的研究

为解决我国箔式应变计引进生产线用箔材国产化的问题，本所自行设计研制了一种新型的温度自补偿铜镍锰钴合金。该合金具有良好的性能复现性和工艺稳定性，制片后的各项性能十分优异，特别是其平均热输出系数Ｃｔ和对试件材料的适应性明显优于进口箔，是制造高精度箔式应变计的理想材料。     

CoFe2O4超细微粒催化剂的制备,性能与表征

用溶胶－凝胶法制备了钴铁复合氧化物超细微粒催化剂，用ＴＧ－ＤＴＡ、ＴＥＭ、ＸＲＤ等手段考察了加入聚乙二醇２００对其粉体特性及催化性能的影响，结果表明，添加金属量３％的聚乙二醇２００，可显著改善粒子团聚，得到平均粒径为３０ｎｍ、分散均匀的超细粒子，在３５０℃下焙烧２ｈ，可得到前驱体分解完全，非完整晶态的ＣｏＦｅ２Ｏ４，其对对甲酚催化氧化制取对羟基苯甲醛的性能较好。     

氯气氧化硫化钴渣浸取钴镍

本文介绍用氯气氧化硫化钴渣浸取钴镍的工艺及试生产情况、一次浸出率可达88％以上,是从硫化钴渣回收钴、镍的有效途径。     

黄铜—橡胶粘合中钴盐和间苯二酚粘合剂的作用

利用酚苄明结构中氯乙胺的活性，结合一些钙拮抗剂含乙二胺结构的特征，设计合成了５个酚苄明衍生物。初步药理结果有明，氛事成的比合物在１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ时对高血钾引起的细胞内钙升高具有一定的抑制作用，体外抑制血小板聚集的作用其ＩＣ５０在１０＾－４－１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。     

从含钴催化剂废料中回收氧化钴的研究

选用酸溶——沉淀化学法，对含钴催化剂废料提取氧化钴的实验研究。实验结果表明，回收氧化钴产品中含钴量71％，氧化钴的实收率85％。同时将铁回收为铁红产品（含Fe2O3≤65％），铁的实收率高达88％。其它的技术经济指标较高。这是一种工艺技术及设备可行的新途径。
